This location finally got a drive thru window. I don't use that but I appreciate it. The reason that I don't use it is because I prefer the Panera to go ordering. I set up my location and order exactly what I want. I estimate the time that I will be there and I have never been there when my food has not been ready. This visit was no different. I went in at the approximate time that my order was going to be ready. And low and behold... one parking space right up front with a sign that said 15 min parking for pickup orders! Yes! This made my day. I did a survey several years back and they asked what would make Panera Togo better and this was my suggestion. I don't know if anyone got that suggest but I appreciated not having to drive around for parking. read more

Terrible. Rude. Ordered online for dive thru pick up. Entered drive thru a few minutes after being alerted. Sat there at the speaker for several minutes before coming inside. Woman at the pick up counter deliberately ignored me. Went to ordering counter. Young man showed me empty pick up rack. "It was for drive thru," I said. Nothing. A different woman who later identified herself as a manager appeared at the pick up counter. I tried to engage her but she deliberately ignored me. Wouldn't even look at me. Just some angry woman. I paced back to ordering counter. Nothing. Went back and asked the rude woman for a manager. She responded, "I'm a manager." I explained how I've got a sandwich sitting around and getting soggy by now. I literally begged for my order. I showed my electronic receipt. I showed the phone screen. She threatened to call the cops and performed this pantomime of calling on speaker, but the "cops" never picked up. Meanwhile, this manager appears from out of nowhere and tells me to leave. I showed her my phone and told her I would gladly leave when she either refunded my money or gave me the sandwich. She reached behind the counter and handed me my clearly labeled order. This particular Panara bread is trash. I NEVER get my complete order, even after they read my order back to me. I've learned to check the bag before I leave the drive through, my husband o. The other hand has not. I order three sandwiches, two soups, 3 bags of chips and 3 drinks. I didn't get my soups. I'm currently sick and that's all I wanted. Other times, I order and pay for an extra baguette, don't ever receive that. The girl who takes the orders at the drive though seems irritated every time she takes my order also. Pretty good Panera location here. It's usually not too busy, but when it is, they manage to get through the lines fairly quickly. I come here every few weeks and I don't usually leave disappointed. Prices are high, but the food almost always tastes fresh. I'm normally not filled up after eating here unless I spend around $15 though. I recently got the "You Pick Two" and that seems to be the best deal as you get half a sandwich and a decent size bowl of soup for around $10. Without that deal, you'll end up spending crazy high prices for small portions so I may start opting for that. I really wish their Panera benefits card was similar to Starbucks where you can load money on your account and just use that or your phone to pay. The points don't seem as useful and I cancelled it the next day. Anyways, I'll be back since I'm a sucker for soups, sandwiches, and carbs. read more

Panera. As far as fast food goes, you are probably the healthiest option around. You have just gotten all of the fake stuff out of your food so I feel better about eating your offerings and giving them to my children, so thank you. You have such a wide selection of normally really good salads, soups and sandwiches even the pickiest eater can find something they like. Your breakfast selection is also very good and I would prefer your egg and cheese sandwich over the golden arches any day. All these things are great, but we really need to talk. You have left me wanting to experience new things that you can't or won't offer like good customer service and fresher foods. When I come to you hungry and order half a sandwich and half a salad, I can understand that you charge me 13.50... Because you've upgraded your food right? But when you charge me 13.50 for half a sandwich and half a salad, I at least expect you to give me something that is a good quality and fresh. That is fair, right? Well the last three times I've been, including today you've come up short. You need to figure out a way to keep your avocados from turning a sickly deep brown. Your nightshades are also lacking. The peppers and tomatoes have been mealy and squishy and lacking flavor. When I order a to-go meal or three, I wouldn't expect to have to go back and get the rest of my order.... Twice. I must confess I've been seeing other restaurants, mainly McAlister's when I want a good sandwich and salad. I can get something extremely close for nearly half the price. I have tried to work it out with you and have taken a survey when requested and told of your shortcoming but you don't seem to want to adjust. I think it's better that we part ways... I absolutely love Panera, but this is the worst experience I've had at one. As soon as I got home to enjoy my food that I ordered Togo, the bottom of my pasta container completely fell off and I couldn't