The food is good, usually fresh. I enjoy that they have healthier options. However, they are very overpriced for the portions you receive. I would imagine more people would go here if the prices could reflect how much food you get. The service here is usually very pleasant and helpful. Wait times are good! I ordered online for delivery because my husband was in the hospital with the only vehicle. It was 7pm when I placed the order for my 3 kids and myself. When I submitted the order, it suddenly changed to a pick up order without telling me! So I called the delivering store and asked them what was going on...they told me that my order was too close to the end of delivery hours and it was a large order so I'd have to come get it. When I explained my situation, the staff told me that not only would I not be getting my food but if I wanted them to cancel the order I would be out 70+ dollars for the next 3-5 business days! Let me be clear...I live less than a MILE away from them and I still got NO customer service AT ALL! How sad. I will remember this. read more

Placed an order, got it home, and we are missing a sandwich. Talked to manage and she said she will give us a brownie. That is not good enough! My dad has to go back in the nasty snow to get the sandwich and his food is getting cold. Yelled at manager and told her to give us 4 brownies, one for each person in house. We live in Champion. We even checked to see that we got all the food before going home, but did not realize we had to do a detail look at the food to see if we got everything. Other than that, food is good. read more

Spent many a week at the Elm Road store studying without a mask. Today they decide to hassle me about it when the store was near empty and the manager even admitted she's seen me in there before without it. The food I ordersrd sat for 15 mins because they never called my name and I had to go looking for it. I was not given a pager that was sitting on the counter. Manager was very rude when I approached her about it. Won't be back. Food is over priced and prepackaged at best. I'll go to DD instead. At least I'll pay mediocre prices for the same mediocre food. read more

Fall is soup season. A rain Saturday lunch calls for Squash Soup and Sammy. The soup is a little sweet with a nutty tint. Surprisingly this chain has a better version than most private choices. Highly recommended it even if you don't normally do squash. read more

I came in for breakfast at 9:30, there were no soufflés made and they said they wouldn't make any. What do you actually do then Panera if you won't make the food you say you serve? That's unacceptable. read more

Panera is a treat for us, we don't live near it and it's always expensive for what you get but we were in the mood so I ordered and paid via the app. I DID arrive 5 minutes after they closed due to snowy roads on my long trip. The doors were locked so I called, as there were employees and customers still in the store. The employee who answered stated she could not unlock the doors after closing & she would get in trouble if she did. She also said the app says you have to pick up before they close, which it doesn't, but is common sense so I let that go. At this point I was wondering how the remaining customers would get out of the locked doors. I told her I ordered on the app and already paid so what are we going to do. She had to call her manager and when she came back on the line she said someone would run it out and asked what car I was driving. I gave the info and stepped out of my vehicle to make it easier for her to spot me. The employee stood in the door and made me walk up after they said she'd bring it out. No biggie, but insult to injury. So shame on you Panera for trying to hold hostage my paid order. We're tired of the snobby attitude in your particular store so we won't be back. Regarding the food we ordered, it was ok. Not really anything special & my panini was soggy. So not worth the trouble. read more

Panera staff definitely redeemed themselves on the polite end of things from the last time I visited this Panera, and swore I would never return (boyfriend wanted to come here). Associate (Kelsey), was very polite and patient as my mother called while I walked in (I hate being in line and on the phone, I apologized repeatedly). Food was great, service was great, thank you Kelsey and staff on duty, for making our visit a happy one this time:). We'll be back! read more

I went here a lot in high school because it was a nice cafe-like experience fairly close to home. Also, I was part of a Juniorettes League with my best friend and we met here often. The food is on par with all other Paneras and the service is pretty satisfactory. The last time I went in, there were semi-angry high schoolers working, which is understandable, though hard to deal with sometimes. My mom and I had to remind them that we had coffees with our bagels, and we stood in line waiting for them much longer than we should have because no one was paying attention; basically, our orders were taken and we were left standing at the counter. But, despite what our service is like, who can say no to one of those crazy good cinnamon crunch bagels and some nutty/sweet cream cheese?! read more

There's one manager who works there, Kim, and almost everytime I go there, she has the worst attitude EVER. The other people are really nice and pleasant but the manager really ruins the experience and I wish I knew how to report her. I work for an aviation company and the Covellis were flying in and wanted catering from Panera. An agent from the flight company tried calling and working it out with her, called me back, and was really taken back by how rude and unprofessional Kim was on the phone to her. I just really don't think she should be in such a high position overtop of the other workers who are so much more pleasant. It's sad. read more

I will never visit or spend another dime at this establishment simply because they fired a loyal, long- time employee who very much gave their heart and soul as well as blood sweat and tears to this company. The person was fired basically because they had worked there a long time and was making a higher wage than the company wanted to pay. So they fired my friend and hired someone else to do the same job for probably close to $9 or $10 an hour less. Pity!! What is this world coming to?? Like the high rolling owners couldnt afford this person for a few more years till he retired!!! Really Panera??? Give me a break. read more

Today was the last day I'll be eating at Panera Bread. This particular location is run by lazy, unprofessional managers, and the rudest staff. I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt, which I've had before, and which I like because it has cilantro on it. The sandwich came to my table without cilantro on it, so I politely asked the employee preparing orders if I could have some cilantro. She literally threw some basil in a side cup and tossed it on my plate. Basil. I brought it back to my table, and my boyfriend then brought the sandwich back to the counter. He was ignored for a good 5 minutes before acknowledged by an employee regarding the mess up. This Panera Bread is a sloppy mess. It's definitely not the same Panera, with the same relaxing/enjoyable atmosphere that I used to so enjoy. I will not be returning. read more

Came here after Church. The portions have become exceptionally small and the quality of the food is not what it was. We also had to ask them to wipe off a table and when the girl did, she swept the crumbs off it to my sons lap. The area around the beverages was very dirty including the rug on the floor. Restaurant is getting tired. The cost does not match the quality or portion of the food. Not as clean as it was in the past. read more
