I was conducting an interview at this location. 3/4 of the way through some Panera employee came to us, interrupted my interview looking for a stylus pen. She made us lean forward so she can check behind us as we were sitting there. She initially said to get up and I said no I'm not getting up. I said are you for real right now!? She was trying to make us check for some pen. I never saw a damn pen. It was the rudest, most obscure thing I've ever seen anyone do as an employee anywhere. I wish I got her name but I just walked out at the end of my interview and didn't speak to a manager. She was an air headed middle aged white woman . You know, a Karen. Blonde hair maybe. Location at 281/tpc 2nd day in row that decaf is not available. I have the monthly service and only coffee avail today was dark roast and hazelnut. I was told about 4 to 5 min wait for decaf to be brewed. It would be better if all coffees available when it opens at 630. read more

I am a faithful Panera customer but this location was not my favorite of their restaurants. Soup was very good but salad was full of the middle of the romaine lettuce with all the tough centers and ridges. Not much of the darker green leaves. Took them 15 mins to bring my curbside after following the text instructions three times to say I was there. I ended up calling (which was also a process) to say I was waiting. No "I'm sorry"; just "it never told us you were here". Maybe look towards the designated parking spots when an order is due to be picked up?!? I will give them another try next time I'm visiting the area just to hope it's better. read more

I don't think the employees here could make your order right if their lives depended on it. Every time I go there the order is wrong or they forgot to put something in the bag that I already paid for. It's horrible. You have to literally stop and check your order find out what item isn't there go back through the drive-through line to get what you paid for it's ridiculous. No wonder this Panera has low reviews. I just left the drive through. My husband first wanted Turkey and pepperoni for a panini. They have pepperoni but it can only be put on flatbreads. Fine, he asked for ham. They do not have ham either. We just left and went to Subway on TPC across from Target for great accommodating service. Whichever two ladies were working tonight on February 8th at 5:30pm could care less to even accommodate. It was only no's with no other option given. Obviously the type of people you do not want handling customer service. My husband had never been there. I convinced him. I regret that one. We are done for good. What happened? Is Panera going to declare chapter 11? Sure seems like they are struggling. On this location on 281 and Stoneoak/TPC. their portions are ridiculously small. Their half sandwich is like 1/4 sandwich, the filling almost none. I order the chipotle chicken that had NO chipotle and ti make things worst they missed items in the order. I guess by sticking it to customers picking up orders they can save a few dollars. Very SAD because Panera use to be a good reliable restaurant. read more

I got polite courteous service at my visit on a Wednesday evening. I picked up an order of coffee cake and foccaccia bread to go. I visited the restrooms and found them to be the cleanest I've seen at a restaurant in a long time. My only complaint is that in order to close the door to the small stall you have to step so far back that your legs touch the toilet. That's not very sanitary. Otherwise the dining room felt open and clean with the large windows that let in all the natural sunlight. I would definitely stop by this Panera again if I were in the area. read more

I don't know why I go back to this Panera. Every time I go there they get my order wrong. It's starts when you order. One person asks if you are a Panera rewards member, they take the number then you proceed with your order. I order 2 easy things. Someone else says pull up & thank you. I pay & they say you need to pull around & wait & wait. They bring the order out & it's not correct. I realize they are young but really! Panera is not cheap for what you get. The food is not at all as advertised. The chicken sandwich included zero toppings and the Margarita flatbread is very doughy and they no longer carry balsamic to add to it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Very rude employees! I called to put a to-go order in and she told me that I need to come in and put the order in or come through the drive thru. While I was on the phone with her, she kept asking what over and over because they had extremely loud music blasting in the background. We've visited this Panera Bread multiple times and have consistently had lackluster experiences. When you dine in-house, god forbid you need to use the restroom (speaking for the men's room) - it's disgusting. It smells and looks like a bachelor pad that hasn't been cleaned in months. The food is decent when they get it right... we have done drive-thru several times and more often than not they either get the order wrong or they give you the minimum amount they can get away with - for example, we've ordered the Tuna Sandwich for our kids a few times and every time, they apply the lightest "spread" of tuna salad humanly possible. We had to call them out on it today, and instead of just making it right, they gave us attitude and didn't seem to care. To their credit, they did give us a "free" side of tuna salad, but only after we complained. And the look on the girls face when we gave feedback was, "yeah, whatever... as if!". While it's convenient, I'm not sure that we'll go back unless it's for something that's hard to mess up (e.g., bagels?). read more

Ordered baked potato soup with bread bowl in drive thru, when I got home realized they did not give me the soup. I called and they apologized and offered me a free pastry when I told them I would be back up to get it. When I returned they informed me they had just run out of the soup, why would you not put some aside knowing I was coming back up there to get it. Requested a refund and left. This place is horrible. I've been a few times and not one time have they got my order right. Every time I go they forgot something I ordered that I got charged for. I do not recommend going here. I went here today and got a pick two combo. The food was great. But what ruined it is the sweet tea I ordered. As soon as I took a tiny sip I instantly threw up. I have never tasted something so putrid in my LIFE! It was TERRIBLE!!!! I've worked at fast food ect and you can tell when something has been sitting out since opening the store. You can tell that the containers haven't been cleaned in a hell of a long time. I have never encountered this issue at any Panera until this location popped up. More close and convenient. Wish I could give 0 stars. Placed an order online. After an hour got a text message they were out of several of the bakery items we ordered. Replied to the text message of what would do as a substitute received no reply. After 20 mins of waiting for a reply and still no food, called the store, said the order would be there any minute and asked what they were sending as a replacement. After a hold, told that the delivery had not even been taken out. Still waiting for the delivery an hour and a half later. Told the manger to remake the order I dont want food that's been sitting for an hour. Let's see what happens. If its not here by the two hour mark, hot and fresh I will launch a complaint with the corporate office. read more

Bad experience with Curbside service waited for over 20min no one came out to bring the food to the car. I went inside couldn't get helped by anyone and when I finally did the lady said we usually have the curb sides sitting here at the counter and handed my order with her back facing me sticking her hand through her back in a rude manner didn't even say anything. First and last time. This is like the McDonald's of "healthy meals" In regards to their poor food quality. The only differences are that this place is overly expensive and the portions are relatively small. Ordered an $11.00 baja bowl with chicken which came with 4 tiny nasty tasting pieces of it. Less than half the bowl of rice, a little bit of black beans, less than a half of an avocado, few pieces of corn, about 3 tiny tomatoes and about 3 pieces of baby spinach. But they were generous enough in adding a small piece of cheap white gluten full bread. Good job in making a profit Panera. read more
