Very old style Panera. Very run down, customer service is abysmal, and very slow. They need to update, get a new GM and retain the staff.

I ordered the Garlic Pesto Italiano and a small bowl of the Supreme Pizza soup. The soup definitely tasted like pizza and some of the ingredients were more prevalent than others, like large chunks of tomato and the cheese and black olive they put on top. It would have been nice to have just a little bit more sausage in it, but it was still a very good soup as is. I'm so glad I came for the Garlic Pesto Italiano sandwich. All of the components shined without one masking the others. It's a shame that this is only a monthly special and not a regular menu item. The place isnt very large inside with only a few small tables and I chose to sit at the closest one to the register and put a table between myself and another couple that was already eating. No one else came in until I left, so it was a little awkward sitting there and eating while the employee at the register just stood there and watched, waiting for more customers to come in instead of finding something to do. She seemed young and possibly relatively new based on another employee giving her tips on how to look up item descriptions in their register, so I assume that's not a typical problem they have and more of a one off.

Such a cute spot near downtown West Bend for brunch, lunch or coffee!…read more I loved the inviting and warm atmosphere with lots of live plants! We stopped in on a Saturday for brunch and had a wonderful experience. You order/pay at the counter and staff brings you your food/beverages. I spilt the French toast and the crab cake Benedict with my husband and both were delicious! We had bloody Mary's, which are very vegetable forward with their own pickled veggies. There was an error on my meal and the staff were super quick to correct and offer a bakery item on the house, which was so nice and refreshing to see great hospitality without prompt. We ended up ordering dessert afterwards and WOW you must get the crème brûlée with raspberry! I've never had anything like it. SO SO good! They have a variety of seating options inside and some dining tables outside as well. Note as of this post they are not open on Sundays.

The location is in/near an apartment complex so there is some street parking out front, but also some lot parking not too far away. The space itself is cute, with a few small and a few larger tables. We had a pretty sizeable party of 7, and we comfortably fit at the bigger table. Counter service style with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is always friendly and accommodating to our needs! They have a simple, vegetable forward menu that seems to rotate and focus on seasonal offerings. I had their bloody Mary and eggs Benedict. The bloody Mary was good, yet only had vegetables as accompaniments...I would have loved a meat stick and some cheese. The eggs benedict was yummy, and the side of fruit helped lighten up the meal. The only downside is that they don't have an espresso machine, so no lattes :( Highly recommend if you're looking for a light meal and enjoy a vegetable forward approach!

Food: They have a small menu, but it includes several items that would be among my first choices for breakfast or lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to find Avocado Toast. Their version was a bit more "exotic," with both pickled red onion AND pickled fennel. That was a first for me. The addition of a balsamic drizzle provided a nice balance. I got mine with a fried egg. They only offer the egg fried hard. My preference would have been a softer egg with at least a little runny yolk, but it was still very good as served. My wife got the Quinoa Bowl with chicken and guacamole. That was an amazing combination. The guacamole isn't made fresh on-site, I happened to see the package from Costco, but it was actually very good. Service: Lots of very nice people here. My understanding is that there are a few paid staff members, but the majority of the people working are volunteers. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly and helpful. Ordering was easy. After placing your order, you get a number, and they deliver the food to your table. Atmosphere: It's a nice space. There's a smaller area where you place your order, along with some small tables. An adjacent larger room has additional seating and bigger tables. Lots of windows provide plenty of natural light, and there are areas that work well for smaller groups. My understanding is that the larger space is also used for meetings and gatherings by different community groups. It's a great facility for a community that wants to nurture neighborly goodwill and social involvement. This is definitely a place I want to support. Maybe there's a future volunteer barista position for me! :)

We were seated in their lower level with a river view which was nice and they still had their pretty Christmas decor up. We started with Mimosas and a large pretzel to share. The mimosas were OK, I've had better but they were drinkable. The Pretzel was great! Their cheese dip and rootbeer mustard were both delicious and the pretzel was extra soft & hot - would recommend! Most of the table went with a soup/salad lunch combo which is a very nice, cost-effective offering. I opted for the buffalo chicken wrap w/a side salad. The side salad dressing was a house made cherry balsamic that was very tasty. The wrap was also OK, i've had better buffalo chicken wraps. I think it would be better if they'd make it crispy vs. grilled. Last but not least, my sister was celebrating her 40th birthday and they brought out a free birthday sunday which was a really sweet offering. We were soaked, cold, and hungry. After a fresh dry set of clothes we decided to find a place to eat. I discovered this place on Yelp. It sounded good so we decided to go. It was still raining so I found us an Uber ride and away we went. I thought this place was pretty cool because of several things. Once we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile; seating was down the stairs to a large open room with a long bar and a multitude of tables and seats; the decor was a lot of wood and it made me feel immediately comfortable. A great start! Our server was Jadye. She was very polite, friendly and helpful. She explained the specials, and the different drinks. When I inquired about an amber ale she let me try their "Main Street Amber Ale". It was a winner and so that was my chosen drink of the night. For my meal I ordered their wings - 6 Mango Habanero and 6 Thai Chili. We also split some beer battered cheese curds. Everything was delicious - with a special shout out to Wisconsin cheese curds! I had never had cheese curds before and these were spectacular!! Jayde checked on us throughout our meal and when she learned that we had ridden from Florida to Milwaukee for HD's 120th Homecoming she offered some great suggestions we might like to check out. Excellent wings, amazing cheese curds, great drinks, superb service, and comfortable surroundings made for a very enjoyable time to finish a long day. Check this place out!
