Baconless Mac n Cheese like a that can't

3/5 times you order from here, they F it up. I don't know whether to take it personal at this point or not, but it happens so often idk what to think anymore. This has been going on for years. It's pathetic.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup & Chicken Cordon Bleu Modified

I was hoping for more from their new Chicken Cordon Bleu Melt. Even with adding Crispy Onions, Tomatoes & Horseradish Spread it was lackluster & over priced. Broccoli Cheddar Soup was more Watery then usual. $21 for Both*

Continuously cook the Mac n cheese extremely dry and refuse to remake it how it should be made. Workers are rude at times and is by far the most inconsistent Panera Bread, you just never know how your food is gonna come out. Whether it's cold, pasty and dry or just not good. Don't recommend

Madagascar coffee and green smoothie with a SW salad
    Ashley G.

It's your generic panera bread but cleaner. The staff was kind. They saw me struggle with my order and offered to help but I kindly refused- cause I can do it and I did. We ordered the Madagascar coffee and customize to one less pump and it was still helluva sweet. My mom ordered the green smoothie and a Southwest salad. We opted to eat our meal outside which is nice! You get a view of the mountains . Their dining tables and chairs are sturdy.. Make sure to stir your flavored drinks otherwise all the sweetness stays in the bottom- happens to me all the time. The Southwest salad was not up to par. Most of the avocado slices weren't ripe and you couldn't bite through them. What a waste of $$. Mom enjoyed her drink , she gulped that down. I came here for a deal lol. But since you're in the plaza there are other things to do. Like, go to Aldi's and buy a ripe avocado for your salad...

I'm really grateful to have a Panera close by. This place is always crazy busy, but it's by shopping, and a lot of businesses, so you kind of have to accept that as it is - it's going to be busy. The food is great, and every time I've been here lately they've been handing out free samples (smart move), it was so good we ended up getting a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie. I will tell you this, the staff here work incredibly hard. In my 40 minute visit, I watched a bunch of people rudely leave their empty plates on the table, drop stuff on the floor, etc....it's kind of embarrassing that people can be so sloppy. The staff were on top of it but honestly the clientele here are a little less than patient.

Ok Panera's. Little selection of baked goods at 6 pm as close at 8 pm. Not that clean inside Restaursnt. Service pushes you to use kiosk as one cashier was having difficulty processing orders. Definitely not one of their better locations.

Today @panerabread Napa almond chicken sandwich tastes so delicious when customized with fresh mozzarella, basil and garlic cheese spread! Accompany that with some fresh #panera chips and a summer corn chowder soup and you're set for the day!

    $5.49 for this?!?!

Way way way overpriced for what you get!! I used to eat at Panera all the time and it just seems that their prices go up and portions get smaller and smaller. Stopped by for a quick snack, got the small bowl of Mac n Cheese and was shocked when my order was brought out. Sure it tasted amazing but did absolutely nothing to satisfy my slight hunger. I don't even think my 3 year old niece would be filled up. The place itself is nice, bigger than most Panera's I've been too. On this particular evening it was slow yet I had to wait over 10 minutes for my ridiculously small snack Again, Panera has gotten way overpriced and sorry to say but I probably will not be coming back anytime soon!!

Everything on the menu is vegan, but my family truly could not taste any difference when we visited. We ordered the Oreo protein pancakes, blueberry pancakes, penne with vodka sauce, and a breakfast burrito. Since I turned vegan, I've been craving pancakes so the food really hit the spot. The pancakes were so fluffy and tasted incredible. The penne was also so flavorful and was maybe our favorite dish. The breakfast burrito was also filling and tasted great. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of food and would come here regularly if I lived in the area. Additionally, the prices were super reasonable and are definitely more affordable than the average restaurant in the area. Chelsea was our waitress and I want to give her a special shoutout because she was particularly helpful and friendly to us. She did an excellent job answering our questions and even was willing to share general tips on vegan cooking. She really went out of her way to help me out after I mentioned that I recently turned vegan.

Currently the decor isn't great but the friendly owner Raj said he would be updating the place over the next few months. Our waiter was new but he was very friendly and provided helpful recommendations. The menu is already large and Raj mentioned that they're looking to add southern Indian dishes to their current northern Indian focus. We had boneless wings, mutton, samosas, and another chicken appetizer. All of the starters were excellent, perfect mild to medium spice level. Our entrees included lamb, mutton biryani, and a chickpea dish. The biryani was a ton of food and the chickpea texture was awesome. We also had butter naan and I added a tasty mango lassi. Apparently they do a solid bar crowd on weekend nights. I would certainly return to try more dishes. Definitely a solid restaurant.

Being that I was attending a pool party today I offered to pick up sandwiches for lunch for a group of 9 and called in an order for 2 hours later. Sadly 3 of the sandwiches arrived on ciabatta bread instead of focaccia, which was quite disappointing as the only reason the sandwiches were picked were specifically to get the focaccia. And, one of the sandwiches we asked for no sauce as it was spicy and she can't eat spicy, and it arrived with sauce, smothered all over. I understand everyone has an off day but almost half our orders were wrong. If they had run out of focaccia for example, I wish they would just have called us so we could have adjusted our order. Not even sure if that's the case or if they were just rushing in the kitchen and just threw everything on ciabatta but either way today was not a good day for Morano's.

Janice, the owner, mentioned that this "sometimes happens with last-minute orders" and said she would look into it and call me back. There was no apology, just an implication that the issue was due to my timing. I never received a call. I ended up having to adjust my menu at the last minute, which was stressful, and the lack of follow-up from a place like Morano's felt unprofessional. I had hoped that once the Thanksgiving rush calmed down, someone might reach out with an explanation or apology, but that never happened. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I've been coming here frequently for the past two months and I'm officially addicted! If you're looking for a healthy and delicious meal... NAYA will not disappoint. It's a fast-casual franchise inspired by Lebanese/Middle Eastern cuisine. The menu is straightforward and follows the typical "build your own" food model. You can create your own bowl, pita roll, or salad. Then you add your bases, proteins, toppings, and sauces. The toppings are UNLIMITED, so go off!!! Plus, they give you free pita bread! They also have a small selection of hot & cold appetizers, desserts, and drinks. The prices are reasonable and they give you a generous amount of food. Depending on how hangry I am, I can usually split my food into two meals. My go-to order is the Naya bowl. I highly recommend trying these: *Chicken Shawarma (roasted strips of marinated chicken) - One of my favorite proteins! It's tangy and garlicky. *Falafel (fried chickpea croquette with herbs and spices) - They're super crispy and deep fried to perfection with a golden-brown exterior. The inside is a vibrant green color from all of the fresh herbs, spices, and grounded chickpeas. *Beef Shawarma - Tender, juicy, and savory! *Baba Ghannouj - A must try for eggplant lovers!! It's smoky with rich flavors from charred eggplant, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice. *Hummus - It's creamy, nutty, and earthy. All of the ingredients and toppings are fresh. Every bite is a burst of flavor! The staff is always friendly and packs my bowl to the brim, so I can't complain. They get busy during lunch rush hours, but you can order ahead to avoid a longer wait time. The interior is bright, modern, and welcoming with natural lighting and greenery.
