Generally speaking Panera franchises are decent because they have similar menus at each store and they offer a somewhat healthier choices than your average food chain. This particular location has been plagued by order mistakes every time my family had gone here. 50% of the time they will leave the tomatoes on my salad which my doctor states I shouldn't have, so I either get frustrated picking them all out or taking it back to get a fresh salad. This location also is starting to look extremely worn out thanks to years of use and a staff that gets less and less interested in cleaning as time goes on. If you want an ok restaurant this is it, but expect mistakes, argumentative staff and carry wipes to clean your own eating area. read more

We used this location for a large Panera catering order for 100 persons. The delivery for an important reception was substantially late relative to the delivery time window in the purchase agreement. They got "lost" but did not call our contact number when they worried about being late. The staff did not leave any plates or cutlery that were part of this very large order, also these items are listed on our contract invoice. The regional Panera catering representative contacted us a few days after the event because we were one of their larger catering orders and we informed the representative of the deficiency we experienced. We were told that the manager of this local Panera would contact us. Several weeks on, I can post that the manager has never even attempted to call us. Calling the phone number on our catering contract routinely goes to a busy dial tone. I resorted to leaving a voice-mail for the regional survey representative who had called us and I asked her to get the Panera manager to contact us. We got contacted, however, by one of the employees and she claimed that some "young woman" at our reception told them that they did not need to leave plates when they asked if we needed plates. Yet I myself saw that they deliver everything in large Panera plastic carry bags and not one of their bags contained plates, knives, forks or spoons. They clearly FORGOT the plates and cutlery. They did not have them. I would bet on that. The employee in charge of the delivery had the contract, knew the person who was paying for the service (my spouse), met her in person when arranging the job, and yet she did not think to ask the paying client paying client if it was OK to not provide plates. Result: Our guests had to use the table chargers set up to eat on, which we had awaiting the absent Panera plates. This ruined most of chargers, and they cannot be used again. After 3 weeks, no apology has been offered to the paying client, no acceptance of responsibility for late delivery, nor accepting responsibility for failing to deal with THE PAYING CLIENT on the order regarding items not delivered (plates and cutlery). I held off for almost two weeks to permit the manager of this store to take responsibility for their store's failure and we would have been okay with that, an honest apology for their failure to meet their contract. Hearing nothing, at this point I am posting now my review with this experience. Even after posting a review in Google, I see that this store never responds to any of their many bad reviews. Panera Bread company may survey customer experience but they fundamentally do not act on it. read more

This is the 2nd time this store has missed items on an order that were charged for. Today, I stopped in and used kiosk to order 2 salads. After a 10 min wait, they called my name. I looked at receipt to confirm it was my order and to make sure both salads were listed. They were. When I got home (25 min later) only 1 salad, 2 baquettes tossed in paper bag, not wrapped. Similar to most other Paneras, this location has delicious (mostly) healthy food and coffees, teas, smoothies, and pastries. The prices are definitely climbing, but being part of their rewards program helps - I just got $2 off my sandwich because of it. Oh and the new Toasted Tuscan Grilled Chicken sandwich is delicious!! The staff seemed friendly and my food came out relatively quick for being crowded. The music is nice and everything seemed clean. Even the bathrooms were nice and clean! The only quarrels I have is that there are no outdoor outlets and no recycling container. I would love to work on school assignments while enjoying the nice weather and maybe bring my dog. But with no outlets, I'm left knowing I'll have to pack everything up and move inside as my laptop begins to die. I would also love to be able to recycle the to-go container lids. read more

Let me start by saying that we used to live very close to this Panera, and would order take out all the time. I have never felt compelled to write a review before now. My wife and two kids went to lunch here today while we were out running errands, we all ordered and then sat down with our tracker. Everyone's order was correct but my wife's. She ordered a half salad and a soup, but got two soups and a half salad. The girl dropping everything off was told and then sent the manager over with the receipt, verifying that it was not correct. We were charged for two soups, but he promptly refunded our money, brought us a to go box and some cookies to make up for the mistake. Everything was fixed and even though we didn't ask them to give us anything extra, they went above and beyond to make it right. Decided to go to Panera today after church for lunch before I had to work tonight. Got there and there was a huge line waiting for there food. Ordered our food on the kiosk. They where out of all of the soups so my grandma couldn't have anything of those. We both got the you pick two salad and sandwiches. We waited an hour for our food today. It took forever there was 3 people working today. One manager and 2 other employees doing all the orders. I was told they where only showing a few orders on there end and they had 18-19 orders backed up with 3 people working. We ordered our food at 1:30 and got it finally at 2:30. It felt like they were only doing one order at a time today. So each order took 15 minutes at the least. My grandmas salad had pepperoni on it. There is no pepperoni in a Greek salad. They also ran out of cups and gave us there to go coffee cups to fill our drinks in. I am never coming in on the day before school starts ever again. Spent my entire evening vomiting from food poisoning from this location. I used to come here multiple times a week when I worked at the Ulta in the same strip about 4 years ago and it was always great. When I went in this evening the customer service seemed to have taken a turn for the worse. There were about 8-10 employees in sight and not a single one was acknowledging customers. I am an EXTREMELY loyal customer to Panera bread and especially this store. I had a terrible experience on 6-21-2019 at around noon. My $10 sandwich was made terribly. I got the steak and cheddar panini, about a quarter of the sandwich had steak on it. So I politely asked to speak to a manager and told her of the situation. She was instantly rude to me, all she had to do was say she's sorry and correct it. She did correct the sandwich but she was rude from the start. Extremely disappointed with management. I've given this location three chances, thinking maybe the time before was just a bad day or a fluke. This is my third time going, and getting a salad. And this will be my last time. I pay $7-$9 for a salad that's better than one I could get at a drive thru. The salads I've received have been way below what I would classify as quality food- typically thrown together, missing key ingredients (such as dressing the first time, avocado the second time). Today there was HALF of a handful of lettuce in the container. I'm a regular at other panera locations and have never had my *regular* salads prepared in such a sloppy way, as this panera prepares them. Disappointing. read more

Customer service, fixing their mistakes, working hard to avoid them to begin with... none of this seems to be a priority. The apathy is irksome; not everything can be fixed with "soup vouchers."
