I hate leaving bad reviews having worked in food service for nearly a decade, but this is truly deserved. Went to Panera this morning for a quick bagel and iced coffee. I had ordered my iced coffee and asked for extra cream. I get to the window, and the girl says "I'm sorry, we're out of blueberry, what else can I get you?" I tell her no problem and pick a different one. I am handed an iced coffee that is as close to black coffee as it gets, no matter, I ask for creamer in individual servings to minimize back up in line. I am handed a bagel that was once a circle, now four ripped in half pieces toasted to . I get parked and go inside. I politely tell the young man "I'd like my money back for this bagel I was just given" he gets the manager. A female manager approaches and says "what's wrong?" I tell her the bagel is smushed and ripped in half and I'd like my money back please." Manager says "how about a new bagel?" I said "oh no thanks. That made it past several eyes and hands and was served anyway, I don't need another." No apology or acknowledgement that the product was absolutely pathetic and shouldn't of been served. The manager seemed stressed and short fused. I watched a very obvious new hire standing nervously in the wings waiting for a chance to speak or be spoken to. Bad environment, poor product, never again. read more

I'm giving this Panera a five star review for the service the drive-through girlie gave me! Never caught her name but she has this awesome accent from Iraq! I wanted a cherry pastry but they were out so she recommended the strawberry rhubarb cake and I agreed. When I got to the window she apologized and said there wasn't any cake baked today. She offered me another pastry free of charge for the inconvenience (what? no inconvenience here!). That wasn't all. When I got home, I looked in my bag to find not only my free pastry but also a lemon drop cookie that I had mentioned I loved. She put it in as a surprise! Sure made my day. Walked into Panera at 10:30, waited a moment or two for a friend, started ordering breakfast at 10:36 supposedly...girl behind the register says "we stop serving breakfast at 10:35. Less than ONE minute off and she wouldn't accommodate at all. No wonder this location has such horrible reviews. What happened to customer service these days? read more

The employees need training in the sanitizing dept. I see they wear gloves. But I saw a man wipe sweat off with the gloves on. And he didn't change gloves. The cashier was too lazy to input my Panera id. He was like just log in and input your information. They need to change their gloves more often. read more

The food was good, as it always is at a Panera Bread, but the service was SO slow. We waited 10 minutes for two smoothies, which is kinda crazy since there was no one before us when we ordered and no one was in the drive thru when we pulled in. read more

Friendly greeting when coming in. Clean place. Quick service at a fair price. Had the Bacon Turkey on wheat, (half a sandwich is just right) Baked Potato soup (a bowl is just right) and an apple. This Panera is lacking when it comes to quality control and attention to detail. I've come here a few times, and more often than not I'm served food that misses the mark. Today for instance I order a chipotle chicken avacodo melt with an apple for a side. The apple was over ripe, no big deal... However, one third of the sandwich was burnt on the bottom, and a good portion of burnt cheese melted out the end (completely obvious to anyone that can see). In addition to the sandwich being burnt, there was literally no chicken to be had on it. Normally I would have had them replace it, but I'm on a short lunch today. What a waste of money, there are several resteraunts in the area that you would be better off choosing. read more

I come to this Panera a lot because they have a drive through which is super convenient. The parking lot here is terrible! Good luck ever finding a parking spot. They have always gotten my order right and I spend no time at all in the drive through. I always get the bread bowl with different soup depending on what they have for the day. They also have a pick two menu so you can get soup and a sandwich. It's not super expensive either which is nice. Overall I would recommend it but don't try to park here. read more

I used to love Panera until this became the most convenient location for me. I don't understand why this place always has such issues with such simple orders. My green tea was a black tea? They were out of our soup of choice which they only offer like two days a week so i guess I don't really see how you can't be prepared for that. So we change our soup choice and it comes out as the wrong soup. Just ridiculous. Not to mention the baguette that comes with the soup was for once warm but under cooked! Still doughy on the inside. I've always been a big fan of Panera Bread. This location is great and I'm super happy that they opened shop near my house. I think restaurant is fairly new, so I don't want to give them too much criticism...I first visited the shop on 5/28 and the shop was very clean (which I love). The staff was friendly except for the girl who took my order. She was very impatient and rude. She kept interrupting me while I was giving her my order, she definitely made it seem like I was incompetent of ordering. I'm pretty sure she is a high school student...Other than that, the cooks in the back had a little drama which was very awkward being the customer and witnessing that sort of behavior while waiting for my food. One cook mispronounced another cook's names wrong and as she was being corrected, the cook who mispronounced the name responded sarcastically with, "Sor-ry, won't get your name wrong again." To me, this is very unprofessional. Second, I had ordered "chicken noodle soup" and when I had received it, I was disappointing to see that my soup was mostly broth with literally bits and pieces of chicken and broken noodles. Very very sad, especially because it cost me money. I certainly hope the some of the staff here can get it together. read more

