just recieved an order from this Panera. the salad dressing was inserted in my salad. not hygienic at all. maybe they wear gloves but do they change their gloves for each order? doubt it. had a second issue which the manager, Gael never asked about. he didn't seem to care. my order was wrong and compromised by bacteria. but they claim to be bacteria conscious upon listening to the message upon calling. what a crock!! read more

I ordered Panera Bread catering for my work's Halloween party. It was super easy to place the order online the day before pick up. I was a little worried it'd have time restrictions on big orders, but I was able to place the catering order with no issues. I had to place a separate order to accommodate coworkers who last minute decided to come. The person who handled (I really want to say his name is Jose, but I might be wrong) my catering order was super thoughtful and made sure to put the order together with my catering one. He even called me back to double check the order when it didn't show up on the system! Thank you so much for all your help with my order!! :) When I got there, everything was packed and ready in a huge bag so it made it SO easy to bring everything with me into the office. I was worried I'd have to juggle different boxes of stuff and make multiple trips back to my car. The food was really good too! We had no leftovers lol Overall, I'm super impressed with the service and ease of ordering. I definitely will order Panera again at my next work party. :) read more

We had a small mistake in our order once and they replaced it with no issues! It's usually busy but enough room to still have a relaxing meal. Paneras are great in general for healthy and veggie-friendly food. I love their breakfast offerings these days especially-- a breakfast sammy on brioche really can't be beat! But this location not only got my order wrong *twice,* but then chastised me to "be more careful when I ordered." I ordered on one of the kiosks, though, and when they showed me the printout it was exactly what I thought I had ordered. It was frustrating, and no one apologized for scolding me, and it made our quick breakfast quite a bit longer. read more

My place to go if I ever forget my lunch at home or feeling like something different! Staff is very nice. Clean location. Can get pretty packed during lunch time. Parking can be a little difficult, but manageable. I'm obssesed with the Poppyseed with Chicken Salad (I usually get the full size, no poppyseed dressing, no pecans, extra chicken $1.79 extra, most of the time no side, but if it's a workout day, I can fit the macros of Bread on the side) Overall, a good Panera. I just want to let the GM or whoever reads these, that your counter staff provides excellent customer service. I come here almost every Sunday afternoon to work on homework. Starbucks blames crowded stores for lack of increased growth and profits - people like me dont want to elbow my way through a crowd for a coffee and baked good. Panera is peaceful, workers polite, interior warm and inviting. I think it costs a dollar or two more than my average coffee/pastry run at Starbucks but thats great - i think it keeps some cheapskates away. The efficiency at these places is also incredible. If theres a line at the counter there is a self serve order kiosk where you log in, get your buzzer, grab a self serve cup. A typical Panera. Honestly, all Panera's are the same. Some might say it's "over priced hospital food" but I've always really liked eating here. I always enjoy their seasonal menus, especially during the fall time. Im really liking their new selection of flatbreads, since it's not exactly a pizza and a lot lighter. I'm also considering joining their monthly coffee subscription... I'll definitely be looking into that more. read more

I love their muffies!!!! Muffies are muffin tops that are so yummy. I love the pumpkin flavor but the chocolate chip is not bad at all.... especially when you warm it up in the microwave and the chocolate chips get all gooey and yummy. Ooh la la. Other than the muffies I think I've only tried their Napa Almond Chicken Salad. It's actually a sandwich with chicken, almonds, grapes, and some kind of a sweet dressing. The cashier asked if I wanted apples or chips with my sandwich and, of course, I chose the chips. Yuck! Maybe I should've picked apples instead! Their chips are bland and gross and I did not like it at all. There are a lot of seats inside and outside Panera Bread. It's mostly quiet. Lines aren't as long per the pandemic, so that is on par with most places. I usually don't go to Panera Bread because of the long lines, wait time and prices. Since the first two items are currently not an issue, with prices rising in general, the prices here haven't increased (thankfully) and honestly I forgot how fresh + tasty the food. WTV issues with customer service were in the past -- that now seems to be fixed. The young manager is doing the best he can in a challenging staffing environment and the general staff is kind, courteous and respectful overall. Keep Up the Good Work. read more

