Don't go through the drive through. You'll be stuck in line for over half an hour. It's ridiculous how stuck we are

When Panerra skimps you out of soup!!

This will be last time I order from this place. First, they wouldn't let me order the family meal just because they supposedly didn't have the baguette, but still offered the baguette as a side when you place individual orders. Why not just offer an additional side of soup or take off $3 Iif the full baguette is not available? Just a way to get you to spend more money having to place individual orders. I ordered the pick two for three people and a whole salad, $70, just to get home and have barely any salad dressing and to see half a cup of one of the soups is missing!! It literally looks like someone ate half the fu%$ing soup!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! And if you ran out of the soup then add another or credit my bill since you're not giving me what I paid for!! Fu$%ing scam ass restaurant!!

We love Panera Bread and this is the closest location for us. It's not conveniently located near a busy street if you were thinking you wanted Panera. It's near the casino and the outlet mall. So you would not pass by it unless you were out shopping at those locations. I love that it has a drive through and that's what makes the trip worth wild. Yes it takes a while to get your order but with kids, it's worth the wait. This afternoon our order timely and everything we ordered was in the bag. The server at the window was very nice. The soup was amazing as always and the turkey and cheese sandwich was great. Although the baguette was hard. I have to agree with the other reviews lately. It was very hard and the baguette sandwich was hard to eat. The chips were also very tiny but tasted great. Just not as much as I would have liked. This location always seems to be busy based on the parking lot.

Wow! Panera has gone down hill. Ordered a plain asiago bagel and a plain crossiant. The crossiant is flat, soggy and bland! The bagel looks like a roll? What a bummer!

Why is there such a small portion of soup in the takeaway order???

Why is there such a small portion of soup in the takeaway order??? When you order in a restaurant on the spot, the portion is much larger!!

While I continue to love certain items they sell (broccoli-cheese soup, Pecan Twist), I have to say their sandwiches are PITIFUL. The picture on their ad for the new Asiago Bagel sandwiches looks so good and full of ingredients, but when you order one you get mostly a bun that isn't much like a bagel with about 1/8 of the ingredients shown in the picture! What a rip-off. Don't let them get away with this false advertising!

Steak and Avocado Sandwich, Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Someone please bring Panera Bread to Hawaii! Tablet ordering makes it easy for first timers to not feel like they're holding up the line, especially when ordering for a party of 5 I ordered the steak and avocado sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, it was great! Also came with a bag of chips - it's helpful there's only one kind when you have kids lol. I also ordered an orange scone and the almond braid these are good too but is there an option to warm pastries? That would make them great Was this an old bank? Very cool vault door opens to more seating which seemed like the regulars love to be in - people stay a while

The soup was delicious. The chicken sandwich was just ok. The chips were tiny.

The salad and soups are delicious here. Other than being able to take my time exploring their menu without kinking my neck looking overhead at the menu board, I'm not at all a fan of self-check/kiosks. It take's much longer, is tedious and impersonal, and reduces jobs. They were out of both herbal teas which was not noted on the kiosk so I had prepaid for it, leading me to needing to speak with a person anyway. They got my order mostly accurate. That was conversation number two. When I finished eating, I had to go ask someone for a container. Everyone was nice and provided the assistance requested.

They call this a sandwich.

The first excuse from management is Covid, but we have had many similar experiences pre-Covid and there won't be any more experiences. Ordered Napa Almond Chicken sandwich to go, got home and it was basically a piece of bread with a tiny dollop of chicken in the center. See picture. I am tired of hearing so many business owners blame their failings on Covid. You have deeper problems and you better recognize them.

Consistent with the Panera chain. Healthy soups, salads and sandwiches. Meal was good and as you would expect from the Panera chain.