We stopped to get some cookies for desert. Holy crap! We got 7 cookies and it was almost $16. Are you serious. I think that's a little excessive for 7 cookies. And they were about decent. Wow! You know this Panera screwed up royally! They don't listen to your order and get it wrong like 80% of the time ... However, because they are close to work I continually forgive. Yet another restaurant that is careless when sending orders out. Three consecutive visits, my order has been wrong. First time, I left the drive-through without both of my cookies. Second time, also in the drive through, my sandwich was wrong and had to be remade which required me to go through the drive through yet again but with now 2 cars in front of me. The third time, also in the drive through, one of my cookies was missing. Again another circle around the drive through with one car in front of me. This time I spoke with mgmt who was very nice and expressed regret for this. However, she offered nothing as a means to make amends. As a long-time,former restaurant industry worker, I think Panera's customer service could use an upgrade. Teach your employees about being intentional at work and paying attention to detail. Your food is fine most of the time, but I can't support consistent, thoughtless behavior that wastes my time. read more

Drive through line took forever I had to go in it was insane. When I went inside they were quick and friendly and since I waited for so long thay offered me free pastries. Which was nice since I was sick and tired and hungry and just wanted to go home. But it is new and the interior is very nice read more

We went there yesterday for dinner and went through the drive thru. There was a very small amount of turkey on the sandwiches. My grandmas chicken noodle soup only had 3 noodles in it! I enjoy the food & the staff is usually friendly. However as I was waiting for my toasted bagel to go, I observed the manager speaking inappropriately about an employee in front of customers. He was the one to give me my order & I requested an additional cream cheese & he proceeded to roll his eyes at me & told me "you know you're supposed to pay extra for that" I told him I had no problem paying, but he just shrugged me off and said "no too late now" and turned his back to me. Ordered a few you pick twos through paneras online ordering system. I received the confirmation that my order was on its way and my banks automatic notifications let me know panera charged my card. Ten minutes later my phone rings with a mangaer letting me know that there was nobdy to deliver the food and that id have to cancel the order or come in to pick it up. I choose to come by and pick it up. Hardly dissatisfied at this point. It does make sense to have a hard time finding a driver in a snowstorm. I headed to panera expecting to receive my delivery fee and tip refunded to me. I tipped 10$ and there was a 3$ delivery fee. All fine and dandy until the manager informs me that they dont do partial refunds and they could only give me a coupon valid for a you pick two. (a 10$ coupon). So I drove through the blizzard in my pjs to get 20$ worth of food that i was charged 38$ for. Oh and a free coupon. I wasnt even gonna write a review until i got home and they sandwich I ordered wasnt even right. They didn't put turkey on my turkey sandwich. Im a sous chef and I understand how restaurants work but this is down right shameful of panera bread. Wont be eating at panera bread ever again. read more

First time, very disappointed. After a 35 min wait in line, with three registers but only one person working them, and then another 15 minute wait to pick up the food at the window, I received my order of a ham and cheese sandwich ($7) with a cup of soup ($5). Sandwich was cold meat, cold cheese, cold tomato, onion. No sauce, no mayo, no mustard, nada DRY, stick in your throat DRY. Soup was good, but expensive for a cup of soup ($5). Couldn't eat the sandwich so I asked the cook for a doggie bag. BIG mistake; boy did he get pissed and threw a bag at me. If this is what Paneras are like, I will never go back to one read more

Disappointed in the service that I received at the window. As a brand new member of their loyalty program using for the first time tonight I was far from impressed or interested in continuing business. I order at the window and told them I had a reward! Excited as I was since I had just registered a week prior. I was told ever so kindly by the lady at the menu to pull forward and she would redeem the reward. When I got to the window the lady was not there and I was greeted by a gentlemen whose name I don't know. They asked for my loyalty number. Again just starting I asked where I could find that on the app. The guy told me.....I wouldn't know where that is. Really Panera? No training for your employees on your biggest practice for return business? That was frustrating. So I quickly trying to figure out how to navigate through the app to locate the number. Frustrated by the lack of help I received I found. They told me I had a reward for one pastry. I said I know that's what I told them at the menu window, that I wanted to redeem. They brought my bag of food and drink and said thank you for visiting. I drove off and got home to find there was no pastry in my bad and now my reward had been redeemed. I ordered an egg and cheese on ciabatta this morning on my way to work- the drive thru wasn't busy at all. When I got to work I went to eat the sandwich and saw a piece of bacon sticking out (I don't eat meat) so I lifted the bread and there was a piece of cheese not even 1/4 the size of the bread melted on and three pieces of bacon. No egg. I threw it away immediately. Complete waste of money and I'll never order breakfast from there again. If you order from here I suggest checking your food before driving off. read more
