    Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad

Ordering process was easy and I was able to use a promo code from my app. The cashier was able to enter it in for me without difficulty, however, no one smiled or seemed happy to be there on this Sunday afternoon (it didn't seem busy, but it was as about 130pm). We waited about 10 minutes to pick up our food. The people on the line looked like they were having a great time while preparing food and definitely had a system for how they were preparing each ticket. Everyone was wearing gloves as they prepared each meal. I did notice that no one was wearing hairnets, however. Quite a few people had long hair pulled back in ponytails, but still, their hair didn't always stay back. Sometimes, their hair would fall onto their shoulders. I'm not sure if that's a requirement these days, but I'll have to pay more attention to that and see if places are using or not using hairnets. When we sat at a table for two near the front, we enjoyed our meal. The noise level was average for a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't busy/crowded, but it wasn't empty either. The salad I got was a large serving and I was not able to finish it. I got a to go container for it for a nice lunch for tomorrow. DH said his Rancher had a generous helping of chicken. They definitely did not skimp on the chicken! Overall, the setting is nice and clean. The service was pretty good and the food was delicious! This time of year is my favorite time to go to Panera for the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad - I get it every time and this time did not disappoint!

A disgusting sandwich that was thrown together to the point I didn't eat it.

Came here and was completely understaffed and there were multiple people without hairnets or hats on, was given my sandwich and it was in edible, ruined my day very frustrating.

French onion soup with tiny bread

Wife and I wanted something different for dinner and we hadn't been to Panera in a while. It was 5pm it wasn't very busy I ordered the flat bread pizza with pepperoni and a cup of French onion soup wife had just flat bread pizza. I got the soup they use to give you a small package of croutons with the soup now they just put them in the soup I do t like it the croutons get soggy and they don't put a much cheese in the soup like they use to. The flat bread pizza was good it just needs to be cooked longer to brown the cheese more. I now know why we don't eat here very often anymore for 2 flat bread pizzas a cup of soup and 2 small drinks it was $35 with tip I don't know how some people afford to eat here the prices have really gone up.

All their bread products are amazing, but the only vegan option is the ten vegetable soup, which personally I'm not too fond of- a bit too much pepper. My dining partner loves the new Bacon Chipotle melt. The prices are reasonable as well: $5.39 for a bowl of soup and side baguette and $4.89 for the chipotle melt. As of September 2020, there is dine in at this location. Staff are wearing masks and tables are santized between customers. Everything is served in single use plastic containers.

Panera's pick two is a decent choice. Soup, salad or one of their "Cafe" sandwiches. It's filling, it's quick and it's tasty. I had the Greek salad (maybe too much dressing but they remembered my 'no olives' request) and the Sierra Turkey sandwich. My order was correct, as opposed to other reviewers. Wifi works well but you're cut off after a half hour.

For the love of god, if yo are hungry DO NOT use the mobile ordering app. Three times we've been screwed over by this place, you'd think we would have learned by now. The first time, they forgot my Frontega sandwich. Called them up and they gave us a coupon. The second time, they forgot my Frontega; I drove back to the store and got my damn sammich, and ate it with my reheated broc-n-Cheddar soup. Tonight, I even got there before the order was done, waited for them to finish it up because it wasn't complete, heard the cashier tell one of the prep staff to grab a bowl of soup, went to get my drink and came back and the helpful manager asked what we were waiting for. Cashier tells him "bowl of soup" I hear prep staff say, "oh yeah, I totally forgot about that..." So I figured they spent so much time getting it right, it HAS to be correct, right?!? And I don't want to be that a-hole that checks over the order after it's been checked three times by the "experts." Guess what? Yup my ******** Frontega is missing again!!!! Guess who's going to be the a-hole that lays everything out on the counter before I depart from now on?!?! WTF?!!! ALL I WANT IS MY GOD BLESSED FRONTEGA SAMMICH!!!!! But no, I'll sit here and dip my baguette in my broc-n-cheddar and exact the only revenge that seems to work these days: social media. Check out the pic of my Frontega sammich that I didn't get!

Typical Panera. Fairly clean and employees are competent. Almost always crowded. Service is quick, food is ok but very expensive for what you get. Portions are small.

Disappointed to see this burnt crust on boyfriend's Bacon Turkey Bravo.

So glad they were open New Year day We get a little sticker shock looking at the extensive menu,…read moreprices were a few dollars higher than most similar VN places but we want to like the food enough for future visits. The room decor is nice and music track of instrumental songs was pleasant for conversations We tried Bun Bo Hue the middle region spicy beef and pork soup, tempura salt and pepper garlic squid appetizer, and stir fry chaxiu roast pork & vegetables with pan fried egg noodle dish. Surprisingly, this restaurant has served me one of the best rendition of Bun Bo Hue , it has the right level of Unami and spice for my tastebuds to make it a return item better than others in many places I have tried in CA and NVA. The thinly sliced beef brisket and pork meat dumpling and roll were tender and flavorful to add interest to an amazingly complex broth cooked with probably toasted ginger, onion, bones, lemon grass, fish sauce, rock sugar and fermented shrimp paste. The only thing missing was the tender skin on pork feet and correct side herbs and vegetables for this type of soup. If they have these, I'll be there every week and gain weight fast. We liked the other dishes also for their great sense of seasoning and variety of fresh ingredients. Their dipping sauce for the squid is delicious. The stir fry noodles and pork tasted great to get a thumbs up from my son. The kitchen seems to know its business when it comes to taste. We will make it a point to return for other dishes as well to explore the range of their kitchen. I could see that they were a little understaffed so folks were a little impatient when the kitchen gets a little back up with orders. Service over all is good because the one waiter had to cover the dine in, carry out , and bussing the tables as well and has a chilled sense of humor to handle minor fussiness from hungry customers. People often don't tip folks in this type of ethnic restaurants even the normal 15 percent even on holidays. It is probably very hard to find dependable hard working service folks for small business these days.

They desperately need to hire more people. One guy on a busy Saturday waiting all the tables,…read morecleaning them (not really), and ringing up at the register. There was another guy there smoking outside who could have helped. This is the only pho in Calvert County, and while it's priced slightly higher than pho in Northern Virginia, it's solid, and a dependable option here in this county. That said, the restaurant was so messy on Saturday, it was likely to drive potential customers away. Clean the tables, please! The area in the back on the way to the bathroom is a disaster too, but the front tables were covered with dirty dishes, and the debris from previous patrons. Good luck finding one clean/empty table at 6 on a Saturday. The food is good but if the interior stays like this, I'm very unlikely to to return much, unless I get take-out.

We were seated almost immediately and we got menus and had our drinks delivered to our table quickly. We noticed that multiple servers came to our table to check on us and bring us our food so we weren't sure if we had an "assigned" server for our table. Our food arrived shortly after and the restaurant got even busier. I'm convinced this place must be popular! The food was a perfect temperature and it was tasty! So why 4 stars and not 5? Just a few things - several of the employees were coughing too much for our comfort and the other reason was because a family came in pushing a stroller and they were seated at a table where the only place they could put the stroller was on either side of the table where the stroller would be in the way. It seemed so dangerous for that family and the baby.
