My green tea lemonade was bad and the woman at the other end of the line told me I was wrong. The drink smelled of a sour fruity alcohol. They DID give me a refund, AFTER they told me that I was wrong. Unfortunately, my go to Panera is not one that I will be able to visit anymore. I'm quite upset that they needed to call me a liar about the issue. I was told it was just the pulp from the lemons, clearly you can see that is not the case here. Lemon pulp is not a creamy white substance. I'm beyond repulsed that I have ingested this stuff unknowingly. I love Panera bread- I mean, you really can't go wrong with any location lol The food is just so damn good! When I drive out to visit my dad, this place isn't far from the expressway so I usually stop in here for lunch. I like the the combo thing- the half sandwich and soup deal. The Broccoli and cheddar soup is my favorite. This location is very big. It has an outdoor eating area as well as a nice big parking lot which is very much needed since I don't think there has ever been a time where I haven't gone here and it wasn't packed. They definitely do very good business here- that's for sure haha The service is always nice and fast too despite how crowded it gets sometimes, so that is a big plus in my book. Good thing we came across this Panera Bread because everything was exactly what we wanted. I order the "Pick 2" Soup & Sandwich combo for under $7 which comes with a side of Chip or an apple. I do enjoy some Panera once in a while and I always get the same thing, a bread bowl with chicken noodle soup and a side of chips. Their bread is very tasty and fresh. My problem is that they gave me all noodles and no broth. I understand that the liquid soaks into the bread but that's why they need to add less noodles and more broth to make up for that. They have a large selection of fresh breads, bagels, and pastries. Also they have many soups, salads and sandwiches. Panera is a good place to go for a quick lunch. read more

I always enjoy my visits to Panera. It's a mixed bag as far as friendliness of the cashiers, but overall they are okay. Sierra turkey on focaccia is my favorite (not on the menu anymore but they can still make it). I absolutely love their chipotle mayonnaise and usually ask for extra so I can dip my sandwich in it! Today a cashier gave me a very nasty attitude and was very impatient as I ordered. When I got to my car I noticed my sandwich was extremely burnt. I came back to get a new sandwich and when she saw me she stopped smiling at the customer in front of her and looked at me in disgust. I've had my food is not ready on time for pickup, burnt food, incorrect food. My visit yesterday, finally sealed the deal. After waiting approx 20 min for 2 1/2 sandwiches, and seeing numerous people Get there food before me, I asked the manager was helping make food if he could check on my order. He replied, we have two lines. I'm like so what does that mean I just goes to wait, to which he replied you just have to wait it's lunch time. I said how is that fair, so because the computer assigned me to a differnt line, which is very slow. I said you know just refund my money, to which he replied you have to go up front for that. A very big fan of Panera but was not impressed with this visit. The food was decent; I've definitely had better at a Panera before. What got me was the very small portions here. Left the gym and was feeling a sandwich. Where else are you gonna get one of those on such short notice. Maybe one of the 40 Deli's in the nearby area but maybe not. I got the chipotle chicken avocado melt which is always delicious. If there's one thing better than the food at this place it's the chaos that takes place in this parking lot. I have coined the title "satan's circle", to describe the atrocities that occur within. From the hours of 1115am to about 2pm you won't find a spot. What you will find is middle aged women with no jobs fighting for spots and elderly people, average age 98, traveling at high speeds of .4 mph looking for spots as if they are trying to locate the mothers of the children that run rampant throughout the restaurant. Both impossible to find. I don't mind tripping over the kids or listening to them cry my entire meal. But the only questions I have are why aren't these in school? Also how are there so many middle aged women in the parking lot but not in Panera itself? I've sat. I've pondered.. and I've decided to invest all my money into Panera bread stock. If my predictions are right, they are merging with some sort of daycare conglomerate to compete with private daycares and should skyrocket any day now. I suggest you invest all of your money as soon as possible. I don't think they went public so this could be considered insider trading. This Panera is a hit or a miss. Every time I go I either have a really nice and enjoyable meal or the food is gross. I've had plenty of cold paninis to food missing ingredients. Based off my last meal I finally decided to write a poor review. I ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich and my girlfriend ordered a fontega chicken panini but we both might as well have ordered grilled cheese sandwiches. My sandwich had about a fourth of the typical amount of the normal chicken and my girlfriend had even less. Not to mention she was missing onions and some other green thing, probably basil.
