Placed a rapid pickup order. We ordered two soups, one salad and one sandwich. The receipt shows we were to receive 1 bag of chips and 3 baguettes. A guy at the cafe even signed the receipt to show everything was double checked. We received one bag of chips and one baguette. We're missing two baguettes and my tomato soup came w/no croutons. I tried calling twice. The first time I pressed the # for a manager and waited only to then be hung up on. I called back and pressed the number to place a pickup order and the same thing happened. Detoured off of I-81 due to traffic and found this Panera for lunch. This location has their stuff together. Ordering and wait was no problem even with the lunch rush. Food was all good. People in this area are really friendly. read more

During our drive out to Danbury conn we took a stop in Scranton pa for a bite to eat. We choose the Panera in the outside mall. It was a but crowded and I was worried it would take a while to get out food. We ordered and sat down with our drinks. It was taking a bit of time when we walked up to see where our food went because it usually doesn't take that long for food. We thought it was taken by someone else. Turned out it was called by a different name and taken to the front for us. They were so nice that right away they made us new food that was fresh and gave us double to food. I've never been to a Panera Bread before and have avoided them for years. It didn't seem like my type of restaurant, but I was surprised! I got a bread bowl and enjoyed it greatly. THE APPLE WAS SUPERB. Prices were a little high. I will return in the future read more

Panera is always a safe place to eat. I have never sat down to eat here but I always order to-go! Like most restaurants, they can be hit or miss; that's the only reason why I am giving them 4 stars. With the 10+ times I have probably been there, I have only had to wait on my food twice. Overall, great place! read more

Decent food and quick service. Usually tasty soup and sandwiches. Last visit was disappointing after ordering a sandwich with avocado and getting perhaps the most underripe and poorly sliced avocado of my life. This was a minor error though and to their defense, it wasn't exactly avocado season (although you think they'd take it off their menu). Tables could use a little more frequent wipe downs as they do a very steady flow of business during peak shopping times. It amazes me how inflexible places like this can be. It is literally 10:36 AM as I'm typing this and I entered the door at 10:32. I wished to have a breakfast sandwich and got the ol' "we stopped serving breakfast at 10:30". Really.... Two minutes makes a huge deal? Two minutes ago you would have made it and now, you can't? I love Panera. I was looking forward to decompressing after a long work week just to find that the bread bowl I coveted consisted of literally three spoonfuls of soup. This cost $9 mind you. Very disappointed by the cheapness. I can recall how much larger the bowl itself used to be. Now, the contents of soup have diminished as well and trust me, the bread soaked up nothing. read more

Location is great for this store...part of a nice plaza, this Panera Bread is easily accessed from the highway and seems to be near a ski resort. read more

I'm visiting from New York and I ordered through rapid order twice and I was disappointed both times. The first time I ordered my salad was literally 5 pieces of lettuce and my chicken noodle soup was just broth. The second time I ordered my cup to put my drink in was dirty and my soup was just broth again. I'm very disappointed the service I'm used to in New York is so much better, they even have rushes of people. The two times I ordered here the place was empty. read more

my friend and i only ordered 3 things to go that should've taken 10 minutes tops but instead we waited for almost 30 and they had forgotten some of our order... not very impressed with the service here and i have been to a lot of panera breads and this one was definitely my least favorite. read more

Chose the pick 2, there was a very light smear of chicken salad with a little leaf of lettuce on my half sandwich. Very disappointed. I also believe the Mac n cheese portion they gave me was a child size in error. $12 for lunch should look a lot better than what I was served. This past week my boyfriend and I were making our way back to Tennessee from the New England area. Instead of stopping at a greasy, fast-food joint we saw a highway sign for Panera and decided to stop. First off, we love Panera. We probably go to one about once every week or two. However, I have never had such an experience that has made me completely outraged. The place was fairly busy, but nothing too crazy. We waited in line and when it came our turn to order I have never had someone so rude in a customer service position stand in front of me. She gave us one look and ignored us as she started yelling to her friend in the back of the line asking how she was and what not. Then I asked how she was and she ignored me again and continued talking to her. She finally took our order as she rolled her eyes. (I hate to judge why she was acting that way towards us, but I had a feeling because we are a young couple that has many visible tattoos. This is in consideration of her age and how and where she looked at us. Or maybe she just hates her job. Who knows.) After having the most poor customer service that I have EVER experienced, She got our order wrong. But off course she messed it up. It was probably because she was paying not one ounce of attention to us. I just said whatever, I'll eat it. We were exhausted and starving from the very long car ride. Also, since we were traveling we really needed to charge our phones to use as a GPS (our car charger outlet broke). However, ALL of the outlets were out. I think I tried just about all of them without interfering with other customers. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but we really needed to charge our phones. So I waited in line to ask if they could flip their breaker or something. I was last in line and of course it was the same woman who took our order. The person in front of me finished ordering and so I stepped up and started to talk and the lady just looked at me and WALKED AWAY to BOH. WHAT THE HECK?! I just stood there dumbfounded that that literally just happened. I went back to the table just ready to get the heck out of that place. I was so mad. We ended up just going over to the Starbucks in the plaza to charge our phones. This woman was the most ridiculous excuse for a Panera worker. I've never been so disappointed or have ever felt basically discriminated towards until now. If I could give zeros stars, I would. read more
