We stopped in for a quick bite. The food was served nice and quick after ordering. We got the "You pick two" combos which came out to around $15 each. I'd say that it was rather expensive for half a sandwich (small half) and soup. It was a little hectic around the drink station as they were attempting to refill the tea and people weren't exactly allowing the employees to complete their task. It was also a bit loud in general, possibly due to the season and shoppers being everywhere. The flavor combinations were definitely on point. I had a BLT on a tomato basil bread. It was very good. Unlike some other restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised to find what I consider an appropriate amount of bacon on the BLT especially considering it was half portion. It was well built and fresh. The Broccoli Cheddar soup is a staple here and did not disappoint. My girlfriend had the new dipper sandwich and she enjoyed it as well. Again, the food tasted great and was prepared really quickly. I rate this four stars quite simply because of the cost. I know everything is expensive out there but the prices are similar locally to a sit-down dining experience. read more

My daughter and I had to stop at a few stores and were starving, and I didn't have my phone with me to check-in with Yelp , but that was okay, we took photos of what we ate. It's a rainy, damp, cold day out and we both wanted soup, so we decided Panera since we were in the same shopping plaza. My daughter and I shared a large Greek salad , which was fresh and not shy on any of the feta cheese. My daughter had the creamy potato soup and I had my favorite classic French onion soup , and we both had a fresh piece of baguette to dip In our soups. I was with a group of friends there this morning for an early lunch and visit with each other. It was the usual Panera food - no complaints but we received some real customer service from MICHELLE -one of the staff members there. Super friendly and helpful and kind. She went over and above to check on us - clear our plates and ask if everything was ok. She is a real asset to your place! Stopped here along the drive upstate. Wow, this is nicest looking Panera Bread location I have been to...my new favorite location (too bad it's not closer) love the layout and friendly staff. Food is good as well. Easy to order and seating is spacious and clean. Prices are reasonable and cost a little less than in NY. Pick up counter and take out easy to find. Beverages in front. Tried the new BLT quite good. Shout out to the manager Ricky and to Alyssa both are always friendly, efficient, and helpful. Service is fast. It's clean. I never leave reviews but have to give credit where credit is due. Went to this location and ordered a lot, it was raining and we were in a hurry, so I asked if everything was in the bag, and the lady reassured everything was there. When we checked (once parked), it was not and we were already 15 mins away. I called and manager Rickey offered a refund and to fix my the mistake if we come back, of course my son wanted the food so we went back. The same lady apologized for her mistake, refunded us for the missing items, gave us the missing items and then added in some cookies. Mistakes happen and I get that, they went above to make it right. thank you! read more

I'd like to start off by saying I always give a place more than one shot. This all started when my fiancé and I made an online order and they totally messed it up. I paid for 30+$ food and they gave us literally something you can get out of a lunchables kids meal. I did not return for about a month because I was turned off by the service when I asked if this was correct and that it was way to little of a meal for the amount I paid, their response was "that's just how it is" with an attitude, with no apology. I walked away upset and with a bitter taste in my mouth. This morning I decided to give them another chance in hopes of making up for last time and maybe having a pleasant experience. This was definitely not the case at all. I ordered my food through the drive thru and was told to pull forward and let other cars go by while they make my order. I waited outside for 20 minutes. I saw at least 7-10 cars go around the drive through with their orders. Then finally someone came out with another cars order and they finally remembered that I was out there. Some lady came out and asked "could you tell me what you ordered", and then I asked "did you guys forget my order"? And then she proceeded to say "no we gave it to someone else" then proceeded to go inside and made my order after another 15 min. In total I waited anywhere from 35-40 min for my order. She comes back out with my order and says "here you go" like there was no issue at all. The thing that bothered me the most was the fact that they did not apologize... If you are craving Panera bread I'd suggest starting to make food at home or going elsewhere because this place does not only have bad customer service, but they also don't care. read more

