Waiting fir the order to BuZZz

Revisited this location after Pandemic restrictions were relaxed. Place started busy as noon time came. There was enough parking in this shopping mall area. Ordered soup and sandwich combo for $9.09 . Mediterranean veggie minus feta cheese which I don't like texture they use based on past experiences. Ten veggies/ grain soup was so delicious that may be Panera Bread should start selling it in cans !! Of course I had spiked mine with small packs only Panera brand carries of Tabasco which I have seen in my travels. Bottles of Tabasco yes in many places

I visited the one in WilkesBarre. Delicious and friendly service. The cashier was great and "up sold" me on a few items. Very good and will definitely go back. The tables outside were clean and in good condition. The staff brought my food out to me.

This is perhaps the most disgusting and repugnant Panera i've ever been to. Straw wrappers, uncleaned spills, food debris and with a side of rude staff. The manager must be blind or have hit his head because both the staff and the restaurant are unacceptable.

Your standard panera bread, the same menu; you can order with the staff or at the kiosk and they bring the food to your table. Pretty clean and the standard panera.

My kids also love going there when they're in town. I love eating outside or taking coffee and pastries to go. It's super cute inside if you can stop looking at the amazing pastries in the counter long enough to notice. Love the Henry's loves you sign! Everybody I've talked to there has been really nice. It gets really busy, because it's amazing, and naturally it takes a little while longer when it's super busy, they are always still super nice and attentive. Stopped off for lunch while driving through the area, and made a great choice with Henry's. Service was friendly and efficient despite being packed, and the ambiance was somewhere between neighborhood coffee shop and neighborhood restaurant (aka, very pleasant). Food and baked good options were solid, and opting for a special (spinach and feta omlette, toast, sausage patty, and hash browns) gave me no regrets. Eggs were light and fluffy, but maybe could have used a touch more spinach and feta (admittedly though, I like those more than I like eggs so I'm biased). The sausage was a standout though! Definitely recommended, and will be my go-to meal next time I'm passing through.

The format was unusual in that it appeared to be a carry out place- but with a dining room attached. You order & pay- then go sit and wait for your meal to be served. The dining room is more comfortable than a typical pizza place with a family warmth. Our crew ordered chicken soup, burgers, pizza and a sub to go for out basketball player. We selected their "Old Forge" style pizza- iconic to the region. It didn't disappoint. The crust was light & crispy, the sauce in the sweet side and the blend of cheeses (including American cheese which is the hallmark, I'm told, of the style). It was delicious. I am a pizza 'freak'. I've enjoyed pizza from iconic restaurants in Naples, Rome, Chicago, New York, California, Detroit and now...Scranton! The burger people praised their 8oz. Burgers. The diner that enjoyed chicken soup (an accomplished cook) had high praise for the home made flavor and textures. When you add that we were treated like family members of this family owned establishment, our experience was exceptional. My only "complaints" are that: the check was far less than expected and (more of an opportunity than a complaint) I would have spent $$ for a nice red wine to complement my meal.
