This team is stretched thin. By no fault of the employees, I placed a small order at 12:24pm, it wasn't ready until nearly 12:50pm. We could visibly see the frustration felt by the staff. They were still polite but clearly overwhelmed. My sandwich was so /so. Bacon could have cooked longer etc but they did the best they could to move orders as quickly as possible.

Haven't been to this location in a long time I really enjoy the bread bowls. I really am disappointed that the teas have been taken off the menu now you have to pay for them, but Covid had killed everything. Everything good is gone. I do recommend this location.

Using the Panera bread order kiosk is the way to handle your business. Expanded menu and same favorites are available. Staff was efficient for a crowded restaurant. The places was clean and food as expected.

This is the biggest and nicest I've been into very spacious. It gets busy a D sometimes there a line but it goes pretty fast also the internet is fast. The coffee club is a great deal $8.99 a month for unlimited coffee Plus the first 3 months are free

I got a $7 breakfast sandwich this morning. Bacon, egg and cheese on ciabatta. I've gotten this sandwich at the oakmont location and waterworks several times before. This morning was a grim day for this sandwich. The bread wasn't toasted and it was cold, the egg was paper thin, there was only 1.5 slices of bacon and the avocado I added to it for $1 was brown. Just all around not worth the money and no care was put into it. Disappointed.

New review.. If I could give 0 stars I would.. Just ordered a Mediterranean sandwich and put NO TOMATO but they decided to give me a few dozen extra. Doesn't matter I'm allergic to the seeds- they also have me no cucumbers. Also ordered chicken chipotle pulled sandwich for husband and there's no chicken on it.. hmm The third thing I ordered for my daughter was a damn simple order they still screwed up. Ordered her a bagel with cream cheese and they didn't even cut it! This is my second low review. I had to replace the first one. It's always terrible service- there's never any bagels available at this location EVER! Even in the mornings. Why would anyone go here?

My Chai latte from here was essentially sweet milk... maybe they forgot to add the chai? It happens frequently at Paneras. Not sure why

Three stars only because they forgot to give us our fries, until we went back to ask for it. They also missed adding avocado on my bowl. For something seemingly simple to assemble, it took a while for our food to be ready. When we came, there were only a handful of customers. I did like that they have outdoor seating option. Ordering on the kiosk was straightforward. Although I wish I had ordered in person, and maybe that way they wouldn't miss so many things on the order.

The one thing I wish is that they had a salad size between the kids portion and the regular. Because the kids isn't quite enough and the adult always seems to be too much. I love that you can add basically unlimited toppings when you create your own salad. The only limitations are proteins and cheese. I've made some strange combinations, but they ended up being delicious. I also love that they mix the salad together for you (if you want that) so your dressing is nice and spread out throughout the entire salad. Their burgers are also delicious. They have some that are ready-made creations or you can build your own as well. the one downside is that it seems whenever you order a burger or fries it takes forever. Even when I've ordered online in advance the items from the back seem to take quite a bit of time. They are worth the wait, though!

The interior has an overall modern feel and tables are well spaced out so you don't feel overcrowded. Portions are generally really large (which is great, because food is pretty pricey). I've been able to make two or three meals out of one entree here. Overall, service is pretty good but can be hit or miss. There was one day that I think they must have been having an off night because everyone seemed crazy stressed and very short with us when questions were asked. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the side salad was. It was a great balance/mix of ingredients with delicious dressing. My main entree (Strozzapretti) was tasty but a bit seemed like there was a bit too much grease/oil or something that made the dish seem heavier than it needed to be. In general, a tasty place but could improve if service was more consistent.

Circling the small parking lot looking for your spot, reminiscing on the alumni sports team photos on the walls, and doing the twist in the entryway to navigate your way to your takeout, Gateway Grill is not much... but the food is usually fire!!! The pizza slices have big bubbling crusts with pepperoni so rustic cut that you will wonder if they accidentally gave you the whole piece... over and over again. Don't sleep on their meatball pizza. Because you will have basically full size meatballs for every slice... and they are delightful. We had family in and bought a large order - and we opted to try their sandwiches. The Chuck Roast sandwich and Turkey Rachel both sounded delicious... and Gateway Grill does have fresh smoked meats too! Takeout is a trip. In a full restaurant, you have to kinda stand in the way at the front counter and flag down someone to grab your order. But they definitely do a lot of to-go pizzas so you'll be able to handle it. Unfortunately, with their current to-go containers, the sandwiches ended up being sopping wet with condensation... the bottom toasted bread on both was basically dripping instead of crunchy. The fries had lost all texture too- air fryer to the rescue. I'd still recommend going - just stick to only pizza when ordering takeout until they find a way to ensure quality of other options.

First impression was that the color scheme, decorations, and menu all seemed to be dated and uninspired. The staff were polite and attentive. I ordered the salad and Salmon Oscar. The salad was good and the blue cheese dressing I chose was house-made. It was good. My girlfriend got the wedge salad which I think was a bit expensive since it was a $6 up charge for a wedge of iceberg lettuce from the standard salad that came with the entrees. My Salmon Oscar with asparagus was very good. I enjoyed every bite of the salmon and crab. My daughter's chicken parm came with a ton of linguini. My girlfriend got the signature crab cakes which she said were mostly crab and not filler. So while I thought the menu was dated when reading it the food was well executed.

My wedding soup and my husband's French onion soup were delicious. The wedding soup was loaded with meatballs and chicken. My husband has a thing for French onion soup and tries it every chance he gets. He said this may have been the best ever. We split a Reuben sandwich and upgraded to onion rings. The waitress brought us each a half portion so we didn't have to divide it ourselves, which was nice. There was plenty of meat on the sandwich, making it acceptable, not great but good enough. Onion rings were very good. Dessert sounded tempting, a cherry crème brûlée. It was okay, kind of like cherry jello with a sugar crust on top. A bit disappointing to say the least. Our waitress was on top of filling the water glasses and was very nice. Now for the bad news and why I'm only giving 3 stars. I went to the ladies room before eating and there was no hot water to wash my hands. I asked my husband if the men's room had hot water and he said no. We both let it run but it never got hot, not even warm. Then I noticed (after drinking several glasses of water unfortunately) that there was a crack in my water glass. I mentioned it to my husband and he said, "you should see the chips in the glass tabletop over her on my side". I get it that wear and tear happens, but these things should be caught before serving guests. And as far as the hot water...how do servers and kitchen workers properly clean their hands after using the toilet without hot water? So the food is fairly solid and reasonably priced. But be on the lookout for chipped glassware and table tops. And use your own hand sanitizer if you have it!

Stuff your face but in a more elegant non-buffet feeling. However, this location has lost most of that nostalgia at this point. The breadsticks are never as fresh. The salad is questionable. It is good that they provide such a large quantity, so when you remove the giant butts of inedible lettuce... you still have a normal amount. Olive Garden always has new items and I tried the new Steak & Shrimp Bucatini. Unfortunately... or maybe fortunately.. the steak lump was not cut into pieces, so I could see that it was a piece of roast and not a steak. The lack of sear on both proteins indicated that the cooking is most likely just sous vide.. boiled. My wife got the Fettuccine Alfredo. Nothing to write good or bad about. It was just average. PRO TIP: Always extra for extra sauce! They are just scooping from a large pot, so it doesn't cost any extra to get an extra cup. Takeout does have its perks. Olive Garden keeps you updated on the order readiness and provides parking spots for curbside. Just like Target, tell them you arrive and they bring it right out to you! Not many restaurants do this anymore! I bumped them to 3 stars just because of this fact.
