I was so excited to see a Panera sign off of I95. This one was pretty unpopulated but big and with free wi-fi. The bathrooms were clean and did the trick. Their iced coffee is decent -- you pour it yourself -- and their M&M sugar cookie was da bomb. read more

After going to Panera mostly in Boston, it's nice not to need a security code to get in the bathroom. And they leave the little water cups out too, not expecting everyone to steal. What a welcome change! The service has been a touch slow each time I've been, but the food is consistent. I like the "You-Pick-Two" menu so I can get a little salad and a half-sandwich. I usually stop by for coffee, today i felt like getting something to eat. Just to put this out there, i think panera is over priced for what it is and i normally dont eat there....and today i realized why. I got the pick two. Fuji apple salad and the napa chicken salad. Salad was ehh, i had to toss a bunch of the lettuce out since it was brown or you know how lettuce melts when its old? Food is usually pretty good, but seeing one of the staff smoking her cigarette out next to the drive up while I was ordering food was very offputting. That's just gross around food! I come here about once every other week, sometimes I get it to go, sometimes I stay and eat in. The salads are always smaller if you get it to go. And if you get a chicken salad, there's always less chicken. Last time I checked, the to go orders are the same price as the dine-in orders. And then comparing dine-in orders, the amounts vary even with those. This food is so damn expensive you should get decent and correct portions every time. And as with any Panera, you have the loiterers hanging around long after their meal is done (no coffee doesn't count during lunch hour) taking up space. read more

Had a horrible experience today. The cashier was very sweet but the people making my food were completely rude and sloppy. My grilled cheese wasn't melted AT ALL (was still cold, actually). So I asked them to melt the cheese. The manager took my plate and threw it in the trash and complained about how picky I was being. Told them to remake it for me because it wasn't good enough. They remade it. I watched them check to see if it was actually melted this time. It wasn't melted at all!!!! But they said it looked fine. It looked like they made it with hate. I didn't have time to wait all day so I just took it and fed it to birds. I'll never go back to this location again. read more

We came in to get dinner because we got a flat tire and some bad news on the way up to Maine for a weekend trip. Allison immediately greeted us with a warm smile and helped us get our order together. She even gave us a complementary muffin and cookie to help cheer us up. While we were eating she came back to check on us, making sure everything was alright and asked if she could get us anything else. Our order was ready promptly and the service was amazing. I love Panera, so when I found out there was one open near my work in Salsibury, I had to check it out. The parking situation around lunch time was not the greatest, but the great thing about this Panera location is that it has a drive through. Very friendly and fast service. Will definately make this one of my regular lunch spots. read more

Well, it started with the ordering- order taker was indifferent and clearly wanted to be elsewhere. The food took forever to come out. Staff seemed very disorganized. They forgot part of our order and pretty much handed me the missing item with no apology. Ran of of turkey and other things - really - at lunchtime? They made what supposed to be a kid's tuna sandwich with tomato lettuce and believe it or not, onions! I really don't know of very many kids that like onions. For a newer shop in town this place went downhill fast. Lots of employees around but extremely slow service which gave me time to look around. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! The employees often wear filthy aprons and the floor in the food prep area is disgusting! Covered with food even early in the morning. I really like this Panera. The coffee is fresh on the weekdays around 7 and 8 am. Usually have all menu items in stock. Their coffee is better than Dunkins in my opinion. Service is fast at breakfast. Can get a little crowded at lunch but not unbearable. Great staff and customer service. This location has a drive-thru. I've been through once and it was pretty fast, again, in the morning. I would assume lunch would be a long wait. read more

I go here about twice a month. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience. The food is always good, and the service is consistently friendly and fast. The drive through is a little slow for some peoples' standards, but I think the idea of a drive through anywhere but McDonald's or Burger King is just silly. There was one time they gave me the wrong thing (a Caesar salad, instead of a sandwich, and I only brought it up to them because it was for my mother in law), and the manager was SO apologetic to me. I wasn't even mad or upset in any way, but he felt so bad, and was so sorry that they made the mistake. He had them make the sandwich right away, and they let me keep the Caesar salad too! I have to say, I love this place! Every single time we've been there or placed a catering order, the staff has been so polite an accommodating. They have also been excellent with my daughter's food allergies. My compliments to them manager and their staff on how they service their customers. If I could rate this place negative stars I would. I ordered my food then had to wait 10 mins for it and then I also got a drink that took at least 20 minutes. When everyone else that ordered after me was getting theirs. Someone asked me if I was waiting for something. (Clearly) and then I waited another 5 or so minutes and got my drink which was disgusting anyway. My food was freezing by the time I got back to it and I was all around pissed. The service and delivery is HORRIBLE. Twice I have ordered from them for delivery and they have blamed the issues on Door Dash. Today my order was cancelled by the driver because he said the address was wrong. I work in a very visible business and they deliver here all the time. If the problem is with Door Dash maybe it would make sense to stop using them? I'm not a genius but that makes sense to me. The attitude I got from Panera when I called to complain was unacceptable. I was told if I had an issue to take it up with Door Dash and not Panera, and if I wanted my salad I could come and get it myself since the driver decided to bring it back to them. So your solution to YOUR mistake is to blame the driver and then tell me to come and get it myself?? This is a business who has used you on many occasions for meetings and events. went here recently and learned it is the only Panera (at least in the area) that has a drive-thru... pretty nifty. We didn't use the drive-thru, but the girl at the counter inside said she barely see's people come in anymore because of it, crazy. The interior is nice, typical panera very clean and accommodating. the parking situation isnt the greatest (minus 1 star) so during rush hours it could get a little crowded. read more

I heard Panera had decent fast food. So I ordered two salads online and decided to try the drive thru since it's supposed to be convenient. The noodles tasted like Paste, not cooked enough. The cilantro was replaced by basil !! Totally shocking to the tastebuds. The extra dressing that I ordered was dumped on the salad instead of on the side. So between basil and too much dressing, and paste noodles, it was Disgusting. My husband's salad was ok, he got his dressings on the side, but some pieces of lettuce should not have been in it, pale looking chunks too close to the root and inedible. Next time I'll go into the place instead of the drive thru (which took 10 minutes behind two cars) so I can check my order..... if I ever go back to that location.... read more

I generally LOVE Panera and have been a regular for years. However, this particular location has been a little bit underwhelming. I go approximately once a week (usually using the drive-thru, which is a wonderful feature!), but they regularly mess up or leave items off my order. I've learned to thoroughly check my order before pulling away, so this hasn't been too much of a hassle, but the carelessness is annoying. Otherwise, the food is tasty, healthy, and inexpensive, so it will probably remain as one of my regular spots. read more
