Cute! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Loved the ambiance of the restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was kind and fast. The food was also good. Pics include the parking situation which was convenient.

Solid breakfast spot close to all the Plymouth attractions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was excellent and the inside had that classic diner feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The main items were fairly priced, but some of the sides we felt were a bit pricey. Example: side of strawberries were $7. We enjoyed our omelettes. Overall had a great experience.

This was amazing! The food was so good! There was a line that said this place was popular, but the line was quick, and the workers were friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone, so I'm recommending it now. TRY IT!!!

A nice option for breakfast or lunch a bit further from the busier waterfront areas. There is plenty of free parking, good service and a nicely rounded menu. Overall we had a good experience here and I'd happily come back in the future for a simple but satisfying meal.

We stopped in for some breakfast before seeing Plymouth Rock & the Mayflower replica. First of all the place is very open & bright rather than most breakfast joints that are typically darker & a more cramped feel so it was off to a great start Our server, Caileigh, greeted us immediately & pointed out a few nice options for us. We ended up ordering the Cheddar Omelet & the Roast Beef Club Sandwich. Everything was quite good but nothing out of this world. One other thing I liked about the restaurant was they had lunch/dinner items on the menu at 10 00 Am in the morning for those of us such as myself that aren't big fans of standard breakfast food. Good food, great service with fair prices is what you will find at the Water Street Cafe.

My husband and I were looking for a Breakfast spot in the area to eat at before we visited the Mayflower/Plymouth Rock and saw this restaurant listed on Google. There was a wait, but thankfully it was under 10 minutes. Something that is different that I didn't realize right away is that you need to write your name down on the wait list pad when you walk in (so the waitress can call your name). I was waiting for 5 minutes before one of the waitresses asked if we "checked in". Once we were called, we got seated at a cute corner spot right by the window which was nice. They also had cute decor on the wall. Our waitress was Kailey and she was very friendly and bubbly! She made our experience absolutely wonderful! We tried the mimosas - my husband got the orange and I got the pineapple. It was good, but primarily ALL champagne with just a splash of pineapple juice. Most people would probably love this, however, I wish I had more pineapple flavoring in mine. They also offer breakfast specials which is nice: I ordered the Nutella Crunchy French Toast, it was so delicious and filling!!!

I was in the area for yet another specialist appointment and was not feeling in the best spirit…read more Since it was a fasting appointment, I was pretty hungry so the hubby brought me here. I don't know if I was starving, unhappy or what but this place and meal hit the spot and hit it hard. I thought I deserved a drink so I got a Guinness, which was thankfully on tap so yah! I got the bourbon steak tips with steak fries and opted for a garden salad instead of the green beans - yes, yes, and yes! Steak tips were perfectly flavorful and cooked just right for my taste. I really wanted fries and (unlike some of my family/friends) I actually like steak fries and they were cooked up just the way I like'em (crisp outside, not too mushy on the inside). The salad though, yah it was basic and yet not - all kinds of different colored tomatoes which actually had great flavor to them, and it was not just a couple but quite a few and they were "fresh". That is basically what I loved about the salad - not your typical anemic looking/tasting salad but with mixed greens (not just lame looking iceberg) and full of other veggies. The server also could not have been nicer (like I said I went through a lot that day so seeing a friendly face was nice) and always checking on us. I think we made a great choice in stopping here - it was a 4:30 on a Tuesday and it was busy. Good sign!

Bottom line... it doesn't get much better than Dillon's Local…read more My only gripe is that it's a little small, so if your timing isn't right, you might be waiting for a table -- but honestly, that's part of the charm. It has that cozy hometown pub feel: sports on, music playing, and a great local vibe. The staff treats you like you've been coming in for years, making you feel like a regular right away -- and that's definitely a good thing. Homemade comfort food that hits on every level, a delicious menu from top to bottom, and a drink menu that complements it perfectly. And by the way... the Guinness pours well!

Trendy looking spot in the main drag in Plymouth, a few blocks from Plymouth Rock. Bar on one side,…read moretables on the other, with window view down to the water. Bartender handled the whole joint on a Saturday lunch. -- Patty Melt: Nice straddling between traditional and innovative. Brisket patty, neither thick nor thin, with a soft grind, cooked showing pink (I asked for medium rare if possible). Bacon-onion-jalapeño jam with some zip and bacon saltiness and bendy texture. Caramelized onions with a hint of sweetness. Partly-melted American cheese. Griddled marble rye with unnoticeable butter. Not perfection, but an enjoyable mix of flavors and textures. -- Fries (with the patty melt): Thin, crunchy shoestrings, aggressively salted, in assorted lengths. -- Quinoa Bowl: Bright flavors, good textures, per my wife. -- Ginger Soda: Made in house, string Ginger flavors, not too much sugar. Very good, though at $7, it's gotta be something you're certain you want. Solid experience. Hard to get a full picture without trying more things, but good enough to try more. And many good options for vegetarian dishes and mocktails.