Timing was the biggest issue and not updating costs versus charges. Increases happen but posting them is important for transparency. So, let's review. Issues #1 Bartender/Server was nice but very distracted with other things and there were only 3 tables including us. Had to wait for refills for 5+ minutes while talking to an employee at the bar. We got up and grabbed a pitcher of water finally after 3 requests. They noticed and apologized. 2. Food requests where not completed although not world ending still kitchen needs to be paying attention for people with allergies it could be huge. Requested no onions came covered in onions. Ordered bacon on the burger no bacon. Other small issues not huge but annoying. And dessert that was ordered was left on the bar rail for 10+ minutes before being dropped off. 3. Pricing. I have a tendency to review where I am going online prior to eating out. Pricing on the online menu and reality when arriving most things where higher priced at the restaurant. I did ask they had price increases a couple months ago. I don't set my budget off online pricing, but it does set an idea of costs. Desserts were a large issue with this as the menu and online are different than the current pricing in the restaurant. Now to the food. This is why I think they can pull this out with some effort. Although I was mind set on a Prime Rib sandwich I was told they were out. I was given a few recommendations glad they did. Appetizer, I got the jalapeno popper dip and the brown sugar mozza bread. Both were hot and fresh when they came out to the table Dinner Smash burger had great flavor and although not what I think of as a smash burger it was well built and the flavors where there. Fresh veggies and the home fries were what I was looking for. Also have at least one person upgrade to the Brussel sprouts because I generally hate them and these were amazing. Fish was hand breaded and had great flavor for fish and chips at the price I will get this again. Chicken Chili is a must if you like chicken chili thick and flavorful it is almost a meal in itself. Dessert Everything is made there. The pistachio Tiramiso was perfect flavors were perfect and fresh. Cherry cheesecake was on point also. We will be back again in the future and hopefully things will be running a little tighter than now. I think this could be one of the top 5 in this area with some elbow grease.

I had the gonzola burger, meat was dry and no real flavor to it at all, had the hand cut fries…read morewhich were good but small portion to the cost of $ 20. The restaurant has a pastry case which looks really good. They menu says $ 11 and $ 70 for a full cheesecake. When I told the waitress I wanted the raspberry cheesecake cobbler, she informed me it was $ 24 dollars and I said for the small round one in the case she stated yes, I said the menu states $ 11. She said that's for a slice and they did not have any available. I said of just that flavor or all of them she said all of them and she stated yes, seems advertising is a little miss leading. The bathrooms are not ADA accessible and if your a large person the bathrooms will not be suitable for large size people. The water glasses are very heavy so not very good for people who have arthritis in hands and fingers. Will I return again? No there was no Wow factor.

Our visit to The Armory Pickleball Club in Marysville was unfortunately ruined by an extremely unprofessional interaction with the manager, Ryan. This was our first time visiting. I had created an account ahead of time and believed I had reserved a court from 5-7 pm, but the booking system is confusing and I never received a confirmation email explaining what I had actually reserved. When we arrived, there was no staff available to greet guests or help new players understand where to go. I walked the entire facility looking for someone and even called the phone number listed, but no one answered. Since all courts were full except one, we assumed that was associated with my reservation and the four of us (on a double date) began playing. Later in the evening, Ryan approached us in a very abrupt and accusatory way assuming we were sitting there drinking and using a court without permission. I immediately showed her my reservation and explained that this was our first time there. As soon as I realized the system likely required each person to pay individually for open play, I offered to pay for the additional three players right away. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or helping clarify the confusion, Ryan continued speaking to us in a rude and confrontational tone that felt unnecessary and disrespectful. It was especially frustrating because we were trying to do the right thing and resolve the issue immediately. Adding to the poor experience, the women's locker room had no toilet paper, and many of the tables in the seating area were covered with dirty dishes and had not been cleared. For a facility promoting a social atmosphere, basic upkeep and hospitality seemed to be lacking that evening. We had actually been having a great time until this interaction, but the way Ryan handled the situation completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun date night. Because of the way we were treated, we will not be returning.

The food was pretty good but menu is somewhat small. I understand being that it's more meant for a scene of people playing pickleball, etc. I was shocked that there was absolutely no one there on a Friday night. Service was good. Bartenders were nice and even the chefs came out of the back to ask our preference on certain things with the food we ordered. They did have one of my favorite tequilas that a lot of places don't carry. Big plus for that. We will be back. Place is enormous and can seat big parties as well.

