Service was good. Ambiance is always clean and social with a nice atmosphere. Good music playing. Owner greeted many of the guest while dining. Which was a nice touch. Food great. Fresh! Classic $9.49 Potato Soup. Harvest Salad $8.59.

Well, well, wellness, for some "Unlimited Sip" on a hot Sacramento day! Service was super fast per usual, greeted with a smile, and a can I help you attitude! A*

Ordered a Half Grilled Chicken Avocado BLT + Half Harvest Medley Chicken Salad from Panera Bread via Uber Eats and it absolutely delivered. The order arrived securely wrapped and sealed, everything fresh, flavorful, and perfectly packed. The sandwich was delicious, the salad was crisp and satisfying... and apparently I was very hungry because I forgot to take a proper food photo. So instead, please enjoy this exclusive Yelp photo titled: "The Aftermath." Safe to say -- it was that good.

Ordered my favorite asian sesame salad here for lunch. Service was fast and friendly. I've noticed that their servings are getting smaller and smaller. Bowl used to be piled high with veggies but this one was a little lackluster. It still tastes good though.

I ordered on my lunch I ordered the 2 half sandwiches for me and a coworker. Hers was delicious she said but mine which was the bacon turkey brvo was way too salty I asked for some sea salt I was looking for like salt and pepper, but I didn't expect it to be full of salt. So much so I couldn't eat it. Which sucks but next time I won't add it

Ordered a chicken Cobb salad and broccoli soup. For the salad, it didn't come with dressing and the bread comes with no butter, when I requested some, the employee rudely said "don't have any!". Salad costs $16.00 and was half way filled. Terrible customer service totally deserves 0 star. Customer service is key when it comes to food service and I can see this store closing in the near future.

Ordered a French onion soup and was given a half cup of soup with no cheese or croutons.

For this visit, we had the following: Dishes - Ribeye steak and Vietnamese shaking beef, Crispy Fish Sauce chicken wings both served with red rice. Drinks - Kumquat lemongrass tea and coconut coffee Their food is really good, reasonably priced. Staff were attentive and friendly, definitely provided great service. This isn't a solid three stars, and it really waivers between 2- 2 1/2 stars We ordered the garlic green beans, and I specifically asked for them to be made very mild. What we ended up getting was a generous serving of the green beans, and they were filled with jalapeños, something that looked to be chili crunch, and very little garlic. The green beans were barely blanched and closer to not being cooked versus being cooked and garlicky which is what we anticipated. Braised pork mushroom buns. The filling was tasty, but not wow. The bun itself was very glutenous, and it just overall was underwhelming. Xiao Long Bao- ( soup dumplings) - these were incredibly disappointing. If you've not tried these, they're the "little purses" filled with soup broth, and a yummy meat filling. The dumpling itself was tough to bite into, and for a dumpling house, this absolutely should be one of their premier items. It's not There was literally no soup/broth in the dumplings. It was essentially a dumpling with a wet meat filling. The meat was underwhelming, and disappointing. Service was mediocre at best and the waitress seemed very disinterested in the entire process from taking our order, drinks, food, General service, etc. The total including two drinks and keep in mind this was for lunch, was close to $70. Will I go back? No. There are much better dumpling houses in and around Sacramento that make much more of an effort with their service all the way around, the food is consistently good first time through repeat visits. Those are the places to support.

On my latest visit it was a very busy Sunday, but I was able to place an order for take-out and then wait in my car for the order to be ready. I saw a couple of other Elites dining in when I was ordering, but it was so busy I couldn't properly say hi, so "HI DAVID AND EVA!" I'll have to keep an eye out for their next review, because whatever they had looked delish! I waited in the car for a bit and then when the order still needed a few more minutes I popped into the dollar store next door to kill a bit more time. Before I knew it my order was ready to go. They packed everything really nicely and we served it up as soon as we got home. Their rice noodle rolls are so flavorful and I love the sweet, salty and savory sauce that comes with it. The noodles are really filling, and the dishes we got would be enough food for 2-4 people depending on how hungry you are. We ate the rice rolls right away and then had leftover green beans and beef and mushrooms for lunch today. The green beans were fresh and had a great garlic flavor, without it being too much. The Beef and Mushrooms was great, the beef was tender and flavorful and the mushrooms soaked up all the sauce. There were also green beans in this dish, which was a perfect addition. Pipo Ramen and Rice…read more I've been wanting to try Pipo Ramen and Rice since 2023, when it was ranked #11 on Yelp's list of places to eat in the Sacramento area. I've driven past this spot countless times but somehow never made it in, until now! I stopped by on a Saturday before noon, and the restaurant was pretty quiet, with only a few tables occupied. The interior is modern, clean, and well kept, making it a nice spot for a casual meal. After looking over the menu, we decided on the Pad Thai with Shrimp (medium heat) and Panang Curry with Chicken (medium heat). While ordering, our server also recommended the Pipo Salad, essentially their take on papaya salad. They offer it Lao or Thai style, and we went with the Thai style with mild heat. Once the food came out, the first thing I noticed was the portion sizes, everything was much bigger than I expected, especially considering the reasonable prices. These are definitely portions that are easy to share family-style. The Pipo Salad had tons of flavor, and I really enjoyed being able to taste the vinegar and fish sauce. One thing to note, though: I ordered it mild, but this ended up being the spiciest dish on the table! I'd say the heat was closer to a medium, while the Pad Thai and curry were much milder. The Pad Thai was solid. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the flavor was there. The Panang Curry was good, although I personally wished both the Pad Thai and curry had a little more heat. Luckily, our server brought out some condiments, including Thai pepper fish sauce, which was excellent with the curry and gave it the extra kick I was looking for. Overall, I'd definitely recommend giving Pipo Ramen and Rice a try. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and there's a good variety of dishes I'm looking forward to exploring on my next visit. My only real complaint is that the spice levels seem a little inconsistent. I wanted my Pad Thai and curry to be spicier, but at the same time, I didn't want my mouth completely on fire. Hopefully I can find that perfect balance next time! Would I come back? Absolutely. I've still got plenty of the menu to work my way through!
