Great option! Everything I've had is a very solid offering. Good coney, fair prices. Great late night option to have near by!

They also make their smear (cream cheese) in house and slice their own lox (smoked salmon). The salmon was particularly impressive, it just melts. Their bagels are on the pricier side, but they are large, fresh, and delicious. I've tried my classic order (sesame, scallion smear, lox) and one of their bagel sandwiches (eggs, bacon, tomato, cheese), which are very hearty. They have breakfast and lunch options. They were out of the chicken salad when I stopped in, their egg salad was very good though. The were hustling on a Sunday afternoon, a really hard working staff here, but the staff who helped me remained friendly. I'm excited to try some of their more creative options.

The bagel was glorious (as always), bacon was heavenly, chicken salad was exactly right, tomato was fresh, the potato salad and pickle on the side were flavorful and a nice bonus. I saved half for later, yet it was filling and large enough to require two hands each time. The Morning Stimulus (two scrambled eggs, bacon, avocado spread, red onion, tomato, melted cheddar cheese, and I get mine on an asiago or everything bagel) is my go-to breakfast order. Trust me and add a hash brown on it for extra crunchy texture. The staff is friendly. The inside is tidy with a handful of tables if you want to dine in, but they package everything very well if you take your order to go. Everyone I've brought in has been impressed with the deliciousness, quality, and size of the portions. Bagel Spot is a 10 out of 5.

Not sure she's supposed to be. Not for consumption jar of candy corn. Ordered a chicken delight, side toast and cream cheese, pineapple parfait, breakfast croissant, morning berry smoothie, oat milk latte. $64.66 They charge you a credit card fee. Our table is way too small for us to share any food. A ton of stuff that takes up 1/3 of the table, we had to put items on the ground to make room for 3 plates of food. The latte came out with spilled coffee on the saucer. They don't have any green tea. This is thing here, watched other waitstaff walked around bringing mugs of drinks with liquid all over the mug. The breakfast croissant was decent, two thin turkey patties, two layers of fried egg. I added cholula sauce since the sandwich itself was rather bland. The turkey patty was flavorless and not memorable. The pineapple parfait is good, nice attempted presentation, some yogurt, strawberries and granola fell onto the plate. The plain bagel brought to us was torn, it looked like the staff ripped it out of the toaster. Why would you even bring this to a customer? The chicken delight was good, my hubby said the goat cheese made it better for him. Taking a bit to get checked out, our waitstaff keeps passing us by. I had flag to stick out the card and bill from the table for it to get her attention. Paid and was given a pen that was bleeding all over the receipt. Service and food presentation could use some improvement. The chicken delight and the pineapple parfait were both good.

From the moment…read moreyou walk in, it's clear this isn't just another café--it's a place that genuinely cares about quality, freshness, and community. The portions are incredibly generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the ingredients truly stands out. I love that much of their produce comes directly from Eastern Market, so you know everything is fresh. They also proudly display their breads, which come from Crust in Fenton. You can even purchase a loaf to take home, which I thought was such a wonderful touch. It's refreshing to see a locally owned, women-owned business supporting other local businesses. The homemade soups are outstanding. The chicken noodle soup was so delicious that I actually ordered a second serving--which is something I never do. The Italian sandwich is, without question, the best I've ever had. I especially appreciate that you can order it either grilled or cold, depending on your preference. The service is warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. They happily work with reasonable dietary requests, which I always appreciate. The restaurant itself is spotless. I've dined in countless restaurants over the years, and I always notice cleanliness. I honestly couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. One of the things that impressed me most was seeing the owners actively working alongside their staff. They're present, engaged, and willing to jump in wherever needed. My favorite saying is, "Teamwork makes the dream work," and Sisters Cafe is a perfect example of that philosophy in action. If you have room after your meal, don't skip the bakery case. The display of fresh baked goods is enough to make your mouth water. Next time, I'm definitely planning to save room because that Birthday Cake Muffin has my name written all over it. Everyone at Sisters Cafe seems genuinely happy to be there--whether they're working or enjoying a meal. The restaurant stays busy, and after eating there twice, it's easy to understand why. They've clearly discovered the secret ingredient to success: exceptional food, outstanding service, genuine hospitality, and a true commitment to supporting their local community. I can't wait to go back!

Did a search for eateries in close proximity and decided on the Olde Detroit Burger Bar in Lake Orion. Not too sure how long this establishment has been in business, but it was either relatively new or recently renovated making it a very welcoming restaurant/bar. We started at a table out on the front patio area, but sweat bees didn't take long to come around. Our Granddaughter was not crazy about the bees, so we moved indoors. Our order: Kids' Slider & Fries; Greektown Salad with Gyro Meat; and The Woodward Avenue Burger topped with seared onion, tomatoes, and pickles with a side of sweet potato fries. I was struggling with my decision and thanks to our stunning server, Jozefina, she assisted me in making the choice to go with The Woodward Avenue Burger. The restaurant/bar had a decent crowd for a Sunday afternoon. Our service was very good, and the food was top-notch. They have a full bar and numerous tvs to keep you busy while dining or having fun at the bar. I am glad we do not live close by, or I would probably gain weight like crazy eating these wonderful burgers and other menu items all the time. If you are fortunate enough to reside in the Lake Orion area, you need to check this place out!
