We chose Panera, because we were looking for an option that was fast, filling and a little nicer than fast food. There is the option to order at the counter, or at one of the self serve kiosks. As there was someone at the counter, we opted for one of the self serve kiosks. When clicking on each item there are options for more information about it. One of the drink options was listed as unavailable, but after we ordered, when we went to fill our cups it was in fact available, and in working order. Food was in the pickup window quickly. As we were in aa hurry, that was great. I immediately started eating my squash soup. Soup was barely warm. It is a sweet squash soup. Tosted Frontega Chicken sandwich was kind of there. They went light on most of the fillings. One of my companions ordered a salad. That looked amazing. They went heavy on those toppings. The bread served with the soup was my favorite part of the meal. If looking for a quite place to work this seems to be a popular one. More than half of the patrons during our visit had either laptops open, or had papers spread across their tables. I went with a group at approximately 11:30AM. No one was at the register. When I did get my coffee cup I discovered that the dark roast was empty so I settled for the light roast. It was cold. I had to go to the pickup side to get coffee from the back. All in our group had the same experience. Nobody tended to the situation. The sandwich I ordered was burnt but I wasn't going to go to the hassle of getting it corrected. I heard Panera was going downhill and I can totally confirm that. Will not eat there again! read more

The service was okay, 6 of our sandwiches weren't made right but the other one was and the pastries were good. Nice place but spent way too much for 6 sandwiches to be made wrong... one piece of cheese on each sandwich but only on half of the full sandwiches, asked for extra onions and tomatoes and didn't get it, and no sauce on sandwiches. The place is nice and it has a good dining area but the food needs a lot of work or the employees need to be trained better on portioning. When calling there wasn't a manager that could help with my order I had to wait a day to talk to the general manager. I am, quite literally, the most disgusted I have ever been in my life. I came to this Panera location with a friend for lunch today. I ordered a cookie with my food to bring home for later. There is a significantly sized hair in baked into this cookie. I only saw it from the inside of the package when I was about to eat it. I am so upset, disappointed and grossed out. I've been to this Panera a few times. I'm a big fan of the ambience of the place, but I can't say I'm a fan of the kiosks at the very front of the store. The kiosks give the customers a quick and easy experience, and I find that I like typing what I want out rather than trying to yell it to a cashier with a face mask on. Today was probably my third time coming here. I'm a big fan of the cinnamon crunch bagels, and I wanted to get a sandwich on the side. Every time I put a cinnamon crunch bagel into the kiosk, there is the option to have it prepared as you would like, as well as the option to add a spread for an extra $1.20. I always add the cream cheese, and always ask for the bagel toasted. Today was the third time the bagel has come out just as a bagel, not cut in half, not even the least bit toasted. Normally, I don't dispute the matter. It doesn't seem that worth it to me. But this was the third time, and for some reason I found myself very annoyed. So I said: "Hi, I asked for it toasted and with cream cheese, is it alright if I get that?" "Well the cream cheese costs extra, and it doesn't look like you asked for it" "I did ask for it actually." "Ok well let me go check for you." I found myself pissed because gosh dang it, if a customer says they asked for it, just give it to them. Trust them. For crying out loud, I don't look like someone who wants free cream cheese. He came back. "It doesn't show that you bought cream cheese." I could tell he was annoyed. Did I seem that annoying? "Alright, well I'll just go buy it on the kiosk again." He nodded and I did just that, spending double the price just for some cream cheese. He let out a stiff "have a nice day" and I found myself annoyed. He didn't seem to care, maybe his day was pretty crappy, but the least he can do is understand that these kiosks obviously don't show what a customer wants on the receipt. And if that's the case, he should establish a pattern of understanding when people come to him saying they aren't getting what they paid for. As for the iced tea I ordered, an extra amount of money was charge for the liquid sugar. All the cashier gave me was a cup. So I could've just saved more money in that sense. Anyways, this location seems unprofessional from my point of view. They aren't friendly, and they don't seem to gaf about their customers needs. I work at a place where people like that would not be accepted in the work environment. Tonight we ordered through Uber Eats. It was delivered efficiently and well packed. That is where anything positive ended. My wife and I ordered Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup. There were virtually no chicken vegetables or noodles in the soup. Essentially we got two containers of broth. I ordered a Toasted Roast beef and white cheddar sandwich. It had one slice of roast beef and I had to search for the cheddar. It might have been a quarter of a slice. You ought to see their website picture. Also we got a half Fuji Apple salad. This girl at drive thru window was very rude the other day. She has short boyish cut hair and big eyes that would not stop staring at me. I believe she took my order as well. I wasn't greeted for a couple of seconds, and when I was she sounded very upset. She sounded bored and was really quiet. Once she took my order after three minutes I pulled up to the window to pay. When she made eye contact with me through the window she instantly rolled my eyes. She sounded sarcastically enthusiastic. I asked to add something to my order and her mood instantly dropped. I wish I had looked at the reviews for this location prior to ordering dinner for the wife & I. This was the most expenses soup & salad I have ever purchased. I would not have even thought twice about the price BUT it was also the worst soup & salad meals I have ever purchased. Soup was just warm, not much flavor, The sandwiches had no meat, and when I say no meat I mean one slice of meat that had little to no flavor. I have only been to Panera bread twice and neither one was a good experience. Not sure how they stay open. won't miss them if they close. read more

First thing I saw was the meager display of baked goods and breads. I had coffee that was old and cold. The seats were horrible. There was no padding on the seats. I don't know what management was thinking when they designed the interior of this restaurant. May they don't want you to be comfortable while you are there. The inside of this new Panera Bread is nice inside. They did not have a full bakery display of bread like the Panera Bread store I'm used to. The first day I went there, on opening day, those working at the cash register were really nice and the chocolate chip cookies were delicious. However I went there using the drive thru 2 days later in the morning and the manager was very rude in the drive thru window when I tried to ask her for clarification on something she rudely told me the line was long, trying to get me to leave instead of answering my questiona about my order. The manager was there at the drive thru window, helping out. I figured she would be kind and helpful being the manager but no, all the other employees I encountered were kind, expcept for her. I will mostly likely not be returning to this Panera for this reason and the muffin and drink I purchased tasted very bad. Panera's that I regularly attend in southern California are a lot more friendly to customers and their food actually taste good. I'll just wait till I go back west to go to Panera I guess. I went in to their store after ordering online for their rapid pick up. I waited there about 15 minutes but my food never came out, so I went to the cashier to ask her if there was a problem. She couldn't find my order so she got her manager to fix this. I gave her my name and order number, the manager heads to the back then quickly returns and said my order wasn't in their system. Then she said someone must have took my food. This was fine, so I showed her my emailed receipt. She told me I couldn't have made this order and I made a mistake.