This is literally one of the WORST Panera locations I've ever been too. It's sad because it's literally the only choice of food in the area sometimes. I don't know if a bunch of airheads work here, but they mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's 11AM and they forgot two things from my order. I've came on days around 5pm and they mess up the sandwich I order. Sometimes they forget a pastry, a soup, a side. Sadly, I always just drive home and realize that my order is messed up or missing items. Now, before I leave, I check my bag. Even then, items are missing or made incorrectly. This location has gone way downhill! Last time we were in to eat in the restaurant, we waited 25 minutes for our food. The manager was being very rude to the other workers. I felt terrible for them. Tonight, we ordered to go. The food was ready quickly, but when I went in to pick it up, the restaurant was filthy. The drink station had sticky countertops and drinks were spilled all over. What happened to this place? The last two visits have been a disaster. The staff is rude and inconsiderate, our order was messed up, wrong cream cheese. When asked about coffee from a staff member she couldn't even get a word out, just waved me on with a sour face like I was bothering her. The only guy holding it down is Gabe. Very disappointed. Another item missing from order. This has been going on long before the pandemic. They just don't care. The manager used to keep a book of names of people who got shorted on their orders. He used to offer you free meals. Maybe the manager should check the orders BEFORE they go out. I spend a lot of money at this Panera Bread to have these issues with food prep. I have done a review in the past about something else hoping that corrective action had taken place. But I guess not. I let little things go, but as a Food Safety Manager off-duty I expect proper food handling & preparation! Since my last review, I have returned a sandwich, returned for something missing on my sandwich etc. This time, the Chipotle Chicken Alvacado sandwich had some of the hull still on the alvacado! That wasn't stated on the menu! Was it a special sandwich just for me? YUCK! ALSO after finding that, the tuna sandwich had something hard like a bone in it!! Unacceptable!!! My appetite was a wrap! That actually hurt my tooth too! How long should I trouble-shoot with you guys! Managers are you hearing me? First, our food was COLD, and the drinks was warm. Specifically asked for toasted bread, and got soggy walmart quality loaf of crap. Then, server was beyond rude to us asking us to please hurry our meal because it was their rush our. My partner asked for a caesar salad but was told there was no more romaine. Panera is a great place to go eat... Their food is always fresh. I always get chicken Tortellini with Alfredo sauce. I love it. The sauce is very creamy and tasty. I have also tried the big kid bacon grilled cheese sandwich. The bread is the best. And they give you options, whether you want a whole sandwich or half of one with a side of soup. Now this morning again we are told bagels we wanted that are advertised are not available and we got the wrong cream cheese tubs. On top of that, both cream cheese tubs expire today. We've all been to Panera and know exactly what to expect from this massive chain. We came here simply because Dunkin Donuts is not very good and we needed to get some breakfast sandwiches comma bagels and pastries before going out fishing for the day. We arrived at a.m. and the place was a ghost town. We were the only customers inside and it still took 15 minutes to get our breakfast sandwiches and three sandwiches for lunch. I got to say the people that work here were very nice and helpful but no one should have to wait that long for a few sandwiches especially when there is nobody else in the restaurant. More important was the fact that even after taking all that time to make our food they got the order wrong. They gave us the wrong sandwich and then gave us a half instead of a full. Ironically, they charged us for the correct food but didn't give it to us. Aside from these long waits and mishaps Panera does a good job at delivering sandwiches that are better than Jimmy John's and Subway and offers quality meats, cheese's and toppings, but it's still straddles the average line. We still prefer this chain over the others partially because it's open early in the morning and we can kill two birds with one stone by ordering breakfast and lunch period everything is more than affordable and there's nothing wrong with anything on the menu. Over the past year too we've tried almost all of their breakfast and lunch sandwiches and all of them were average with nothing to complain about. read more

First impression... super dirty. Floors and carpet had not been clean in days or even weeks. Our orders were incorrect but they handled it well and were super friendly. Bathrooms were also dirty and no toilet paper in stalls. It was only 9 in the morning so I can't imagine what lunch time would be like.
