Congealed cheese in the 'grilled' cheese (barely toasted, let alone grilled)

I'm not sure where to start. I struggle with this whole concept because I remember where they used to be. Remember when you could go to Paradise Bakery and see them make your salad and your soup would come from the large vats, etc. Today I took my daughter for lunch. She had mac and cheese and I had sandwich and soup. When I walked over to ask about our order, I saw a staff member clipping open a plastic pouch of soup. A plastic pouch of soup that then got added to a bowl and served to a customer. If I'm going to be served a pouch of soup, I think I'd rather buy it from the store and then pay less and not have to tip either. Honestly if I wanted microwaved food, I could go to Burger King and spend less at least. My grilled cheese was warm at best and tasted very congealed. The chicken noodle soup had a strange canned smell and the noodles had a weird color. I went because she loves the Mac and cheese but I'm sorry, I can't anymore. Oh Panera and Paradise bakery.. how you have fallen

A quiet day at Panera

The Panera Bread in Superior - I'm in here several times a month, as it happens to be close to the Bikeway 36 trail. I always find Panera to be a great choice for a healthy meal. They have eliminated all of the additives and artificial flavoring that goes into food and I prefer that. This Panera is like any other. The menu is consistent and the meal is prepared quickly. They have both inside and outside dining. It's located catty corner from the Whole Foods. Always a solid choice for a lunch or breakfast!

Nasty pickles and half full bread bowls.

Overpriced, small portion and gross food. Mac and cheese bowl half full and a pickle that I wouldn't touch!!

Trash all over the floor beneath the table.

I visited the Panera bread in Superior Colorado on December 10 and wanted to share my experience. The restaurant was filthy with no clean tables and trash on the floor. I also witnessed someone preparing food behind the counter drop a bread pan on the floor then pick it back up and stack it back on the shelf without cleaning it off.

Vegan quinoa with lentils and kale in a lovely broth = amazing! We also enjoyed bbq chicken, salad, Mac n cheese, cookies, baguette, and lemonade. Very popular and busy location. Pretty clean. Helpful staff.

This location of the Panera breads is warm and friendly. It has a very sunny disposition to it. The food is the same as any other Panera, but this one is crowded for breakfast and then at mid morning too. I have seen groups of people bringing in a project to work on, sitting by the fireplace, talking - sipping coffee! Cute! It is a decent place to get your breakfast and coffee and Bagels. If it is too busy, they hand you one of those buzzy things that startle you when your order is ready. I love their divine fresh baked breads and bagels. cinnamon and sesame bagels are my most favorite ones and so is the breakfast bagel with eggs and bacon!! Sin Sin!

Turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich?
Amanda O.

I ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich and this is what I received. Not only was there no avocado, but they added cheese and tomato along with maybe 1-2 slices of turkey on it. Not worth the price; order is wrong and there's no meat. Disappointed

Thai flatbread

This is one of the larger Panera Breads I have been too. Spacious and comfortable, with good seating outside. I went for a dinner fix on business travel and was surprised there were a couple dirty tables even though the place was not too busy. Not filthy, just dirtier than your average Panera. The service was very friendly. I had a Thai flatbread, which was very tasty although the bread was a bit cold. The cinnamon crunch scone was delicious. Coffee was OK. You don't go to Panera for the coffee, it is barely acceptable. Overall Panera is a good place for good food at a reasonable price.

$50 for two people. They had missing ingredients. Customer service was poor. This is expensive cafeteria food. Ridiculous costs.

There was a massive, long black hair in my Mac n Cheese. Disgusting and ruined my appetite.

The dining room where we enjoyed our delicious noodles and beef was so elegantly decorated. I plan on going back and getting more pictures as my phone was getting ready to die. I couldn't take pictures but anyways it was a wonderful experience. I plan on going back the gentleman that owned it. I can't say his name, but he was very respectful honorable and explained the meals to us as it was our first time and he saved us quite a bit of money explaining to us that the order of noodles and beef was big portion and that we did not need to order any appetizers, which was wonderful of him to point out. Needless to say the service the food. The whole experience was very wonderful. Thanks For The Read Until Next Time....

I came in on a very busy day of the year so am rounding up since the staff was working really hard to get orders out the door. I ordered a large chicken pho and roasted pork fresh spring rolls to go. The portion of pho broth and bean sprouts was great, but the amount of chicken was a bit disappointing (about 6 total pieces of shredded chicken). Broth was just ok, I added quite a bit of sriracha, lime, basil, and hoisin sauce and still felt it lacked some flavor. The spring roll portion size was great and I loved the massive serving of peanut sauce. The roasted pork inside was incredibly dry. I'd probably opt for tofu or shrimp next time.

Came in on a Friday afternoon and really enjoyed this place! Our friend recommended we come here…read moreand I can see why. I had a medium bowl with 3 proteins: shrimp, spicy tuna, and yellowtail (yellowtail is $1 extra) - Brown rice was cooked to perfection - shrimp wasn't overcooked - spicy tuna had a decent level of spice - yellowtail was fresh - sauces: spicy aioli and yuzu citrus - our server was very generous and I loved that! Spicy wasn't too spicy. The rest of the sides were also very fresh and you could tell they pay attention to their sides. After tax and tip my medium bowl was $26. That's a little pricey, but the quality was great. Just note they also charge 3% for credit cards.

The entrance is definitely a bit hidden and somewhat hard to find, but once you step inside you're immediately greeted with smells and sights that make your mouth water. I had the Lulu poke bowl (spicy tuna, mango, fried onions, edamame, and nori), and it absolutely hit the spot! The portions are generous for the price, the fish tasted fresh, and everything was seasoned well. The only slight downside was the musubi, as I've had better elsewhere, but that's definitely not going to stop me from coming back to try more of their food.
