I've always loved Panera. It's consistent, clean, and tastes good. My favorite is their autumn squash soup, which is seasonal. Recently I came here and there was no pumpkin seeds and cream garnishing the soup as it had in the past. Still tasted great. Got half soup half grilled cheese sandwich. That was tasty as well.

My go to sandwich is the smoke house bbq chicken on a ciabatta roll. Ordering was easy through their mobile app. I even got a 30% discount as one of their rewards. I did modify my sandwich by adding extra items but they forgot to. It still tastes good. It was a busy day when I went.

I know Panera has always been pricey, but come on this small container of mac & cheese for eight dollars if you're gonna charge this much at least fill it up!! Not to mention I ordered this and when I got my order, it wasn't included so I ended up having to wait more. Can you imagine my disappointment when I opened the container?

We love our neighborhood Panera. My go to place for soups and salads. We've always had great service. Not a long wait for pick up orders and they will communicate if they are taking longer than usual if they are busy. It does feel like a neighborhood cafe. People are comfortable and are not hurried meeting up with friends, family, business, etc. Truly a third place. Thank you.

This location has really gone downhill. The floor has been sticky or dirty on several occasions. The tables are not always the cleanest. This particular time I went, the cashier was super slow. And it wasn't a slow like she's new and doesn't know what she's doing yet, it was a slow like maybe she was high or something. they got my order wrong twice. And the sandwich that they did get right, is what you see in the picture....Burnt and gross. my broccoli and cheddar soup that is normally thick and creamy, was super watery and bland. Maybe they just had an off night. Idk. I won't be going back to find out.

Good time

Panera Bread - Above & Beyond! Just had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Panera Bread--and it's all thanks to Chris behind the counter. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made me feel welcome. You could tell he took pride in his work, and it showed in every detail. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich, and let me tell you--absolute perfection. The flavors were fresh, balanced, and packed with that warm, satisfying comfort you hope for in every bite. Paired that with a giant cinnamon roll (because why not?), and it was honestly the best I've ever had--gooey, soft, just the right sweetness. I grabbed some chips and a large drink to round it out, and everything hit the spot. Chris didn't just serve food--he elevated the entire experience. It's rare to find someone who makes fast-casual dining feel this personal and polished. Panera, give this man a raise. If every visit was like this, I'd never eat anywhere else.

My husband went to Panera this morning, and arrived before 10:00 am. The only thing I like from here are the baked soufflés...and apparently, so does everyone else. They are NEVER available, no matter how early we get there. They refuse to make more, even though they are so popular and sell out early. Today he was told that they were sold out by 8:30! While he waited for bagels to go, the clock turned 10:30, and the cashier immediately shut down breakfast. Two people had been waiting in line well before then, and were refused any breakfast items. So they left.. Our second choice were bagels, and those were even slim pickings. Only ONE plain bagel left, as well as some sweet types. Panera needs to work on their business strategy & plan. Why are you refusing customers that had been waiting in line to order, even though you still have breakfast items? Why aren't you making enough of your most popular item (baked soufflés), so you aren't sold out by 8:30AM? I have so many questions. I'm done with Panera. The bagels weren't even that good.

Thanks for putting the avocado not inside my sandwich.
Joshua L.

This is by far the worst Panera I've been to. Ordered ahead on the mobile app, I showed up 5 minutes late past my pick up time and it still wasn't ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes. I was also watching my name quickly drop from the top of the "your order is coming up" to having six other orders finish before mine despite ordering after me. But it wasn't actually waiting there that got me upset. What upset me was that when I got home to open my sandwich, I see a sandwich half-assed with my avocado not even in the sandwich! If you're going to take additional time, I'd expect all the ingredients to actually be in the sandwich and not on the parchment paper. And then the turkey meat is just a clump of meat, not even spread out. At least at other sandwich places, the employees take the time to break the meat apart and spread it. Slow, sloppy service.

I didn't ask for 6 dressings and pretty disappointed it meant receiving 3 ounces of lettuce and 2 ounces of berries. A lot of places pack dressings on the outside of the container but this is one way to do it.

