The deli meat and vegetables are super fresh. You can get deli meat by weight and they have a decent size list of sandwiches you can order or you can put whatever on it similar to Subway. The Waakye is a combination plate of Ghanaian beef stew, a great rice, spaghetti(!) a hard boiled egg (whole), and a small portion of firmly fried, bone-in piece of fish! We both appreciated the big flavor profile of both dishes. This does not mean they were peppery "hot". (If you can enjoy medium store-bought salsa, you will love these dishes.)
