Listen here is OK. The sandwiches are as good since they started making them more healthy. Though the strawberry salad is very good. It does seem to be fresh and healthy options to eat. The negative is it's just really expensive. My wife and I ate here today and it cost us over $38 for a half sandwich and salad with drink. Then you have to go pick it up yourself at the window since we ordered at the kiosk and then they want us to clear our own table and scrape the plates. It's cheaper and better food just to go to Longhorn where you have a server do those things for you? It is just too expensive for little to no service and for soup and salad. read more

I told the cashier twice no chicken on my salad. We noticed on the receipt that it didn't say no chicken. When I asked her about it she said there is a different button for salad with chicken and without. My salad came out with chicken, I immediately told the server I asked for no chicken and she took the salad back. It came out 30 seconds later and they had obviously just took the large chicken pieces off and there were still chicken bits in the salad. I went up to the server explained I'm a vegetarian and asked for a new salad. I don't often think of Panera when I think of sandwiches which is a shame, because I think of sandwiches a lot and i just discovered the sandwiches here are on point! The bread was so tasty, the chicken so moist and the bbq was tangy awesome sauce! Good service and good food. I ordered a southwest Chile Lime ranch chicken salad and it was very tasty! The only thing I didn't like is that they mix the ranch in it so you can't choose how much you want. Fresh ingredients. Quick drive through. Friendly staff. I like the flat bread pizza. Good pastries but a little expensive. We use the free drink for a monthly fee. Nice for large groups to sit together. read more

This Panera is just like all the others but I will say it was a little more fancy that most. They had buzzers you take with you so you know when your food is ready and the tables were numbered. There is tons of seating and plenty of parking. The staff was ok. Not overly inviting. read more

The drive thru menu has chicken and wild rice soup listed as a seasonal item but the rude little girl taking my order told me they don't carry it at their store so I ended up getting potato soup. Wouldn't you remove it from the menu if you don't carry it? My potato soup was lukewarm and gross, my bacon turkey bravo had bacon that seemed like it was a few days old, i ordered an iced coffee with milk and didn't get any milk in it. Pay no attention to Panera's photo advertising. I live in Springfield, Missouri where cost of living is low and prices for chicken sandwiches are never over $8.00. Their new Chef's Chicken Sandwiches look really good and are bigger than the bun and the bun is big. Best false advertising I've ever seen. The entire sandwich was smaller than other fast food restaurants and I couldn't see the chicken breast buried in the bun. It was dry and small. But the best part is they cost $12.79 for the sandwich alone. I talked to the manager and she agreed with me and said she had several patrons complain about the chicken sandwiches. We came in about two weeks ago and they was really busy and had forgot a couple things on our order. My fiancée called and spoke to Warren one of the managers there and he was so nice and professional and told us to come back in and he would take care of everything. Not only did he do that but he gave us a free lunch. And every one that works here are so nice and personable. I highly recommend coming here to eat. read more

I am not a fan of this Panera Bread location. Multiple times I have received lukewarm/cool "hot" lattes and coffee here. When I mentioned it, they just told me they just told me they couldn't help it. I also recently ordered a broccoli teriyaki and the portion size was small- more like a side dish, is ridiculous because they charge you $11 for it. This morning I went to the Panera Bread on East Sunshine. I made five selections and four of them were unavailable. I really felt that they should have made some type of effort to notify the public that they were out of so many different products on their menu board in the Drive-Thru. When I was frustrated and told the young man through the drive-thru speaker that they really ought to update their menu he laughed at me! I then went to the Panera Bread on East Battlefield and complain to them and the manager said that he would talk to the manager on East Sunshine. Generous amount of lettuce here! I never post bad reviews but safe to say this happens every time I visit this location and they have not changed their service :/ super disappointed in this location. This Panera is near my work so we have been there quite a few times. The service has always been excellent! I've tried a variety of foods from this location and I've never been disappointed. I really enjoy ordering from the website when I'm ordering for a group, because you can customize down to the last detail and they rarely get it wrong. I also love their rewards program, getting something for free or discount is always a plus! read more
