I can't get enough of this place! I just wanna take a fat baby and squeeze her cheeks, cos that's what I feel when I eat here! I fell in love with their Mediterranean Vegetarian sandwich. Something about the sweetened bell peppers and the unforgettable, spicy sauce. The crunchy cucumbers, fresh lettuce and tomatoes all sandwiched in a tomato basil bread. MY NEW FAVE. The cashier taking our order was texting while we were ordering, didn't repeat our order back, and had all the kindness and personality of a wet mop. Went through the drive thru and when I got home I received a totally different sandwich than what I ordered. It was not something I could even try to suck it up and eat. I called and talked to management and they said that I could come back and get a new one. I expressed there was no way that was happening and expressed how big of an inconvenience this was and a waste of money. Management then said he would send a voucher for a free Pick 2 in the mail for my next purchase. That was over a month ago. I am still waiting! Thanks for nothing! read more

Just take my wallet Panera. I work here on weekends regularly so much that the staff recognizes me at some point. It is a bit sad but i love this specific site! They have ample seating, long tables for groups, small booths for people who do not like people, and most importantly, many many many electrical outlets! #winning. I am very predictable and almost always get coffee + bagel and spread, or tuna sandwich with cup of soup. generally this place is pretty clean. The only caveat is that they have children (which I typically love), LEFT BEHIND by parents. Occasionally, I see parents who make their preschool/elementary-school-age child sit and watch some show on their iPad for over 4-5 hours (longer than my stay). More shocking, when parents ALLOW their children to drink full 16 oz iced coffee during these several hours. These hyperactive children then run around (literally run around) the place. On other occasions, parents leave their young children unattended to eat their lunch here while they shop next-door. Although I do love panera, these instances peeve me because I feel that some staff should note to parents the liability and danger of leaving their child unattended at a "fast food" restaurant. But, I do recognize that it is not necessarily their responsibility to do it. Stopped by for lunch today. Ordered the turkey bacon bravo sandwich and a both of chicken wild rice soup. First, I have no idea why I did not do the pick two, for I ordered a lot of food. I normally know better. The sandwich was wonderful. I particularly like the bread it was served on. I didn't make my own bread selection, but rather stuck with the bread they match the sandwich with. I enjoyed the soup, but I must say, there was no hint of any wild rice in the big bowl. That caught me as a bit misleading, though as I said, it was still good soup. Nice place , good for quick bite of sandwich or panini or some soup for lunch or dinner. Asian bowl were really nice.. Sandwiches and panini are always good..sides like chips and breads are pretty good as wll.. I came here with my one year old nanny boy. I had my hands full with him and the staff carried all of our food to our table. They were great! I also LOVE the my panera rewards card. I got a free smoothie this time! I will definitely be coming back to this location more often! Great job! And excellent food! read more

As someone who loves Panera, I was disappointed by the customer service at this location. Today, a Sunday morning, I ordered a bagel at the drive thru. The person who took my order informed me that they were out of the type of cream cheese I requested. I accepted another type they said they had available. When they handed me my order and drove away, I discovered there was no cream cheese in the bag at all. Although it was inconvenient, I promptly drove back to Panera, parked my car, and walked into the store to get the cream cheese. There was not a single person in line, and yet the woman at the counter was rude. She stated, in a no nonsense manner, that this was because they were out of all cream cheese. I explained to her that if I had known that, I would have placed a different order. She was not at all apologetic, and made no effort to compensate me or correct my order. She essentially implied it was my fault for making that order when they didn't have the ingredient. I had to explicitly ask for an alternative item, and she eventually conceded by giving me a pastry (of less value than my original order). As someone who has worked in restaurants, I fully understand that ingredients are sometimes unavailable. But is is unacceptable to blame it on the customer for having made that order (when they were not provided with this information at the time of their order). I also found it absurd that the representative did not offer compensation for this error, particularly since as a Panera, a huge company, is always sending deals and free items to customers through the email rewards program. I have always had great experiences with Panera and am disappointed that this location did not uphold the quality I have typically experienced. read more

I go here because it's close.. but the service is so slow!! If there is one person in front of you in line, you shouldn't have to wait almost 10 minutes to get your order in. My daughter likes the bagels and the wild rice soup- I've never been impressed by anything else- just bland. read more

We had a large to go order. They left out 3 items. I called in immediately , and requested they credit my credit card. They said their policy didn't allow for that, I could come back to get the missing items. By that time, it would take too long, and everything else would be cold - it was an $87.00 order. Not only would they not refund the missing items, they said they would make it up to me by sending vouchers. They sent ONE voucher for ONE item, not 3. I'm really irritated. I've been a bit down on Panara restaurants in general lately, but had a very plesent experience here.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and after the first bite I noticed that the chicken was freezing cold and red. I asked for a different sandwich and you would think they will make sure that the second one would be well cooked, but no. It had half of the meat it was supposed to have, and the chicken was freezing cold again with a weird brown/red color. Really disappointed on the service and heath issues these meats can bring to consumers. read more

I've been a loyal Panera customer for a few years, both for work functions and as an easy meal. I'm really disappointed with this location. This weekend, I placed an online order for pick up. When I got home, I discovered that some items were missing from my order! While they do offer to replace missing items and add a complimentary bakery item (at least that's what the receipt said), it was unrealistic and inconvenient to drive back and ask for the missing item that I paid for. I was picking up food because I wanted a quick meal, not because I had all day to drive back and forth making sure my order was accurate. It would have only taken a few seconds for their staff to look over the four items I ordered and make sure they were all there. On a different note, the oatmeal I ordered was discussing. It was cold on the bottom and scalding at the top. This just proves that not all Paneras are the same - shout out to the locations in downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul on Ford Parkway for always doing a great job (accurate orders and friendly staff...it's the little things). read more

Store 601307 has a drive thru. What's the point of rapid pick up? To get it n go. Super annoying that a member of their team would not hand me my order thru the drive thru window. I have 3 kids and the only reason I ordered online from THIS STORE [this panera & from panera at all] was to pick up thru drive thru. Instead I had to haul a newborn, a 2 year old and a 4 year old into your store. Then balance a bag while carrying an infant carrier, a 2 year old and trying to convince a 4 year old not to run thru the store and away from me in an incredibly busy parking lot. Needless to say, I will most certainly will not be back. Next time I will go to McDonald's. Their drive thru hands me my food with a smile. read more

I love Panera Bread and have been going to various locations for years, but I will NEVER go to Panera Bread again especially at this location. This happened a little over a month ago, but it was finally resolved a couple days ago. I went through the drive thru, and I gave the associate my card, and he was gone for a very long time, which I chalked up to them being busy. And I checked my bank account about 5 days after the transaction, and he charged me for the correct amount, but there was a previous charge of $5.00 which I did not make. Either the associate accidentally charged my card for someone else's food or he bought himself something. Again he did take like 5 minutes to give me my bank card back. I called the manager and he said that there was no record of the charge and that it was probably a glitch. A glitch to me would be accidentally charging me twice for the same price, not charging me for some random $5. The manager didn't do anything about it and he didn't even offer me any coupons or anything for my trouble. I then contacted their customer service on two separate occasions, and I finally got my money back a couple days ago. It took about a month for anything to happen. So yes I will never go to Panera Bread again, read more