Coming from the gal that works way too many hours volunteers way too much. It has a lot on your plate. So I don't eat a whole entire lot my appetite is always very strange so I definitely knew ordering the steak salad. I was going to have such a huge amount and would it be able to eat it all but thankfully, my husband was with me and he actually enjoyed it. I didn't tell him there was blue cheese on there because he did ask but I knew I added feta so I didn't mention it really and he didn't say anything so he must've really loved the dressing and everything else to not even notice it. I've always loved the inside of this place. It's big it's like the perfect lighting perfect open window windows and honestly the staff here always seems very pleasant and happy. I love that they have barqs root beer it is the only kind of drink. If you know you know root beer drinkers will tell you this is the best root beer that ever has been. So even if I'm not drinking soda if I happen to see it, I will get it. I'd definitely would love to figure out how I can order my salad personally for me at work downtown so that way I could order from here on DoorDash because it just seems like such a healthier option and so good in like filling it's not just healthy for you but it's like filling as well I don't know what dressing they exactly used, but it was perfect. I was able to ask for no cranberries in it and that's where I switched that out for the feta cheese. I was really happy overall I'll probably be back within the next week. lol

It is a very casual setup, so do not expect an elevated dining experience. We ordered the FOB shrimp and the Chicken Katsu plate. The shrimp arrived a bit too sour and noticeably greasy for my taste. The Chicken Katsu was average and lacked the flavor and crispness I was hoping for. The macaroni and cheese that came with it was also quite dry, which made the plate feel incomplete. Service is minimal since you order at the counter and pick up your food yourself. I went in with high expectations and left feeling disappointed, especially considering how popular the place seems to be. That said, I am still open to giving it another try. There are a few other dishes on the menu that look promising, and I hope they will deliver a better impression on my next visit.

The menu changes depending on what they're making, but they have certain items that are pretty consistent. One of those is poke. I LOVE their poke here, they have their own seasoned poke mix with fresh fish, veggies and sauce and it is delicious. They offer it as nachos, a bowl, or loaded fries and while I'm tempted to try some of the other options the bowl is my go-to. The poke bowl is $15 and comes with rice with furikake as well as a good portion of poke. Like I mentioned, it's preseasoned and it delicious. The ingredients are fresh and I love their flavor combination. I would love if the bowl came with a scoop of mac salad, but with the portion at this price I'm happy to add it as a side. I ordered the spring rolls ($4) and it came with five pieces of crispy and flavorful fried spring rolls. Great value for the price. I also ordered the pork laulau ($14) and Musubi ($3) for my husband and the portions on these were also great. The musubi was hot and flavorful and they gave me some FOB sauce with the musubi that went surprising well together. The laulau plate had mac salad, rice, and the wrapped pork. The pork was fattier than some of the laulau I've had in Hawaii, but was flavorful and the whole plate was a perfect portion for the price. The team working here was very friendly and helped me get in and out with my to-go order pretty quickly. The food was packed with care and made it home and was still nice and hot after the drive. They use high quality to-go containers and line them with aluminum foil which is a nice touch. They also made sure the vents were open on the spring rolls so they'd stay crispy. They have plenty of seating inside, as well as some outdoor seating. This restaurant is a bit tucked away, but has plenty of parking. I will definitely be back, and I won't wait as long between visits, because the food is so good! Check out their instagram for specials.

We order chicken tikka, saag paneer, chicken bryani and garlic naan. NO rice comes with it. It is extra charge. Wait time was average. It was all very tasty. Disappointed that there was only 10 very small pieces of cheese in the saag. Chicken seemed skimpy also. It rates second to my favorite Indian, Bombay Grill but best in Natomas area. They are also the most expensive of all with no frills or extras. You would think for a $70 lunch, they could give you a small bowl of rice or how about some ice with my soda that I cannot get a refill on. We ordered them to-go today and it was not as good as the above visit. Lacked flavor. My Naan was burnt to hell with a giant hole in it. I should have taken a pic but was too hungry to bother. I love restaurants that really specialize in a certain dish, and this place is certainly that! According to the menu, the broth is prepared for 72 hours to really get in the deep flavors it boasts. And yes, the flavor is here! I found the broth of the tonkatsu ramen to be very flavorful. It has a nice saltiness to it that really elevates the meal. By far my favorite part of the ramen experience was the pork that it came with. I typically am happy with the portion that it comes with originally, but the next time I come I'd highly consider ordering an extra piece. The pork has a sweetness to it that really balances out the saltiness well. My only small gripe with Fukumi ramen is the ramen noodles themselves. This is purely a personal preference, but I found the noodles here to be a bit thinner than I would like. I personally love a bit of chew to my ramen and these were very delicate. There is a thick noodle option as well, so maybe I'll have to see what that is all about. On the side I tried their chicken karaage which was done excellently. It came out piping hot with a nice texture to the outside. For high quality ramen in Natomas, Fukumi is an excellent option.

We kicked things off with a mix of plain and spicy edamame, followed by two orders of my husband's favorite shrimp tempura and three orders of my go-to rainbow roll. Everything came out fresh and beautifully presented. A particularly special moment--my 88-year-old father made the trip to Sacramento after seven years (his first visit since my mom passed) and he truly enjoyed the beef/salmon bento box.
