Absolutely the worse Panera I have been too. Stood in the lobby for at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, even though I saw a worker look directly at me from around the corner. Employee came out with a lovey attitude and could care less for the wait. Took my order and then stared at me like I knew to pick the bagels up in a different room around the corner. I'm used to mine where there are plenty of employees and you pick the bagel up right where you ordered it. Could have just been a bit more pleasant. read more

I know Panera is pretty standard but I was do disappointed by my lunch today. I ordered a tomato and mozzarella flat bread. What I got was a mushy wrap with salsa and pesto. There was no mozzarella and there was liquid pouring out of this "sandwich." I was really disappointed and don't know that I can support Panera anymore- I could have made something better with the remains in my fridge! read more

We normally have great experiences at Panera but when we visited this location on a Saturday night, there were more staff than customers so we were excited for what we thought would be a very short wait and good food. Instead the staff made largely of high schoolers spent more time arguing with each other than preparing food. We were the only ones waiting and waited 20 minutes. They ended preparing one meal too many and just gave it too us. The food was not great and the staff was rude and slow. read more

A few weeks ago I made an order for rapid pick-up. When I went up to get it, the store was closed and there was a sign on the door saying something was wrong with the Pepsi machine so they had to close early. I never got my food and Panera has failed to refund my money. Instead they give me excuse after excuse. I will never eat at the Pembroke location or at any Panera ever again. read more

This is my favorite Panera and it doesn't just have to do with the fact that it has a drive-thru (ok, maybe it does, lol). Food is great and fast service! The only complaint I have is when people order huge orders through the drive-thru and then that backs everything up. Especially coming from someone who just wants a cup of soup and has a limited amount of time on their lunch break. At night, the drive-thru tends to be a bit slower. Who ever works at night is a slow worker. But even still its better then going to Burger King down the street. read more

Usually this place would receive 5 stars from me but today they get one star only because Yelp makes you. I usually order through rapid pick up and have minimal issues. Today I was driving by and thought a breakfast sandwich would be good. I hit the drive through since it wasn't busy. I ordered an egg white, turkey sausage, spinach sandwich...that's all...should have been easy enough. What I received was a cold slimy egg with a slice of cheese thrown on top on some italian bread. As I had already gotten to work and couldn't go back I thought I would eat it anyway. Oh no...I have never been more disgusted!!! Worst panera I have ever been too! The past 3 times I have ordered rapid pickup for my order, and the last 3 times I have went to pick it up it seems they have made it but someone else took the order. Maybe they should get rid of the rapid pickup or have someone at least handing out the orders !!! I can't even imagine how much $they lose by doing this. Seeing Any one can take anyone else's order and pass it off as their own which clearly happened to me 3 times. Just sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes waiting for a breakfast sandwich. Although there were about 20 people milling around in the back, not one person came to the window to explain the wait. Finally, when the drive through was backed up 3 cars behind us, someone came to the window and asked us to pull into the "rapid pick up area" and they would be right out. We sat in that spot, watched all three cars behind us leave within a few minutes, and still no one came out. All for one breakfast sandwich. We left after about 15 minutes without our food that we had already paid for because we were about to be late for an appointment. Completely unacceptable customer service. read more

This is a great place to have a lunch business meeting. It is big enough to where there is enough room during the lunch hour where you can have a pretty good chance at finding a seat. The seating area was very clean which is a huge plus and the staff friendly and helpful. read more

The pickled red onion in this panera are perfect to feed to my pet rock, gary #2. Don't ask me what happened to gary #1. It's a long story. Awesome onions though 10/10. I walked in and there was no line and the girl working the cash wrap was standing over by the pastries and said "I'll be with you in one second!" While I witnessed her on her phone like she actually put using her phone ahead of doing her job and she didn't stop using it for almost a minute I'm not about to name names because I'm not gonna be as rude as she was to me but wow read more

I like the convenience of the drive-thru, if our orders weren't always either made wrong or sub-par. I have ordered salads and gotten half of a box where other Panera's fill it, gotten wrong ingredients, been told they don't/can't make something anymore even though they have all the ingredients necessary. I barely like most of the sandwiches offered and then they took away the one I settled on, but have the salad version and refuse to make it in sandwich form still. read more