even eat more than the three bites I saved of the most expensive thing I bought. Also, I ordered a cinnamon roll and it was on the receipt, but not in my bag. Very disappointed :( in their defense, they were extremely busy. Our visit yesterday did not go very well. My husband ordered a tuna sandwich and there was hardly any tuna on it so he had to ask for more tuna for his sandwich. The restrooms were not clean and need to be updated. My husband said the men's restroom was terrible. We went at 4:00 and you would think the tables would be cleared off and there was nowhere to sit. First thing you walk into every time is an extremely long line no matter the time of day. Staff giving you dirty looks like you are bothering them and should leave. Then you finally get to place your order with someone less than excited to help you. Good is typical panera food. If you have time take the extra trip to Old Time Bagel!! They are worth the drive. After a 19 hour drive and a nights sleep... Hubs and I woke up starving with an empty fridge. So I went online, found Panera's online ordering service and placed an order. I jumped in the car drove to Panera and my order was waiting for me on the shelf as you walk in. Everything was there but our coffee cups. So I walked to the front and they handed me some. The food was absolutely delicious. I like that you can customize your order with the online ordering tool. I changed the bread the sandwich came on and added extra egg whites. Gotta get that protein. The staff is not very friendly. I ordered 4 cinnamon Bagels, 2 spreads and a chocolate milk. Pretty easy right? Well I received 2 cinnamon, 1 plain and 1 everything bagel. Love Panera but this one extremely disappointing. Placed a semi large order online, picked up my order, unpacked my bag, and was missing a salad. When I called them, the lady who answered the phone stated she wasn't sure what to do. I told her I was 15 mins away but would be back to pick up my missing salad. When I returned, they had no clue about my salad so I had to wait for them to make my salad. Went outside, and wrong salad! Returned inside to inform them, and every single employee acted extremely irritated. I understand mistakes happen, but nothing was done to rectify the situation and I was treated as an inconvenience. Recently I reserved the banquet room for a wedding shower and not only did a cockroach crawl up the wall but another one crawled across the top of a guest foot. This Panera is bad on a consistent basis. They frequently run out of soft dinner rolls and French baguettes, which, for a bakery, baffles me. Tonight I ordered one of my favorite Panera Bread items, a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. I arrived home to find about a tablespoon of chicken salad lumped towards the middle of the sandwich. I have enjoyed going to Panera Bread over the years, but am getting disappointed with there changes to the menu and constant staff changes. A few years back they had a very tasty sandwich called the chicken bacon dijon panini ...I believe - and they discontinued that. Now my favorite cookie the chocolate duet is made into some cookie with a glop of cream filling and they are smaller. Ugh! No more $0.99 cent cookie for me ;(. The chicken taste funny as well. I hope there aren't a ton of preservatives being used. I enjoy all of the added items but stop taking the good stuff away especially for the prices!!! As I live about 5 miles from here I don't get here often. I was given a gift card and was in the neighborhood and stopped by to get my go to Italian sandwich for lunch. They have a drive through, which I found awkward to use with my Honda Accord. The sandwich, although it's on a different type of bread now than a few years ago was still fresh and tasty. Went to Panera Bread for my first time the other day close to NW expressway. The lady there was absolutely amazing! Great customer service skills. Loved my food! So I told my sister about Panera Bread, we decided to go through the drive thru. It was her first time there as well. She wanted to take a few moments to look at the menu. She asked a couple of questions as to how big the sandwich was since she's never ordered. Anyway, the gentlemen that first started helping us was professional. Then a woman took over (literally) the order. Very rude. Sounded very annoyed. But anyhow, right after telling up to pull up to the window, we hear "Well that was annoying." I told my sister we should just go somewhere else. She decided to talk to the manager. We paid. Then talked to the manager. The manager then apologized and said he wasn't there but he was sure she was not talking about us. (?) Offered to give us a free drink or A free pastry. We let him know that was not our intention when requesting to speak to him. We did not take anything. More so wanted this to be a coaching opportunity to the individual with poor customer service manners or manners in general. read more

