One of the best Chick-fil-A locations I've been to. The staff is fast and friendly and the store is always clean.

We have been to many chik fil a locations. If this was our first time at one of these it would've been my last. I had the original chicken, number 1 for those who know. A fried breast, on a roll with French fries. The roll was soggy. The chicken was soggy and the fries were not thoroughly cooked. In their positive side, my wife had the market salad which she liked but only had a portion of it. The restaurant did not have the usual clean appearance and was LOUD. The other things I noticed was no one came around to see how we were enjoying the food or offered refills on the drinks. We will go back to locations we had a better experience but not this one read more

Probably the worst workers I've ever seen at a cfa. Can't get an order right to save their lives

The only negative is the parking lot! The food is delicious, the service was great and the packaging for our grab and go was perfection! We ordered through the app but decided to dine in and we were pleasantly surprised! We usually use the drive thru but had some time so we decided to eat inside, we had a relaxing lunch and the food was perfect. If you haven't tried the Cobb salad then you should, it's crisp, flavorful and the crunchy peppers are better than croutons! The grilled nuggets are seasoned to perfection and are perfect with some fries or a side salad! The Mac-n-cheese is always a winner for the kids to share, so get the app and use your points to indulge in the goodness! Yay for Chick-fil-a! read more

#7 never fails!!! Chicken was juicy and I meant to ask for an extra sauce, but food came so quickly I didn't get the chance. I glanced in the bag ...you know for that fresh hot fry (which it was!) to my surprise an extra chik fil a sauce!!! Oh yeah you read my mind!!! Sometimes you NEED waffle fries! I do not keep items like this in the house, I love that when I need french fries a.k.a. waffle fries I can take a quick drive down the road, and be greeted with a smile and have some fresh hot delicious fries in my hand just minutes later! I truly appreciate how structured Chick-fil-A is with their ordering, and quick quick service. I am able to customize my order, and nobody bats an eye. For starters i've always liked chickfila. They always get my order right and do it with care. However , this was my best and favorite experience. The people working the register are so nice and delivered my food with a genuine smile which made my day. The meal itself was absolutely amazing. I love Chick-fil-a- this location has one thing that I don't love and I don't think they can fix- the drive through backs up onto the road. It's terrible- blocks traffic, makes it dangerous to get in or out of. It is one of the few that doesn't have a dual ordering lane for drive through and the parking lot is just too small. As for staff and food- 4 stars, consistency is great across the majority of locations and this one is right up there. One of my go to's when I surprise hubby with lunch. Chick Fil A is by far my quick service go-to... but today this location was a most excellent reprieve from the road for a couple work days in Jax. Tried the Mac and cheese! It was just the hot cheesy goodness I needed to welcome me. Wasn't amazing, but wasn't average. Will obviously get it again. Along with an 8 piece nuggets, fries, and chicken sandwich, my total was only $13 and change. Employees were all great as usual! And get this- there was only one car ahead of us in the drive thru. This place is quite small and the drive thru was really backed up but this place welcomed us with open arms to a great dine in experience. Prices are fair. Food was made at a reasonable pace. My family and I are in town for a funeral and we decided on Chik-fil-A for lunch. I had the grilled club, it was delicious. The bread was very soft and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The dining room is very tidy and my children loved the playground. The young lady who took our order, her name is Caroline. She is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all let me say I LOVE Chick-fil-A. If you haven't had a spicy chicken sandwich add lettuce and tomato you should definitely give it a try. The lettuce and tomato adds the perfect freshness and crunch. Plus they make it for you vs just sitting in the bag getting smooshed like they do for the ones with only chicken on them. Regarding this location though, it is definitely the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. For some reason I have gone back to this location a dozen or so times while in the area and this time was the last straw. Figured I'd go ahead and post a review and not go back to this location after so many subpar experiences. It's slow. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants work like clockwork. Even when they're crazy busy the line always moves fast and everyone is working together like a symphony (all with a great attitude). Not this location. Prepare to wait. They don't seem to know what temperature to keep their oil at. The fries are usually soggy and not well browned. Despite how busy they might be, the food is rarely fresh. When Chick-fil-A is fresh it is the BEST. This location though seems to not know how much of something to make in order to keep the Goldilocks balance of ready when they need it but not ready too early to where it's been sitting around. My sandwich was clearly made a while before it was served to me. Chick-fil-A is not health food. When I'm eating fried chicken it's a treat. So unfortunately I just can't go back to this location because the quality of food just doesn't justify the splurge in calories. PS: I called the manager to tell them about my experience. She sort of acted like she cared. But not really. So on top of subpar food, they don't seem to mind whether the customer is happy either (which is basically the opposite of every other Chick-fil-A I've been to). read more

What can I say? It's chicken gone right. This place is always busy so be prepared to wait in line . The drive through line goes fast as the servers really know how to hustle and the ppl that take your order are like gun slingers with a credit card. They're quick. The food never disappoints. I am partial to their chicken biscuits but get there before 11 as they stop serving them then. I hardly ever go inside the restaurant so I cannot say anything about the indoor eating experience. I normally go to chik fil a solely because of their efficiency and accuracy. Sadly this one has disappointed me almost every time I've been here. They've missed stuff in my order, not brought my order to me after waiting for 15 minutes curb side and today was the last straw- their sign literally says "two lanes available" in their drive thru and so I used the "second" lane. Surprise surprise - there is no second lane and I had to p*ss off people in line by merging in. And now someone just came out to me to tell me it would take even longer when I've been here for over 10 minutes already. I ordered two meals, btw. This Chick-fil-A location is very busy as it's the only one at the beach. When me and my friend pulled up the line was very long but as usual it moved pretty fast. There were two Chick-fil-A employees coming back to take your order with their iPad. They could even accept coupons from the Chick-fil-A app as well as take your payment. I ordered the chicken minis as my June cow calendar freebie was about to expire. I ordered a second chicken mini for my friend as well. If you like Chick-fil-A and you haven't downloaded the app do it now! You can scan your card with every purchase and get rewards toward free items. The service and food were excellent as I've seen at most Chick-fil-A locations. And even though we started off with 10 cars ahead of us in the drive-thru we were out of there in less than 10 minutes. read more

Normally don't leave reviews. This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I've been too. All the workers have attitudes about your order. The only nice worker I've come across is the blonde girl that works drive thru when I've come in the mornings. You get eye rolls from the young man that works at the window to pick up your food when you ask a question. Just a weird atmosphere, very unwelcoming. I ordered a chick biscuit and 2 sides of hash browns this morning and made sure they knew I needed 2 sides because I was bringing one to a friend and they charged me for it then only gave me one side of hash browns. I tried to order fries before 10:30, which I have been able to do at any other location, but this one said no when I was ordering. This is literally the worst location I've been to in my life. The line is always long and moves extremely slow. I've come here multiple times and there's only one line open. It's not much better when there's two lines. After waiting for almost 20 minutes in line they still got my order wrong and have done so on multiple occasions. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my job. They don't allow curbside pick up anymore which is a real bummer. read more
