Customer service was on-point, friendly and prompt. We ordered Flying Dutchmen and a custom burger; this was because we were trying not to carb overload so late at night. This was an average dining experience at In-n-Out and although there were a good number of customers inside eating, the service never faltered and the vibes were chill. Also noted that the front door was filthy, had hand prints all over it - had clearly not been cleaned at any recent time - no clean tables inside. Strike 3, I will never go back. Regarding the delay, they said something along the lines that they had a lot of orders to fill, and when mine came up, they realized they had no chicken. How can that be, when my order was on the screen the entire time? Obviously no one is paying attention to the order backlog, they're just filling one order at a time, before they even think about the next one. This is not an employee issue, but a management issue / training issue. This is a poorly managed, poorly run restaurant.
