Great option! Everything I've had is a very solid offering. Good coney, fair prices. Great late night option to have near by!

THANK YOU! (Not dance club pop, for this old lady!) Oh FINALLY, a restful and soothing sound to enter a place to chill. Very open, spacious, high ceilings, natural lighting, and colors. LOTS of seating set ups: couches, booths, long tables, and bistro tables. Apparently, there is a mini-stage with piano and sound booth for events. Seemed many come to do work and school. Hospitality. Very friendly and accommodating. Greeted as soon as we walked in. Offerings. Literally, they had almost every flavor option for your coffee drink. Not sure if they have Mexican Mochas. Anywho... they also had selection of pastries, GF items, cookies... Of Note and Last Impressions. Ample parking. Note that there are 2 entrances -- front and back. Loos were stocked and fairly kempt. Have been back a couple times because we were IMPRESSED.

These are Valentine's Day specials this month. The interior is spacious and welcoming, lots of comfy places to sit including booths. Friendly, kind staff (Miss Clare, I believe?). This building also serves as a meeting spot for groups like anger management, stress support, I think substance abuse, too. Those are held outside the cafe area. The whole building is cool and has such good vibes. Why didn't I stop in sooner???

This spot is really good! Just got myself a sweet treat here for the second time. They have four…read moreflavors of the dairy-free soft serve - mango, cherry, blue raspberry and cotton candy. They usually have little samples of each. All flavors are good, but the cherry is my favorite. These four flavors are kind of like a smooth, Italian ice. Very light and just the right amount of sweetness. You can also get each flavor with some vanilla soft serve (which is dairy based). Cherry and vanilla are great together! I guess my only complaint is that it's kind of pricey, but I guess what isn't these days. Fine if you're alone, but my cherry/vanilla combo was like $7 and some change for the regular (second smallest) size. It would add up quick if you got ice cream here as a family. If my family of 4 all got some, that would be over $30 for just ice cream. This is the only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars.

Mrs. Fields Great Lakes Crossing - Cookie cake

If I could give this location zero stars--or less than that, to be frank--I absolutely, without a…read moredoubt would. My daughter always asks for one thing when her birthday comes around each year and that's a Mrs. Fields cookie cake. I have never gone to this location and I typically go to the Twelve Oaks Mall location due to its proximity to our house, however, I was nearer to Great Lakes Crossing on this day. This was a $40 product (I know, it's hard to believe). I called a woman today to see how this issue could be resolved. She said she didn't know who made the cake and that it was probably someone new. Although she said that the boss and manager weren't there for me to talk with, she later on claimed that she was the manager. I sent her the image of the cake to show her what I paid for. She told me that she could give me free cookies if I came in, however I'm not typically out that way and that didn't resolve the issue, being that this cookie cake was my daughter's one real request--and I also didn't know if I could trust the location to give me said cookies upon asking. Finally I told her that I would like a refund, to which she told me "you bring me the cake back, then you'll get your money back. That's how it works." Overall the product is god-awful (especially for something that customers must pre-pay for), and the workers are incompetent and frankly rude--by the end of the five minute conversation you would have thought that it was the worker herself who received the crappy cake. Ultimately this was a huge disappointment and I would recommend having a five-year-old make your cookie cake over this location.

I think this Mrs Fields should be investigated for breaking child labor laws because the cookie…read morecake I ordered appears to have been iced by a 6 year old. The writing was sloppy, off center, and incorrect. Stay away from this place unless you want to be subpoenaed in the inevitable upcoming lawsuit.

My wife and I ate here after having a splendid breakfast many months ago we thought we would return for dinner. They sat us by the bar there was no one else in the restaurant not sure why we had to sit next to the bar. We had other customers standing at the bar with her faces with their butts in our faces There were so many other better seats I should've said something but I didn't. We ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms, which on the picture it showed seven when it showed up there were only five mushrooms. What was missing the most was crab meat it was a literally a bunch a shake on top of barely stuffed mushroom. Mostly fancy sauce and a ton of bread crumbs to hide the lack of crab....for $17! My wife ordered a sandwich which she enjoyed I think it was a Reuben made out of turkey and I ordered a signature Smash burger. We both ordered french fries that looked like they had been sitting in the basket most of the day because they were cold, and we're starting to shrink from sitting out. By the time we were done, my bill was $90 after tipping the waitress paying their 3% rip off fee. We both were expressing discontent as we left through the parking lot. It has been a while since I had breakfast there, which I never read them for and would've given them a five for that but this menu was not that menu.