Had many bad experiences with this company at the Hanover location. Today I ordered a 1/2 sandwich and a caesar salad at the Pembroke location. Cashier gave me a buzzer and I sat down. 20 minutes pass by and I don't hear my name called and the buzzer doesnt go off. I walk to the counter to ask where my food is. Kid says "its right here" They made me 2 salads, neither of which what I ordered. All while kids are jumping around in booths and screaming. Will never step foot in a Panera again. This place has got to have the laziest and most clueless people working at it that I have ever come across. Never once have I been here when they have gotten my complete order correct. I once ordered an avocado BLT with no mayo and they handed it to me slathered in mayonnaise. Another time I order the same thing they gave it to me with no avocado. Have you see the silverware they give out to their guests?? It looks like they take used forks and spoons from one customers dish and place it on new trays without washing them. I've had to ask for clean silverware and watched as the girl searched through to find a decent one to give me its disgusting to the point that I had to ask for a plastic one to be safe and the plastic one also had something on it that looked like chewed up food! I stopped going to this location for quite some time after that experience but recently returned because I got a job near the location and the drive thru is convenient. I also figured maybe over some time they would have gotten rid of some of the baggage they call workers but they are all still just as clueless...they constantly continue to screw up orders and forget to put full meals into the bags they hand me...they ask if I want chicken on my salad, charge me for it then don't put it on my food. The girl at the drive thru window on Friday didn't ask for a rewards card so I asked her to put it in for me and she said they will do it at the next window. When I got to the window the boy charged my card then told me he couldn't add the rewards points for me then handed me a bag with one thing in it when I ordered 2, then he said well luckily she didn't charge you for it (probably because she wasn't listening and didn't even add it to my order) also whenever I ask for extra dressing they give me 2 or 3 containers filled only 1/4 of the way so it's the same as a regular salad definitely not extra..this place sucks in comparison to the surrounding Panera's it is trash! The only reason I give 2 stars is for friendly service and because of the drive-thru. They ALWAYS get something wrong. I mean either it's the wrong food, they forget a topping on my salad, forget my silverware, there's always something. Now, why would I keep going here then? The drive-thru. When you need something quick and don't want greasy fast food, Panera is great and when you have young children in the car? The drive-thru is perfect. I have always been a big fan of Panera, and when this one opened close by with a drive through we were thrilled....Every time I go there I am disappointed...Egg white sandwich given to me with egg yolk, OUT OF COFFEE at 7am, no to go containers, wrong orders, out of spinach, and the last time all I ordered was coffee and it came 1/2 full COLD. Reading through others reviews, it looks like I am not the only one. Something really needs to be done about the management here. read more

This is the worst panera I have ever been to. My sister and I ordered you pick twos but mine came as a super ate salad and Mac and cheese and they charged me for them separately. Also, my sister got a salad and sandwich but didn't get her sandwich. We also got a frozen lemonade that when we got it, was just barely half full and had giant chunks of ice and was more like a plain lemonade with ice cubes. They didn't give us any utensils with our to go order or napkins or anything and they were rude when we were getting our food. I would never go here again because the standards of the workers and restaurant are incredibly low. Other than that, it is a clean building but I wouldn't recommend it. Just got to the Taco Bell next door, they have good food and service and they have never messed up my order. read more

Has an eye doctor appointment near enough so we could wheel me over in my wheelchair. We were very hungry having not had much breakfast and no lunch. Did not expect much as I know this is part of a chain. Woman at counter was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions on the menu. It was not crowded at that time (4:30) so we were able to find a place for the wheelchair without any problems. Our soup and sandwich was very good. I took half home for lunch the next day. We ran out of coffee and my husband got up to get us some more and my dark roast was available, but his light was empty. A woman going by realized this and told him she would be right back with a new pot. While he was waiting a young fellow (leaving for the day with his coat on) stopped and asked if he could do anything for my husband and he explained that someone was already helping him.
