When we got the receipt we were also charged for a soda that was not ordered.... The $13 teriyaki bowl was half full with no flavor and the Greek salad had no olives. I won't eat the food here after the last issues i wrote about, but family members are recovering and really wanted some soup and other things. This was my first visit and the time I had used your app, since I recently received a gift card for Panera. I had completed our order on the app just before we went inside and then saw a message that the order could not be completed because the side, chips, was out of stock. How can you run out of chips? I tried to switch to baguette, but never figured out how to change the side. The cashier seemed to be struggling with other orders, so I just removed each item from the order and got out of line. I hate to give Panera, a less than stellar review, but this one is not doing very well. I told the cashier exactly what I wanted, but she wasn't sure about giving me an upgraded side. The menu board clearly stated that these were available and I not only read the verbiage to her I also showed her where it was on the sign. She then asked if I really was asking for the pick 2. I settled for the bread instead of the upgraded side. Once I walked into the restaurant all the tables were dirty. It is Saturday, but when I came here on Thursday there was at least a manager here cleaning tables and making sure everyone was ok. Today no manager in sight. On both occasions the good looks completely different than the pictures. The Thai soup was brown looking instead of the nice color on the picture. Lattes! If you're a fan of lattes, do get one at Pinera because theirs eclipse all others by far. The staff are always friendly and even know now that I want my coffees upon seeing me. The $8.99/month coffee club is well worth it with dark, light Hazelnut and decaf kept hot and ready. The app is quick and effective for grab&go and curbside pickup. I see license plates from all over USA in the parking lot and, from the demeanor of customers and staff alike, the customer care must be great for first timers as well. The atmosphere welcomes all and self serve beverages are well stocked. Of course the breads, soups, salads and treats are in high demand for their freshness, quality and flavors. At the drive thru, I specifically asked if the salad contained almonds and was told that it could be made without almonds. "No problem." Well. Apparently it was a problem, because my salad was full of them. The noodle bowl was just meh. Bland. For me, this visit was the last straw. The first strike was a while back when I (and many others) witnessed employees fist fighting in the parking lot. Ordered a Cesar salad: came with no dressing, no cheese, no croutons just lettuce and olives sad

We go there often and generally their customer service is good. I like their food and I also use their app a lot for rapid pickup. Today morning instead of scrambled egg and cheese sandwich they gave me a bacon scrambled egg and cheese sandwich which I could not eat. They also didn't have the spinach artichoke soufflé which their app said they did, but I was OK with a substitution. Funny thing is on the receipt they say 'accuracy matters and the order should be correct every time'. Thanks to Yelp, the customers who don't wanna go back, have a voice. read more

Chilli was pretty good; service slow; not very friendly but not awful. In that way has changed a lot since it's opening and I literally was their first customer on day of opening. Had to ask for a spoon for my chilli seems like I was putting the staff person out by asking. Food still pretty good though. read more

Everyone knew this place was overpriced but my last order was awful. I paid more than $12 for a pick 2 "deal". That's not what I usually pay but I tried a new sandwich and that wasn't even worth $3. My order consisted of half of the Modern Caprese sandwich ($6.19) and a side of Mac and cheese ($4.99). For reference the WHOLE sandwich is $9.99 and a small Mac and cheese by itself is $5.19. The sandwich was flat with only some mozzarella, tomatoes, or arugula. It was tossed in upside down to hide the fact that the top slice of bread had a big part ripped off. The small Mac and cheese was more filling than the sandwich. The tomatoes were bitter and the greens were yellow and stringy. There was only 1 glob of cheese too. It was just sour, chewy, and gross. Had to cover the taste with Mac and cheese. You either don't get food or get bad food. The first few times I went here this place had the problem of giving you the wrong items or just leaving them out altogether. It seems that has since changed. But now the problem is simply the quality of the food. The reward system isn't worth all the visits either. You only get $1 off a cookie or a drink that's it. Like I said the food is pricier but it's also blander here. The only good thing here would be the bagels and cream cheese. read more

I like the food ok, and love the atmosphere. Customer service is always hit or miss. What baffles me is that i never can seem to figure out what my bill is going to be. Last night i ordered a full sandwich which i knew would be ten, a cup of soup, water, and my friend basically got the same, and for us both it was 40.00. I figured mine would be like 14 bucks and hers about the same. I inquired but the young lady at the register couldn't seem to really explain... she just said the full sandwich is this, various soups are different prices based on size, which i knew, whatever. I gave up because she wasn't making sense. The soup that came first and it was a massive bowl, not the cup I wanted, so i think that was part of the price issue. I still don't understand it. Even though i love the food i cannot condone paying the prices they want. I am not a stupid person but this is the third time in two years I've gone because for two people it always ends up being ridiculously expensive; the last confusion was the cashier telling us we could do the"pick two" for 6.89 but that ended up being like 6.89 *per item*... and she made it seem like the 6.89 would be the end total by saying " all that for 6.89!"i ended up paying 16 bucks for a meal with drink and pastry, not 6.89. If you want to have something that's truly delicious every single time that you go there this is the place to go. Every single thing on the menu is delicious and extremely nutritious. It is extremely hard to find these days a place where you can go sit and have a great meal and not have to worry about the effects that it will have on your body. Every single Panera that I've ever walked into is extremely clean and that I was curious very friendly and welcoming. The second you walk in your welcome with a great big smile from the cash register. Whether it's shoot or a turkey sandwich that you get it will be great. You can sit outside and enjoy the Sun or you can sit inside and where the very comfortable tables. The shoots are always delicious especially the broccoli cheddar soup. And their pastries are to-die-for. This is a great place for a date with your girlfriend or boyfriend or a family brunch. Every time I come here it just know that you'll be treated fairly and you'll get a great meal. I'll be coming here but for sure. read more

Yes her prejudice sent me away without warm food. Friendly service brought me to Panera, Unfriendly service at this Shreveport store, will take And the Manager was standing present. I went and asked for the manager to learn. And when she forward- "you were present ". You herd it all.. Now they are in their partying and laughing. They really don't know why everything finally shuts down in Shreveport. No work while at work, lazy , prejudices, and it's given to them. " Every body always heats their own food". Really RECOMMENDATION: Keep the store closed because these types of people ruin the experience of those who do your services. Registers were: half half. Meaning friendly and helpful not in and of their self , but allowed me to bring some activity out of them. Coffee was colder than Luke warm... this- no attention to their coffee - breakfast with cold coffee. Tables - hardly anything was clean. Busy- not at all. No one is now or when we came in cleaning the place. Give it a year or two and it will be a smelly grody floor place. Sad only two stars. But this is my experience. This location was the second Panera I have taken a visit to. Not as impressive as the first one! The employees didn't seem like they wanted to work, and the service was quite slow. I wonder why, but the food we ordered did not taste as good as the first Panera's either. read more
