I think it's really weird Panera doesn't toast the bread on sandwiches that commonly come with toasted bread. I ordered a grilled chicken BLAT through the app for pickup, assuming it would come with toasted sour bread, since bacon and chicken are cooked and I've never had a restaurant BLAT on cold bread, and it came cold and untoasted. I wasn't aware until we brought it home, so I called Panera and asked if they could remake it and we would pick it back up (yes that's seriously the only way I'll eat it - we had to leave the house and go back). The lady who responded was very nice and completely fine with remaking it (thank you!), and my husband said she was even sweeter in person (so again, nothing against her), but she did tell me they do cold sandwiches and that I could request they toast it in the app. Unfortunately, that is not the case (see what I mean in screen shots + video of no box or option for me to write-in any type of request, and no where does it say the entire sandwich is cold and untoasted). Just figured you guys should be aware. Might want to see if corporate can get that fixed for you guys because it's completely misleading and extremely disappointing to come home to. And if there was a way to toast it myself then I would have but the mayo can't go in the toaster and neither can the lettuce, tomato, etc. read more

Got the sausage & egg asiago bagel stack (egg, cheese, sausage, and garlic aioli), and an iced mocha latte with skim milk and no whip. Interaction with staff was minimal as I just placed my order at the kiosks and grabbed my dine-in tray at the pickup counter when I received a text notification that it was ready. My order took less than ten minutes. The iced mocha was strong in the coffee and chocolate flavors. The sandwich was okay. The savory sausage and scrambled egg patty were delish and my favorite part. The melted cheese and bagel were nothing special, but tasted fine. The garlic aioli was very light or possibly missing. Not ideal, but I enjoyed my sandwich nonetheless. The restaurant setting was clean and simple. Soft music playing in the background, a combination of pop, rnb, jazz-funk and soul, songs like Teddy Swims' Suitcase, You Got Time and I Got Money by Smerz, and Everybody Loves the Sunshine by Roy Ayers Ubiquity. Ample outlets available at the booth seats and near the tables along the wall, quite a few people with their laptops charging. Free reliable wifi too. I'm struggling with my choice to pick Panera as one of my places to frequent for lunch. Maybe I'll try another location next time. Sadly, employees must not be trained to at least cut the brown part off of the avocado. It was actually not ripe and I couldn't cut the avo with just a fork. Disappointing. If I can leave negative stats I would! Karina Gonzalez is a horrible supervisor who teaches those under her disgraceful customer service. My family and I ate here on 6/13/26. Our food was served, but we didn't receive our drink cups or my daughter's frozen lemonade. When my husband asked for our drinks, Ms. Gonzalez told him to wait while she spoke to her crew. We are paying customers waiting for our whole meal to be served. When my husband asked for our drinks again, she told one of her workers to tell him to wait again. My husband stated that he would like his drinks now, and Ms. Gonzalez said, "Ya, ya, it's over there." Over where?!?! Why not bring it over to the pick up area. Apparently, it was not made. Panera is my go-to during the fall season because of their autumn squash soup! I find every meal at Panera is consistent and filling. I tend to eat at this location with my coworkers a lot since their menu has something for everyone. This location is nice and big but still has a cozy vibe. You can order at the register or on a touch pad. The staff was friendly and efficient. My meal came out super fast! This time around I ordered their you pick two deal with the Fuji apple salad and the autumn squash soup with a baguette. I'm a sucker for their baguette. IMHO I've always liked Panera Bread. This visit I had to take away a star rating. I ordered the U pic 2 special; My choice of a 1/2 tuna sandwich and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. If you look at the picture I posted, you can barely see any tuna in the sandwich. I was disappointed in the small amount of tuna but the sandwich was still tasty. The Broccoli cheddar soup was good but not hot, only lukewarm. My friend's sandwich was missing arugula, so she brought it back. Panera is always quite disappointing to me. I ordered a baguette online and when I opened it at home, I had to realize that it had pre-cut marks on it. Very disappointing and not inviting for my dinner plans. Also, I am asking myself whether these marks are used as serving size in restaurants - they were all of different sizes... Drinks are ok. I was going to get something from Panera Bread and it said they closed at 9pm. I got there around 8:50pm and the doors were locked and they were already closed and cleaning the restaurant. It's with a heavy heart I have to write this review due to me previously ranting and raving how great this establishment is or was I should say. I've been coming to this establishment for the past six years every day I purchased three items, egg whites, strawberries, and a cup of coffee. This morning to my dismay, they told me they are unable to serve me because they no longer serve items in that manner. I find it truly upsetting that I cannot order something that I've been ordering for six years. Breakfast at Panera is simple. Just some baked goods and coffee and not even fancy coffee. The fanciest it gets is hazelnut flavor. Creamers are just half and half or milk. The pastries are delicious here. The croissant is so flaky and the chocolate melts in your mouth. It's seems like the baked good have shrunk tho but it's still delicious. I like this place because there are so many places to sit and you aren't rushed. Bigger than a coffee shop and nice selection of food and drinks. I am a rewards member and have earned some freebies every now and then. It's a nice spot to have a quick lunch or dinner. Sometimes when the commute is long, I stop off here and get a bite to eat and then continue my commute once the rush hour traffic passes. They also have free WiFi. This is probably my favorite Panera Bread. These four cheese egg soufflés are the best breakfast item they have there and I can't stop eating them. I should order two at a time because I always eat it super fast and then ask myself why didn't I get another. The staff head are friendly and understandable and good at service. I never have issues here and my order is always accurate and comes out fresh and hot. If I need something else they are always nice about it and give me what I need. I would say between this location and the Hamilton one-the staff here are awesome and great with the mobile pick up orders. They find you with no problem and smile and don't complain. Or will walk around until they find your car. I've had issues at the Cherry location with quality, accuracy of my order, and friendliness of staff and will never return. Good service and good staff will always keep me coming. Thank you for always being great here this is why I've spent so much money at this location. Thankful they still had some egg soufflés after 1030 because I visited the Southside one on Cherry and was told at 1030 they throw them all away. These are wayyyy too good to trash. To be quite honest, I'm not a fan of this specific location. Pros: This Panera is in the same shopping center / plaza as Target, which means there's ample parking for everyone. This Panera's service is quicker than most - so if you're in a hurry, this is the Panera to go to. Their baguette bread that goes with any meal is always soft here, so there's no excess chewing needed, it's always at that perfect Cons: It's a smaller area than most Paneras, so their "enter only" and "exit only" is in the same area, just on other ends of the same double door entrance. It's in a college town-esque area, so the portions at this location are actually smaller than the other Paneras I've been to (i.e. Campbell and a couple other areas) with the same pricing. I had a few questions here and the cashier's only response was, "Do you want me to get the manager?" ... why would you need the manager for simple answer questions? My last order here, I ordered a BBQ Chicken Salad. There was definite cross contamination from another person's order, as my BBQ Chicken Salad suddenly had olives in it, along with some croutons. BEST PLACE TO STUDY EVER! I am not the type of person who likes to study in a cafe or a coffee shop because I get distracted easily. Every time I come here, I always get myself the build myself package, and I always get broccoli cheddar soup for one of then, and the other one will be salad. I change up the salad order all the time, but the soup has to always be BROCCOLI CHEDDAR! The creaminess from the cream soup and the cheese are not gonna overwhelm you trust me! They give decent amounts of broccoli in the soup too. It's just perfectly well balanced. For the salad, if youre not a veggie lover like me, Panera Bread's salad would be the first choice because the dressing makes you forget that you are actually eating vegetables.
