I really enjoyed my meal at Panera. I was shopping around Tanger Outlets and was starving for a Healthy meal. Panera Bread has always been my go to when I'm looking for a great Healthy meal. This location was clean great friendly staff. My food was hot and delicious. My salad was so good, looking forward buying another one.

    Moldy green tea lemonade.

My green tea lemonade was bad and the woman at the other end of the line told me I was wrong. The drink smelled of a sour fruity alcohol. They DID give me a refund, AFTER they told me that I was wrong. Unfortunately, my go to Panera is not one that I will be able to visit anymore. I'm quite upset that they needed to call me a liar about the issue. I was told it was just the pulp from the lemons, clearly you can see that is not the case here. Lemon pulp is not a creamy white substance. I'm beyond repulsed that I have ingested this stuff unknowingly. Here is a pic to show you the black clump and white mold on the bottom of the cup of this drink. I pray I don't get sick in the time of COVID-19 from a spoiled drink. I'm really really disappointed.

Ham and cheese sandwich with Broccoli cheddar soup- so good!

I love Panera bread- I mean, you really can't go wrong with any location lol The food is just so damn good! When I drive out to visit my dad, this place isn't far from the expressway so I usually stop in here for lunch. I like the the combo thing- the half sandwich and soup deal. The Broccoli and cheddar soup is my favorite. This location is very big. It has an outdoor eating area as well as a nice big parking lot which is very much needed since I don't think there has ever been a time where I haven't gone here and it wasn't packed. They definitely do very good business here- that's for sure haha The service is always nice and fast too despite how crowded it gets sometimes, so that is a big plus in my book. I highly recommend.

Love their quick pick up, the service is always great. Finding parking is impossible but it's worth it.

Food and service is fantastic but seriously need a bigger parking lot...avoid lunch rush or you will never get a parking spot

Was very disappointed at Findlay, Oh. store this evening. Served both of us cold onion soup so told them but didn't seem to both them.

It's a true greasy spoon and the ambience has a nostalgic feel of the favorite moments in the past and fun new memories from the present. Food is always made to order, hot and fresh and you are not encouraged to just sit there and occupy a table if you are not eating and I appreciate that as that makes the wait time for a table not too long! But get here before 9am on a summer weekend if you really want to grab a quick bite and go before the crowd gets there!

A regular spot for the locals, most of whom looked to be in their sixties or seventies. And probably not too fussy about what they are served. Food is unbelievably cheap and rather tasty. Service was quick. I must say I did enjoy my meal. However, the bathroom is a disaster. The paper towel dispenser is rusted and should have been replaced years ago. Dingy looking with cheesy signs telling people to use the brush to clean the toilet if they make a mess. Doesn't look like the room had been cleaned regularly. Made me question how clean the kitchen might be The biggest gripe I had concerned the decaf I ordered. Nothing to me can ruin a nice meal more than old coffee and this was definitely old stuff. When the waitperson came around to refill, I declined and asked if she could make a new pot. She had to confer with the cook (owner?) first. There was less than 20% in the pot. I have never been turned down in all my years of dining out. The ratings plummeted after this.

Our waitress was wonderful and greeted us and gave us a menu for Restaurant week as well as the regular menu. The dining room was cozy and the decorations at the entrance were beautiful. We started with calamari from the regular menu, as well as chicken pot pie rolls with cranberry sauce and baked clams from the restaurant week menu. Then for my entrée, I got the flat iron steak with gorogonzola and chimichurri sauce, and my friend got the catch of the day which was a mahi-mahi. We both really enjoyed our meals and had a lot of leftovers. I liked the steamed veggies and mashed potatoes that my steak came with and she really enjoyed the fish then when we got to the end, we each got to pick a dessert and we tried the cappuccino mousse chocolate cake, as well as the chocolate ice cream. Then on the back of the receipt, there's a stamp for 10% off to purchase pies at the window outside from their sister location, NoFo Pot Pies. We had a great time here and service was excellent. I am looking forward to our next visit.

My garden salad was full of a variety of greens and vegetables and the vinaigrette dressing was a perfect complement. Others at my table enjoyed the Cesar salad option. My entree was enormous, a perfectly cooked and very large piece of salmon. Served with rice and steamed veggies, it was yummy, filling, and satisfying. I would definitely return for a meal.
