Avocado has been rotten a lot lately this fall very disappointing shops at five location

    Nataly B.

My poppyseed strawberry salad and onion soup were delicious as always at this chain. Everything was fresh and yummy. Service was very polite and friendly. I will definitely stop here again.

Looks better in the pic than it did in real life. Under the dressing containers it's only lettuce.

The menu is simple but everything is homemade and very satisfying, especially their delicious soups, the quenching hibiscus cooler, and my personal favorite, the chef salad. Sometimes, in the cooler weather, we go just for tea and dessert (I wish more restaurants promoted coffee and dessert seating). Their attached shop is just as impressive, fully stocked with gifts, soaps, and organic goods. It's a convenient alternative to chain supermarkets for organic farm-fresh produce, milk, and meats.

They also gave us a coupon for a free iced green or mango yerba maté to redeem in-store. I then visited The Yellow Deli on Monday around 2pm and it wasn't too busy. Since I wanted to redeem the free drink and order takeout, I went to the cashier counter. I got the mango yerba maté and it was very refreshing. The menu offers hot-steamed sandwiches, fresh salads, from-scratch soups, and homemade desserts. Vicki, owner of Spirit of Plymouth, had recommended the Deli Rose. After ordering, I waited about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. While you wait, you can visit the Common Sense Store which is accessible through or just to the right of the Deli. The hot-steamed sandwich came in a box with a pickle and chips. The deli rose sandwich had roast beef, corned beef, pepper jack cheese, mozzarella cheese, onions, tomato, butter mustard and spicy red sauce on an onion roll. It was delicious and I enjoyed every single bite. The sandwich had a good amount of filling. The Yellow Deli is a pretty cool place. The decor, artwork and murals, ambiance, and music is really cool. The staff are also very friendly and sociable.

It was such a great surprise to learn. The Plymouth General Store had opened up in downtown, Plymouth on Main Street. It's such an adorable place for locals and tourists. It's casual, and a one stop shop for many different items. My sister had told me about it. She told me to order the "coconut cloud coffee." I did that as soon as I got there. It is coffee made with coconut water and coconut cold foam. It's absolutely delicious and incredibly hydrating during a hot summer day. I got their version of Uncrustable for my son-Took a few bites myself, it was delicious. Although I did not eat any of their baked goods, unfortunately, they all looked delicious. We also went back a second time to get some food to-go. I ordered my son a grilled cheese and my husband a Caprese Panini. They thought it was delicious. You can get your food to-go or you can dine there, there are a few tables as well as a coffee bar for patrons to sit and enjoy their food and drink. Everything edges on the healthier side, which I love. There's also an amazing gift shop that we spent a good amount of money on. Such adorable things for kids, pets, and adults! They even have a whole toy area in the back left corner if you dare to bring your kids back there. Prices are on the higher side, considering the tourist population. Overall, this is one place I cannot wait to return to next time I'm in town. Somehow I am now on their email list and it looks like they also have events every so often. Adorable idea, amazing place. Get your butts there so this place stays in action!

The restaurant is decorated well, seems clean, and is dark with big windows on two of the walls. Server was okay. He seemed to have a lot of tables, but we were able to get his attention whenever needed. The manager seemed to be floating around the restaurant all night. He checked on us truly as we took our first bite of the first appetizer, then not again. We split the 2 for $50 weeknight special, which was a good deal. The elote dip was okay. It came out luke warm and honestly tasted like a can of creamed corn. We both agreed that warmer and with a little kick/spice would have been better. I can't remember what the second app was, but it was a fried beef and potato appetizer. It was very tasty, but very oily. We were wiping our hands between each bite. The Arroz Chaufa was very tasty and a good size. Unfortunately the plantains that came with it were extremely salty. Cocktails I tried the En Claro and Maldiablo. The En Claro was okay, I expected it to be sweeter than it ended up being. Maldiablo was very tasty and I would drink again. My husband got the sangria that had not been mixed prior to serving, so the first sip was all brandy and otherwise just okay. Overall the food was good but the drink prices seemed steep. $50 for two people to eat was a good price, but we spent just as much in 3 drinks and really only truly enjoyed one of the three.

I reached out to them months ago to explore using them for the welcome party for my wedding. After dozens of calls, emails, instagram messages AND even going IN-PERSON to speak to someone, their event organizer never responded. We followed up numerous times and not once, did we get a formal follow-up. It look messages on 3 different social media channels for me to finally get an answer. When we did, the organizer ghosted us AGAIN! When I followed up with her (now having her phone number) we set a date to call. She could not figure out how to send me the event details, she did not have very many answers to our questions - we got a ton of, "I need to ask the owner". She promised to give us an update to our questions, and NOTHING. The kicker is that she even ignored my follow up text asking for an update. She ended up texting me accidentally - the text was to her coworker asking them if they can let her inside because she was locked out!! So incredibly unprofessional, they do not seem to care for our business even though we were so excited to potentially have our event there. Would not recommend - try back maybe in a couple years when they can get better customer service and more organized.

I don't know if I was starving, unhappy or what but this place and meal hit the spot and hit it hard. I thought I deserved a drink so I got a Guinness, which was thankfully on tap so yah! I got the bourbon steak tips with steak fries and opted for a garden salad instead of the green beans - yes, yes, and yes! Steak tips were perfectly flavorful and cooked just right for my taste. I really wanted fries and (unlike some of my family/friends) I actually like steak fries and they were cooked up just the way I like'em (crisp outside, not too mushy on the inside). The salad though, yah it was basic and yet not - all kinds of different colored tomatoes which actually had great flavor to them, and it was not just a couple but quite a few and they were "fresh". That is basically what I loved about the salad - not your typical anemic looking/tasting salad but with mixed greens (not just lame looking iceberg) and full of other veggies. The server also could not have been nicer (like I said I went through a lot that day so seeing a friendly face was nice) and always checking on us. I think we made a great choice in stopping here - it was a 4:30 on a Tuesday and it was busy. Good sign!

It has that cozy hometown pub feel: sports on, music playing, and a great local vibe. The staff treats you like you've been coming in for years, making you feel like a regular right away -- and that's definitely a good thing. Homemade comfort food that hits on every level, a delicious menu from top to bottom, and a drink menu that complements it perfectly. And by the way... the Guinness pours well!
