I normally love panera bread and have never had any complaints about this location, until yesterday. I ordered a you pick 2 with a green goddess salad and chipotle chicken and avocado panini. I ate lunch there around 3:30ish. Then later that night i woke up sick and had food poisoning. Panera was the only thing i had eaten that day besides a granola bar. This morning i called the store around 6:00am to report to the manager that I had gotten food poisoning because i have always been told to do that. I was told by a manager there that her boss would call me back, but it's now 3:00pm and no call back. I don't think I will be eating here again due to fear of getting food poisoning. read more

Not sure what was going on tonight, but the food took 30 minutes, an employee quit and walked out the door, my sandwich was burnt and soggy, and my soup was cold. When I asked if they could warm up my soup, I was told 'there's a microwave right over there.' No attempts were made to make anything better and the dining room was a disaster. As I stated in my picture, this was the worst Panera experience and I've been going to Panera for years. We waited an hour for our food. 40 mins in, WE walked up and asked about our order and the manager (rude as can be) stated the kiosk had been down for 30 minutes and the orders from the kiosk weren't going through. She then stated ours had JUST gone through and was put at the BACK of the line. No free pastry or apology for our wait. We waited another 15 minutes for someone to yell our name and say they were almost done. Why is this Panera constantly a letdown? Haven't been in months because this one is constantly so slow. Ordered a breakfast sandwich via mobile order on an everything bagel. They subbed a sesame bagel, which for anyone who is unfamiliar, is like the dry sad cousin of the everything bagel with no flavor that's impossible to swallow. It's 8:15am. How are you already out of everything bagels? It's quicker to drive to Smyrna, get your order drive thru and come back. Plenty of room to spread out. Great variety of salads. I love how Panera is becoming more health conscious. They are always very friendly at Panera. I love the service here as well. They really try to get you in and out quickly. Love, love, love the bar seats where you can see the bread and baked goodies being made. You can also tell that Panera has a great system in place as all the employees know what they are supposed to be doing and are on top of it. The reward system is pretty cool too. Not sure how it works, but glad they have it. I will be back to this location real soon. I almost forgot. I had their avocado, egg flatbread sandwich(subbed the white egg out for a full egg) with some iced coffee this morning. Excellent combo. Love the food here! Every time I am in here I am never disappointed with the food. They are always consistent and efficient, which is rare to find with some chains. The staff is always friendly as well! Right now my favorite is the tomato soup with French bread and the chicken, ham, and Swiss flatbread. Pastries are yummy as well! You really can't go wrong here. This Panera has AMAZING service. I have two small children and it is almost impossible to do everything I need to. Both times I have come to this Panera I have had outstanding service!! They offered to bring a high chair to our table, as well as bring my food to the table as well. There was so way I could have done it myself. I just don't have enough hands, and I can't leave my kids at the table. This place is dirty. Such a surprise for Panera. We went for breakfast and the coffee, sugar, milk and lids were empty. How can that be for breakfast?! And there were plenty of associates standing around chatting. If someone is entering to quickly get some coffee and breakfast and leave good luck on that. The tables are dirty and I have seen one person walk around wiping some of the off but not all. The windows and doors are dirty. The walls and paintings are dirty and sticky. The top of the booths are very dusty and seem to haven't seen a duster in a while. While the food was good, I am not sure if I would recommend it. Love Panera bread! But the service here on oct 9 at7 sucks balls. Waited 25 to get my order in because there was on cashier. She was super sweet but super slow. We had dedicated 30 already so i figured i need to get in at this point... finally got my order but i had a 3 dollar coupon to use (i couldn't use machine because it wouldn't take my coupon which is why i waited in this line) but only the manager could verify it.... he was no where to be seen. He was looking for quarters and couldn't find any. But my problem was he never offered to help with checking people out he was just smiling and walking around.... he knew the line was long and could care less. and once the girl left to grab him he comes out then turns away ... like wtf ?! And then comes...the lady behind us started getting mad and yelling at the girl in front because of the long wait and asked to speak for the manager but again no where to be found . I order from Panera all the time for personal and work. Lately when i place a personal order for breakfast items on the app it allows me to place my order then someone calls me back to tell me they don't have what I ordered. Today I placed an order and one of the soufflés were left out of my order and the other one was very burnt, i could not get through the bottom of it because it was over cooked and tasted bad. You can look at this soufflé and tell it should not have been served to anyone. The receipt that they are supposed to check and verify all items are in the bag was completely unmarked. This is becoming a regular for this location and that's unfortunate because I have placed several corporate orders as well as orders for my personal events from this location. Of course they offer to refund every time but if I ordered the food I would much rather have it than a refund every time I place an order. read more

I've been to this location many times but received the worst treatment today. I tried their pick service for the first time. I saw the sign and went to wait near the open window. I watched several delivery orders and dine in orders. They ignored me. I asked about my order after 10 minutes and they said over there and pointed to a shelf. Mine was on the bottom. No drinks which I paid for. If you specifically order a drink it should be with your order. I am very disappointed. My sick child's soup was cold when I got home. They shouldn't assume every customer knows how things are set up. read more

I see some negative reviews here but I must confess I have never had a bad experience at this Panera location. Over the last couple years I have eaten there probably ten times and always enjoy their food and service. I have not tried the delivery option, but it would be nice. I love their soups, salads, bagels and baguettes. I only tried a pastry once but it was terrific. I wasn't as impressed with the coffee as I'd hoped to be, but it was OK. I love Panera but I must say that their new salad, he Southwest Chili Lime Ranch, is not up to par with all the other great food I eat there. My hubby and I wanted to veer from our usual (I LOVE the Green Goddess salad) and both got this salad that looked great on the menu. Well, it tasted about less than half as good as it looked. The dressing want all that tasty (in both of our opinions) and I could to eat the chicken. It wasn't sliced like in the GG salad and the consistency of it grossed me out to where I couldn't eat it. So I have only been here once and will absolutely update my review when I go back. I ordered a half and half with the signature turkey panini and a caesar salad. I have to say that the caesar salad tasted just like one that I'd pull out of a bag. It wasn't anything special, but I guess then again it's hard to make a salad special. The sandwich was good too. The people I was with got chili and someone else got a broccoli cheese bread bowl and I will be getting one of those when I return. I think that I would've probably been more satisfied with my choice had I done so. I will say that their baked goods are phenomenal. The M&M cookie that I got was SO good.
