Today I had the most disappointing experience at this location. I ordered two of the you pick two meals, a Sierra turkey with chicken wild rice, and a Turkey bacon Bravo with chicken noodle. Both with NO ONIONS, as I am allergic, which I informed the person taking my order of. The wait was a little long but hey it's Denver, and that's what I figure I pay a little more for going here, my food takes a minute longer because it's made to order and that's what I never have to question with you Panera- the quality. However upon receiving my order, it well... wasn't. The bag contained one sandwich, I told an employee that this wasn't all my food, the employee asked what I ordered, I told them it was all good and to take their time, so my meal could be correct, she procured the rest of my order. When I opened the bags after returning to my hotel room, I notice immediately there's no Sierra turkey sandwich. Some sort of panini in its place, loaded with onions, a sliver of lettuce and a soggy sad looking tomato. The other sandwich, supposedly my turkey bacon bravo, also loaded with onions, containing no lettuce, no cheese, no bacon....just turkey and tomato. No one should ever have to correct the same mistake twice for one meal. Needless to say I couldn't eat any of this food and my meal was ruined by the lack of cautiousness and customer service. I used to eat at Panera all the time at my old job, but that was a decade ago. Having this one open up close by, made me NEED to go and check it out. When I walked in, I was a bit taken aback by the complete overhaul. This was no longer the old Panera I used to know. It turned into this hoity toity, upscale, complex flavor, gourmet-style restaurant rather than the deli it used to be. So I tried something new. I got back to the office and realized that I paid $13 for a couple paninis that really weren't that good. The salad was... a salad. Nothing was bad, but it wasn't good either. I just had much higher expectations. Couple that with the ridiculously long wait time, and the architect who should be shunned for making a concave shaped ordering counter, causing people to have to squeeze in to make their order, and I'm left with $13 fewer dollars and a desire to not go back. Panera in general is sooo over priced. You spend over $10 and for what. Went there asked of a 1/2 Fuji Apple Chicken salad. Asked for extra apples and it cost $0.40 for extra. Didn't get any apples and didn't get any chicken either. Seriously the whole brand is a rip off. They make sure to charge you even for extra anything. read more

This is by far the worst Panera Bread I have ever visited. I went through the drive through and ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and a spinach quiche, when I got my bag and pulled away they had 1) given me the wrong bagel, and had given me one with nuts inside and just put it in the giant bag, it was not wrapped up or anything.. 2) thrown my quiche open in my bag with no wrapping. Every other Panera Bread puts your food in nice little boxes or wrappers so that everything is separated and not destroyed in the bag. I went inside to let them know of the issues I had, and the manager came over after one of the cashiers had asked him to give me a refund on the bagel. He asked me for my credit card, didn't even ask for the receipt, and when I told him I had left it in my car (as I had gone through the drive through) he said that he couldn't re-fund it and then he walked away. I had not even ask for a refund. I just wanted the correct bagel and a box for this soupy quiche they had put in my bag. I asked the cashier if she thought it was normal to just put everything in there like that, and then contaminate it all with nuts and she said no.. and she seemed worried, and ended up giving me a box, the proper bagel, and a free cookie. It was pretty disturbing how the manager acted. I find it odd that corporate Panera Bread allows this place to function at this level. I have been here several times because I work across the street and I have for like 7 years, and its always been sub-par compared to the others. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, and the food was good. Got order quickly, and there were many pastry/cookie/bread choices.

Service and food are good, as is usual at Panera. However, the restaurant is always FREEZING! It's cold fall weather outside, and the air conditioning is on. Also, their wi-fi is always horribly slow!!!!!! I have called the wi-fi customer service number, and they give me some speech about high traffic time. I am in here during very slow times, with few people. I have been to the Panera in Boulder with tons of university students online at the same time and never faced this issue. Panera in Northglenn, you're going to lose my business if you can't keep the restaurant a reasonable temperature or have your wi-fi work more smoothly! read more

Worst customer service ever! Manager Ryan is completely rude and cares very little about his job. If it were possible to give zero stars I would. The microwave pasta and the frozen bags of soup are not as bad as his horrific attitude. The rest of the staff was very polite. read more

Stopped by for lunch one evening and enjoyed my mozzarella tomato sandwich it was very delicious other than that Their chicken noodle soup doesn't taste very appealing Has no flavor in it but the sandwich made up for all of this! read more
