When she got to the register an older woman was very short and dismissive with her. My wife put in a second order for my daughter, to go. The rest of our order did not come out till our to go order did. My wife was not happy with the dismissive attitude so she went to the car. I went up to order dessert and the same older woman was not very personable while taking my order. Overall the food was good, the atmosphere was comfortable, but the interaction with the older woman changed our experience. We may or may not try it again. And the dessert was fantastic.

But allowing a dog to freely roam throughout both the outdoor patio and the covered upstairs area is baffling to me. (My last visit a dog was on the table, I assumed the young staff just didn't know how to approach the situation, but tonight shows this is how Hideaway operates day in and day out) When I explained my concern to the waitress, she said she understood and asked me to close out my tab for the one margarita I had just ordered and hadn't touched.
