First bite surprise!!! A long black hair

I've had a few unsanitary experiences with Panera in the past so I rarely eat here, but I had a giftcard and stopped in for a pick 2 harvest salad & ciabatta dipper. Excited & hungry, I bit into my sandwich to find the longest black hair RIGHT where I just bit into. I'm repulsed!!!! This is why I don't eat at Panera I've found hair, a lintball and a cockroach in a salad, all from Panera. They can't have sanitary conditions!

Food is good for a quick lunch option, I usually do the pick two, chicken bacon ranch sandwich with the tomato basil soup. On my next to last visit they forgot to add the chips so I called the manager, she was very apologetic and offered me a free meal which I thought was very nice, she wanted to make it right. My name was entered into a book and on my next visit I claimed my replacement meal. I'm sure I'll be going back.

    This Lauren btw

This place is amazing, I love coming here and studying. It's such a nice ambiant environment. Ms Lauren is suuuuuuuuuuuper nice and really good at her job. She is verry professional and super kind to customers. She really deserves a raise. We love you LAUREN

    Hot banana peppers, versus sandwich.

I don't know if the sandwich is supposed to be like this. I don't remember it being like this when I ordered it before. However, if you like these peppers then this is for you. For me, this is not it.

    Grilled Cheese.

I'm not sure how your staff could legitimately serve this as a grilled cheese. Last week you served a bbq sandwich on what looked like a Sarah Lee loaf and tasted worse than a sandwich from the Daily gas station next door. Thought I'd give you another try tonight but again I was more than disappointed. I will only be back to get my money back from this poor excuse of a sandwich.

No wonder the latte was missing- no one checked the order before it went out!

The bartender was so nice and polite. Served me a cold craft beer by Southern Swells Brewery called Karate in the Garage. It was a very weird name but loved the hazy thick taste. The surfboards lining the top of the walls gave it a beachy vibe with a few other nautical items like a vintage brass underwater containment suit. Lots of parking out front including ample dedicated space for our golf cart. Nice spacious covered patio with hanging white led lighting. Good spot to watch sports games.

We stopped here, at this location, late one night with some friends and it was so nice to find a place that served food and drinks later in the evening. Service was a little slow but in fairness there were only 3 or 4 front of house staff working that evening including the bartender. Now, this location has a slightly different menu than the one in Savannah but still has a few of their popular dishes such as the Treylor Park Nachos Grande, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, PB&J Wings, and Treylor Park Pot Pie! I always order the Treylor Park Nachos... it's a massive tray of waffle fries plus a healthy amount of toppings such as pickles, fried chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese with chive ranch & balsamic gastrique. I mean it's a meal of WAFFLE FRIES with enough for myself, to share, and leftovers for when I get home from the drive there! LOL! The Treylor Park Pot Pie is really good too. It's basically chicken pot pie filling in a fried burrito with some pico de gallo on top. My friends ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes... which she loved and was a first for me. Verdict: I liked them. This location is pretty good but it's still not quite as good as the original location; however, I would still recommend giving this place a try.

The restaurant itself is pretty, and the food looks fresh and appealing when it comes out. Unfortunately, the flavor didn't quite live up to the presentation. We ordered the crab burger, T's wrap with grilled shrimp, bean salad, cucumber salad, and hush puppies. The crab burger was especially underwhelming and honestly tasted like very little. We even added extra sweet bam bam sauce to try to give the fried crab patty some kind of boost, but it still didn't do much for the flavor. T's wrap was better. The grilled shrimp and fresh salad-style filling made it light and enjoyable, but it still was not especially memorable. The fried hush puppies were also pretty bland, and there are definitely other spots that do both much better. The standout items, outside of the drinks, were the bean salad and cucumber salad. Both of those had the seasoning and flavor we were hoping for, and we genuinely enjoyed them more than the main dishes. We came during happy hour, and that ended up being the high point of the visit. The watermelon lemonade was delicious, and the piña colada, while not included in happy hour pricing, was exactly what we wanted. Both drinks were well made and definitely not light on the liquor, which was a major plus. So, would we come back? For happy hour drinks, yes. For the salads, maybe. For seafood, probably not when there are better options nearby.

They're located at 3787 Palm Valley Road in Ponte Vedra Beach. We started with the Arancini. There were two things that surprised us about it. First, it was way lighter than we expected which ended up being a good thing. I almost voted against it as an appetizer because it's usually a heavy app but I was happy with how light their take is. The other thing is that we were both surprised by was peas being included. Then again, its been a long time since we've had this app so that could be more common than we remember. I ordered Chicken Marsala which came with another surprise, in a very good way. Maybe it's just me but I find that a lot of places go way too sweet with the sauce on this dish. There certainly was a sweet taste to theirs but not overly so. More like a hint, which was good by me. The portion size was very big. So much so that I took half home for lunch the following day. The noodles were VERY good too. I'm no expert so I can't say for sure if they make them there but it certainly tasted like they might. My wife ordered a 12" Hot Honey Hustler Pizza. She's had variants of this type of pizza at a few places around town over the past year. She's actually had to kind of piece it together more than anything by ordering hot honey on the side or adding other things on. So she was excited to see they offer it like she wanted it right out of the gate. She said when you look at the photos you'll probably think it's too much on a pizza but it's not. When you eat it, it's actually well balanced. She liked the quality of the crust too. She took about 3/4 of the pie home, so she'll have some great lunch tomorrow as well. Like I said, we rarely get down to Ponte Vedra but we had a reason to be down there tonight so I'm glad we remembered to stop in at Vincenzo's while we were in the area. Definitely a solid choice for anyone who might be near them. A version of this review originally appeared in the Jacksonville Fun, Eats & Drinks Facebook group.
