The pancakes were so fluffy and tasted incredible. The penne was also so flavorful and was maybe our favorite dish. The breakfast burrito was also filling and tasted great. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of food and would come here regularly if I lived in the area. Additionally, the prices were super reasonable and are definitely more affordable than the average restaurant in the area. Chelsea was our waitress and I want to give her a special shoutout because she was particularly helpful and friendly to us. She did an excellent job answering our questions and even was willing to share general tips on vegan cooking. Do people really know who the "New Panera" is? It's an outfit out of Europe that owns Krispy Creme Donuts and Caribou Coffee. After a wonderful run by their original founders it was sold to these sh...tbags. They only know how to shrink the sizes of their portions while generating price increase after price increase!! It took them 8 months to address a customer security breach?? As a former shareholder, I am appalled! This new outfit is a total FRAUD. The Webster, Ma. facility has been without half and half for 3 days now and the Brian Dead" Manager (touting company lines) states that they can't buy from another source because it doesn't/wouldn't meet Panera "standards?? I used to work here and it was never a great place to work. After receiving my order soaking wet today at the wrong address I wanted to address it with the manager. I called and I got my old boss, Dom, who was very rude and less understanding than when I worked there. He blamed me for putting in the wrong address when it was really Uber eats that located the wrong gps coordinates. I just want to say this guy is a total creep and has touched many of the female employees on the butt and many of them are too scared to say anything cause he's a raging asshole.
