How is this a full cup of fruit???

I have been a long term Panera customer and I am disappointed in how they have become recently. Their prices have gone up and their quantity has been reduced. E.g. I asked for a fruit cup and I get one that is half full but I am charged for a full one. Their half sandwiches have reduced in size as well. I understand the margins are low in food industry but if they continue this trend they will lose customers quickly.

This is not acceptable anytime, but ESPECIALLY during a VIRAL PANDEMIC. This is highly unsanitary. Management clearly has done a poor job teaching their employees proper aseptic technique, which is currently a matter of life or death.

Generic Panera. I stopped by for breakfast on the long drive up to Maine. For three people, we ordered a bowl of the chicken noodle soup, a muffie, and oatmeal with strawberries and pecans. The chicken noodle soup was a bit too salty for my liking and they were definitely not generous with the ingredients. This is a problem I've seen across all locations. The muffie was good. The oatmeal was so bland. After I got past the initial few spoonfuls near the top of the oatmeal, I realized they hadn't actually mixed the cinnamon sugar throughout, so the rest of my oatmeal was flavorless. Meh.

Ordered a SCRAMBLED egg bacon and cheese and got this. Seemed bothered I came to order. Always out of something or order is incorrect

Kind of dissapointed to get a bacon turkey bravo with pesto junk on it. It tastes horrific. I unfortunately waited a while to get this.

Ordered a Thai chicken salad to go only to arrive at my desk and see they forgot the chicken. Pretty big letdown for a $10 salad...

The best subs I've ever had!…read more I don't usually do reviews but this establishment is worth the drive. I had "The Bucciarelli" on a baguette while my wife had "The Caprese" also on the baguette. We got there before going to the beach. Three hours after we purchased them both sandwiches were still crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. The meats in my sandwich were premium quality, piled high, and individually delicious. We only ate half the sandwiches that day and the other half the next day. This place has established a new benchmark for what a good sub should be for me. As far as the cost. They were expensive. But absolutely worth every penny. Finally the service was really great. I highly recommend this Salisbury Location! -PFB

Upon entry, I noticed the location was very well organized and clean. The wrap-around cases of meat, take and go, all kinds of grill items (chicken, steak, tips, burgers, sausage) and then the butcher, ready to cut whatever you need. Boars Head meats are available, which are my favorite. A wall of drinks from craft beer, soda and water to name just a few were cold and ready for purchase. I ordered my favorite....a roast beef panini with yellow mustard, pickles and caramelized onions on a ciabatta roll. My brother ordered his favorite, a turkey sub with mustard and lettuce. Again, both sandwiches had Boars Head meat. The staff was ready to take orders. There was plenty of employees willing to help and answer any questions that we had. As I said earlier, it was busy but the customers were managed very well. I have to share a story. My former favorite spot for my roast beef panini was the Corner Store, Chatham. However, after COVID, they decided to discontinue there panini's, which was an absolute heartbreaker! I have never had a bad sandwich there! I have spent a long time trying to find a comparable sandwich and I finally have! My panini here at Bucciarelli's matches the Corner Store! It was awesome....warm, fresh bread....delicious roast beef and the perfect amount of mustard, pickle and caramelized onions! I plan to make my way back for sure! My brother enjoyed his turker sandwich, as well. He is a new fan, too! Finally, I found some incredible Irish Potato chips, which I have never seen before. They are not Utz, Lays or Wachusetts.....check out my picture! BBQ chips were really good! Keoghs We took some pictures which give a good view of the location. Parking was easy. I was able to pull in front of the store and there was approximately 6-8 spots available. 5-stars!

Living in Portsmouth NH, very near a place well known for its cheesesteak subs, I began a quest…read moresome time ago to find the best cheesesteaks in the region. Southern Maine to Northeast Massachusetts was to be the "zone". It took a long time and a lot of calories, but our search came to an end today. To be the perfect cheesesteak, we required a soft roll, high quality meat that wasn't a frozen, chopped product, , enough cheese to taste but not overwhelm the meat, and fresh, not frozen or canned toppings. I'm a mushroom and onion guy while the wife prefers peppers and onions. We also sought just basic, good fries with them. No seasoning or the stucco product a famous chain used or maybe still uses. Port Pizza, located in a semi hidden spot in the far end of a strip containing market Basket and Marshall's met all of our requirements to perfection, and then some. I believe this is the best cheesesteak on the seacoast, and I've tried far too many. Their service was excellent and friendly, and it appeared they genuinely appreciated our business. The restaurant, with maybe a half dozen booths for seating was clean, especially the restrooms. There is ample free parking and there is excellent HP access with not 1 but 2 ramps, plenty of width, and access to those same restrooms. Overall, 4.9 rating. Worth the trip to find, and you won't leave dissatisfied. Side note: We intend to return for what appeared to be the perfect thin crust pizza, but that's a visual opinion, not from experience, yet!

So much smeerrr!!…read more Stopped by for some bagels and they had a variety of fresh bagels to choose from except and everything bagel. You can order you bagel roasted with any of their specialty cream cheeses. I got their Lox cream cheese with a marble rye bagel. The bagels are a good size and they were not stingy with the cream cheese! It was loaded! The cream cheese was very creamy and smooth! There is not much seating so we ordered our bagels to go. The workers were very nice and worked very fast. The shop also offered coffee and cold drinks to go and they also had some goodies to buy such as coffee beans,/T-shirts. This place is super cute and cozy and perfect for a quick yummy lunch.

That's a huge plus and easy to miss if you're just skimming reviews. Now onto mine. Counter service with self serve coffee and tea. Good selection of bagels (they have rosemary, which not everyone has) and spreads (they have whitefish salad, which not everyone has), plus breakfast sandwiches and more ambitious lunch sandwiches. I found the service excellent, the pricing more than fair, and the bagels pretty good. Even though they're not cracking my greater Boston top 5 or my New England top 10, the bagels have a nice texture to them: chewy, but a lighter brand of chewy, kinda like a biscuit. That texture grows on you as you try more of them. The pumpernickel bagel was a little light on flavor but the onion bagel made up for it. The rosemary salt bagel was much heavier on the salt than the rosemary, but still good. I'd go back.
