She told me that she could give me free cookies if I came in, however I'm not typically out that way and that didn't resolve the issue, being that this cookie cake was my daughter's one real request--and I also didn't know if I could trust the location to give me said cookies upon asking. Finally I told her that I would like a refund, to which she told me "you bring me the cake back, then you'll get your money back. That's how it works." Overall the product is god-awful (especially for something that customers must pre-pay for), and the workers are incompetent and frankly rude--by the end of the five minute conversation you would have thought that it was the worker herself who received the crappy cake.
