We stopped coming here because this place is almost always filthy and no one in charge seems to care. It's been that way consistently for years. My husband and I have a Sunday date every other week and we have been here 4-5 times, the service is horrible, the employees and Manager are rude, they do NOT keep track of coffee or condiments that go with the coffee. After all it is a chain restaurant, as for this location, it is kept very clean and the wait staff are very friendly. The food is a little on the pricy side and the soup needs more subsistence, too many times it has had too much broth and too little ingredients. I would avoid this location if you are looking for a speedy lunch...lunch hour causes a HUGE rush at this location which quickly overwhelms staff and seating areas leading to large delays in service. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, laid back atmosphere which to study or converse while dinning I would say this would be a great place. read more

Panera Bread has never done me wrong anywhere I go, and this place is no exception to that rule. Great friendly staff, amazing food. I have eaten here before but did a catering order for 40 people and it went amazingly smooth. Would definitely recommend this business to traveling business people for lunch presentations, or a place to stop to get a quick bite to eat. read more

Food was great tonight but man the place was disgusting and half the restaurant was filled with dirty tables (dishes, drinks, food). It was hard to spot a place to sit. Well for over 3 years i been a faithful customer. I am done with this place. Forgotten orders and now stingy and back talking employees.when i told them about the sad looking pasta with less! Then one ounce! Of chicken i was told is healthy food for healthy people and that past employees where not weighing chicken right. Thank you past employees for great memories. One of the poorer Panera Bread locations I've visited. These folks just don't seem to get the basics of the job. They didn't know how to make items from their own menu. I give 1 star because of the food taste, not the service at this location. I have been doing to go orders at Paneras for quite some time. Today I put in an order for a chicken strawberry salad at 12:15 with an estimated ready time of 12:25. I showed up at 12:27, order not ready yet- no biggie, I get it. But as I stood there for an additional 10 minutes (I despise being that person who complains) I watch FIVE people stand around and talk about what they were going to eat for dinner tonight, going grocery shopping, how they really didn't want to do the catering order today, etc. I then watched a girl go into the back, come back out with something, drop it on the floor, look around at her coworkers, make an "oops" face, brush it off on her apron and serve it to someone. Are you kidding me? Then finally at 12:40 I walked up and said something about where my order was. The lady went and looked into why it hadn't come up yet (there were 3 other people at this time who piped up that they had been waiting a long time too) came back and matter of factly looked at us and said "I don't see anything." No trying to resolve the issue whatsoever. So I said "well I have an order confirmation" she took it, came back and still said "I don't see anything". After about 3-5 minutes of this she finally took everyone's orders and got us our food. It was 12:57 by the time I left...not to mention I don't even feel like eating after seeing someone drop something on the floor and still serve it. I was a regional manager for a food establishment in California and had 27 stores under my name- if anyone had done this they would have been fired on the spot. I feel like this could have been easily resolved had anyone just turned around and taken a look at all the unpleased faces by the to go pick up. read more

While I love Panera Bread, I have encountered so many problems at this location. We ordered a sandwich to go one evening when we were in a hurry and did not notice until we had driven away that they had used the heal of the bread for one side of the sandwich. Who does that? I ordered loaves of bread for a party and used on-line ordering two days before, thinking they would reserve my loaves the morning of my pick-up. They, however, attempted to fill it a few minutes before my arrival when the loaves had already been sold. Twice, I ordered a multigrain miche and paid dearly for it, only to find that a large hole ran through the loaves and half could not be used for sandwiches. Just this past week, I ordered a loaf of sourdough sliced thin and did not notice when I got home that it was sliced so thick, I could not use it for sandwiches. My fault for not checking first. read more

Let's face it, if there was ever a perfect day for soup, this was it--wind howling, trees cracking under a load of ice. Seems I wasn't the only one who thought so. When I went into Panera Bread just before 12 noon today, the line was almost back to the door. So I was prepared for a wait. There was none. All the registers were manned, other personnel was busy providing cups & trays to the registers as needed. the line moved amazingly fast. While the gentleman taking our order was efficient, he was neither harried nor made us feel rushed. Job well done; I was impressed. The soup was excellent too! Piping hot, rich and creamy. I visit a lot of paneras and this one is a little sub standard. The food was decent but the service was a little shaky. The whole place needs to be scrubbed down and some of the seats replaced. Some were torn and had rips in the seats. read more