I have been to this location several times, I have had good service the last few times through the app ordering process. I wanted to try the kiosk that are right by the door so I did. The process was very simple and was able to order my meal. I noticed that at the top of the screen it stated don't worry about ordering a cookie we will put one in the bag. Want an over easy egg, bacon and cheese on brioche? Sure, maybe, but with some scrambled egg and the brioche is burnt beyond recognition. Went back the next week. Burnt. How do you constantly burn bread? Want no egg because a family member is egg intolerant? They'll make sure you get plenty of egg on the sandwich. Bagels sliced and untoasted? 1 millimeter bottom and toasted AF. Ok, maybe the second one is good? No slice, untoasted. How about that pastry? Nope, they forgot to put it in the bag. Did you want the chicken on that salad? It's not on there. Don't even try to get dressing with your salad. This has to be the worst run Panera ever. Let me first say I love Panera. I have probably visited over 20 Panera cafe's in my business travels. I stop frequently to drink coffee and use the wifi if not eating a full meal. I have been to this location twice now in the past 2 months. The coffee station was absolutely atrocious...dirty bucket of water laying on the shelf, spilled cream and coffee everywhere, the decanters looked like they had been beaten with a bat, sticky honey bottle...just all around a mess. Mind you this was in the mid morning. They were not busy at all. If you have spent much time at Panera Cafes you will see they take pride in the coffee station. It is usually your first impression when you walk in. This appears to be an anomaly and unique to this one location. I emailed the corporate email address and was contacted via email by the GM. I emailed him several pictures I took. He then took the time to call me and ended up leaving a voice message. I was slightly impressed by his humility in the voice message, so I decided to call back. I called at 8:10 on a weekday morning. It must have rang 2 minutes and it never picked up, never was answered by a voice recording, no live person. I was shocked. I then looked at the number the GM called me from to make sure it was the correct number I was calling. It was. I tried again and let it ring for maybe a minute and then hung up. What kind of cafe doesn't answer the phone at 8:10 AM on a weekday? What if I wanted to order 10 dozen bagels? I couldn't believe it. I emailed the GM back and asked him to have the district manager or franchise owner contact me. I received a very contrite voice message by the district manager that led me to believe that would never happen again at that store. Well a little over a month later I decided to stop by again. Guess what? The coffee station looked almost the exact same. Same time of day. Employees standing around talking and apathetic. I tried to get one of their attention to bring more hazelnut coffee out. These 2 women were taking behind the counter a good minute. I could feel almost their strain to not make eye contact. I waited patiently until another customer came up beside me and more directly asked for the coffee while interrupting their talk. The coffee station is awful as mentioned..but then I went to the restroom. The residential grade toilet was not only stopped up, but there was a toilet brush siting right beside it covered in feces. Trash all over the floor. This Panera was disgusting. The 2 employees talking while there was work to do was classic. It was a clear sign the culture there is apathetic and lazy. Sloppy service from cashier to server. Cahier took a long time to process my order. Then she didnt give me a number. The server then took our food and placed it on an empty table after she let it sat on the counter for a while. We had to ask her if that was our food. She had this blank look and said the cashier told her to take it to that empty table. They were very disorganized, not very professional and not well managed. We wont go back there again. read more

My sister ordered online for delivery for my son(whos 14 almost 15) my sister was in the shower when the driver SARA got there and so my sis couldn't sign the reciept. So my son explained that and she said "how old are you? " he said "14 almost 15" then she said to him "well you can sign it only if you can sign in cursive" he said "umm sorry I can't sign in cursive" then she says to him "are you serious? What kind of 14 year old don't know cursive? You learn it in 3rd grade" then she just leaves(without any signature) I cannot believe someone would speak to a teenager like that! And as my sister could hear the entire conversation because the bathroom is by the front entry way she was not in any way joking she was rude to a teenager. It upsets me because my son has ADHD, he is a very smart young man but he does have some self esteem issues and that comment did not help anything. And to be honest. I have heard of this Sara girl being very rude to other people as well. I do know of complaints and nothing is done. I am not saying fire this lady necessarily I am just simply saying maybe this grown woman should be told she cannot talk to customers the way she does. Especially teenagers. It could have been handled a little differently. Talk to this woman. I will give 5 star reviews for everything else. This place is amazing. It just sucks that one bad seed, one person can ruin a whole review. This incident isn't going to stop me from eating at panera bread but I will request for SARA NOT to deliver anymore to my house because that made this momma bear upset.
