I ordered the 3 piece catfish and fries plate about $15.00. Noticed a sign saying no refills, not even for dine in. My husband ordered chicken wings in 2 different flavors and fries. For the two of us the receipt was about $35.00. We waited a bit. I went to the restroom and the trash was over flowing with trash and paper towels. There was no toilet paper and there was feces on the toilet seat. The floors are dirty throughout the restaurant. The food was ready when I returned. The fries did not even have a sprinkle of salt on them. The catfish crush/breading was burnt, extra extra crispy. The first piece was over cooked. The second piece wasn't cooked all the way and had a salt water weird taste. The fish was visibly transparent, so raw. My husband and I looked at it was like no thank you and we left it on the plate. All in all, I would not come back here, but hey you may have better luck.

Why so many TVs and little blackboards? Bougie paintings? House music? Farm animal home decor?) also...the women's bathroom was hella scary and had awful lighting yet the men's bathroom was well lit. Food: flavor was there, but some things just weren't - Parmesan fries just had like garlic salt on them? Both our taco meat was lukewarm and no cheese would melt. My fries supposedly had nacho cheese but came out with real cheese, which hey, better for me. Drinks were also blah - canned. It's just a preference but it's very limiting. On top of receiving the wrong order, the wings were poorly cooked, covered in feathers, and just an overall terrible experience. This is actually my third time ordering from Wingstop through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, it has been the same issue every single time: something is wrong with the order and the food quality is disappointing. I have had to request a refund all three times. To be fair, I understand that the food being cold is an Uber Eats issue, not necessarily a Wingstop issue. However, receiving the wrong food and wings with feathers on them is completely on the restaurant. What is especially frustrating is that customers pay a premium when ordering delivery. You would think that, at the very least, the restaurant could make sure the order is correct and the food is properly prepared before handing it to a delivery driver. I really hope businesses realize how much money they are losing because of lazy, careless, or poorly trained employees. Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly order, receive incorrect or poorly prepared food, and then go through the hassle of getting refunds. Three orders. Three problems. Three refunds. There were about 2 servers, a host and 2 bartenders to accompany the small crowd. We had a young man as a server and her treated us well. Neither of us had eaten there before so he provided us with a few recommendations but ultimately said, "ya can't go wrong." And he was right! We ordered the Crispy Chicken Sliders, Salt & Pepper Fries, Mango Thai Chili and the BBQ Honey Red Curry, both boneless (her suggestion). We chatted for what only seemed like a few minutes before our food arrived. Not going to lie, the appearance of the food wasn't mind-blowingly irresistible but it's not the looks that matters most. The sliders were about what you'd expect, a solid entrée but the bread was the best feature. The fries were as expected as well, very Buffalo Wild Wing -esque (with ranch). We stuck around to watch the ending of Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semi-finals (Celtics vs Knicks) but really I was too stuffed to do much else. The backside patio is a vibe.