4.5 stars So after passing by Panera Bread over and over after work, I finally decided to try it out. They had the two items deal, where you choose soup or salad, and half a sandwich for only $6.99. I had chosen the frontega chicken panini with chicken noodle soup and a French baguette which were all tasty and filled me up nicely. I would totally come back and try other sandwiches here and the place is very relaxing. Great music, great atmosphere, and I even purchased a gift card for a friend of mines afterwards. read more

Been here before. Never bothered to review the place. Why not? No Dutch Crunch bread! That's why! My first visit here a while back wasn't really all that. A big meh! A few days ago we decided to give it another go and this time we decided to forego the Dutch Crunch drama. Ordered the bowl of soup in Cheese and Broccoli. Company had the half sandwich and some soup. And decided to ask: "do you carry the Dutch Crunch bread? " of course not! A hot bowl of creamy chicken soup with wild rice and a melty grilled cheese with tomato! Sounds great to take back to the hotel eat and relax ...NOT. The soup was watery not creamy - pretty good taste but too watery not creamy. The sandwich was thick soggy bread and I had to wear glasses to fine the cheese. The tomato on the sandwich was the ends with the core cut out - not a pretty slice. Come on Panera - I travel for work and want to think I can get consistent delish food at any Panera- apparently not! read more

A couple of friends and I had lunch at Panera on Sunday. Parking was a breeze, ordering went quickly, food was brought out to the table, and employees even cleared our plates as we finished. I don't remember having table service the last time I came. Maybe that is a new service. Anyway, I had the bacon/spinach and artichoke/spinach souffles. You know, I found a copycat recipe online and it turned out okay, but not as good as actually coming to Panera and getting the original. One friend got the BBQ chicken salad and French onion soup combo, and the other tried the shrimp salad roll w/Summer corn chowder. Everyone enjoyed their food. Went here for lunch today. I ordered the summer special strawberry chicken poppy salad and my boyfriend got the bolognese pasta. My salad was absolutely amazing filled with all sorts of fruit and lots of chicken. Sadly it's only a summer thing. It's healthy and extremely filling. The pasta was a small portion for a "large". I thought that would be more of a "small". It did taste good though - the sauce wasn't overpowering and had just the right amount of taste to it. However, it lacked sauce and the bread that came with it was a bit too hard. We also got lemonade which they stated was "free refills" but we couldn't find the lemonade refill area. Had two bad experiences in a row within a week. Paying over $15 for a pick two combo and they don't put enough meat on the sandwich to cover the bread. Also, placed a to go order but had to wait in line for over 10 mins because they didn't give me a cup and they no longer have them out. That kills the convenience of to-go. We go to many of the Panera locations in the Bay. Coleman stands out among them but not in a good way. The service is always decent but it ends there. The store is dirty and the bathrooms look like something out of a gas station. We have the drink subscription and the drinks here are very cloudy like there's something wrong with the water they use. I'm guessing it's just very dirty unfiltered tap water mixed into the teas. Other locations don't have this issue. Lots of homeless come in & steal ppls food & help themselves to free drinks. You can't even relax for a meal when you have to be worried about becoming a victim. Hope they turn things around. read more

I can't even count how many Panera Breads I've been to in so many different cities & states because that's how much I love it. This location is definitely in the lead of being the worst location I've ever been to. The employees strongly lack good customer service. I asked one employee if she had extra masks for my bf & I, she sighed then eventually came back with them as I was looking at the menu/ordering with the cashier & she rudely interrupted me saying "can you put them on? That's clearly why I gave them to you" as she rolled her eyes and walked away. We received our order & I realized that they didn't give me the right cream cheese so I approached the counter to ask for the correct one & one employee instantly shut me down when I showed it to them by saying "um yes? That's the only one we have" with the most annoyed look on her face. Apart from how impolite the staff were, the food was horribly made. My bagel was over toasted & slightly burnt while my bf's sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich lacked taste & reminded us of cafeteria food.