My friend moved to downtown Everett last year and is still exploring the area. She told me about…read morethe vegan joint nearby that she hadn't been to yet. We're both omnivores who eat a fair amount of plant-based fare for health reasons (I have allergies and intolerances, she's heeding doctor's advice). To be clear, this is a cafe, not a full blown restaurant. They serve luncheon fare, but it's a small operation so be either patient to don't bother - especially if there's a line. It's counter ordering with payment expected in advance. The tables closest to the window are a *little* harrowing because of the ADA ramp that leads to the door: the closest chairs can teeter down the ramp if the chairs are pushed back too far. Be careful. There are huge, regular, and small tables available. The biggest table is a little tricky to navigate for folks who want to sit in the booth side, but once seated it's quite lovely. I ordered the Pesto Pasta (involving zoodles: zucchini noodles) and a Sun Juice. My friend ordered the Grilled Cheese and Bisque. Please note: it's worth looking around this place while waiting for your food. You can conceivably get your own water, napkins and cutlery if you walk far enough along the counter towards the back of the restaurant. Back there, you may also notice a single-occupancy restroom and bins for bussing your own dishes. The Sun Juice arrived first, freshly blended, and was delicious. If that's what their juice is like, I look forward to exploring their smoothie offerings. My pasta arrived looking BEAUTIFUL on a bed of spinach, and smelled just as good. It tasted a teensy bit more of salt than I would've liked, but then I speared a sun dried tomato with my next bite and remembered that I'm not a food critic, just a happy customer. Although I'm not generally a fan of zoodles, they seemed to have the art of cooking them down pat: they didn't distract from the pesto at all. The bisque had an artful design of (coconut? cashew?) cream on top. My friend was delighted to note that it was a bit of spice to it: nothing challenging, but just enough for her to find comforting. Given the light and airy look of the inside and the rather rustic / flower-child look of the outside, she was not expecting that surprise. She was so impressed with the grilled cheese sandwich that she offered me a bite: we were both quite impressed with the "cheese" they used, as the item was listed as vegan on the menu. My friend kept whining that she's doomed, as they're close to where she lives *and* they deliver. Oh, yeah - poor her, indeed. Alas, alack, and so on.

The process is poorly designed.. stand in line to order, stand in another line to pay with customers scattered all over waiting for their pizza (picture the congested boarding gate at an airport). Was told 20 minutes but took just over 40. The staff doesn't display much customer service, more like an assembly line. Though some toppings were premium and costed extra. You get your choice of sauces, toppings, cheeses, and garnishes. I got a pizza that people probably don't typically order. I went full on meat. Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella, Diced Chicken Breast, Seasoned Ground Beef, passed on any veggies and garnish. I also got marinara sauce on the side for dipping. The pizza is about the same size as a medium sized pizza you can get anywhere. The stone fired oven they used really brought out the flavors of the ingredients. It was overall pretty tasty, but they slightly burnt the bottom of the pizza which made it have a slightly burnt taste unfortunately. As for the vibe, it was pretty quiet with only a couple other customers eating their pizzas. The dining area was clean. The lightning was weird because some of the areas were really dark due to a large pillar blocking the ceiling lights directly in front of some of the tables. Other customers noted how dark their table area was. I sat at a well lit long table that can seat 10 people that had plenty of light. The wood table itself was actually pretty nice. Service could be better. They had a relay going on where one staff member would deal with the cheese and took down your name and passed it on to the next staff member for the sauce, then the toppings, then the oven person, then the cashier. The first staff member must have had a bad day, and rushed me when i was thinking, hmming, and huhhing about what to order. She didn't smile or greet me either. The cashier at the end of the relay was kind of slow and made a couple mistakes with the transaction but he figured it out at the end. Pizza took about 15-20 minutes to make which is slightly slower than i thought it would take. Gotta give it 4 out of 5 stars based on this visit mostly because the pizza was quite tasty with plenty of ingredients added which is worth coming for.
