I've never had a bad experience here. Always clean, quiet, staff is always good. Food is the same quality as all the other locations that we frequent. Lately we've been goin in for the Sip Membership that they have, where you can go in every 2 hours and get tea or a fountain drink for nothing. I have never really understood the interest of Panera kinda like chicken salad chick. I have maybe eaten at a Panera's three times in my life. The other day my wife, who's a vegetarian, wanted Panera's Mediterranean salad and Avocado toast and a cup of autumn squash soup. Now my wife is an intermittent eater between 2-6. So I feel like with only four customers in the store you can pretty much make whatever but I learned that avocado toast is a breakfast food and not served after their breakfast menu is over. Really? Wasted 35 dollars and when I got to eat my food there was multiple hairs in my wife's sandwich and my pizza melt was completely burnt, luckily they at least got my daughters simple pepperoni pizza correct. Do not eat here the fade on the green on the outside just represents how bad the quality and customer service is there. 35 $ down the drain and nothing in return not even a decent pizza melt. We used to go to this location 3-4/week and have since canceled coffee subscription and is been months since we've gone after noticing poor food quality and service. Stopped in for breakfast today and this was the yogurt parfait we received...just horrible. Somewhere during the pandemic management have given up on quality control. This place is not bad at all, it's a new location!! Looks very trendy and comfy, the seats actually warm up for those who are always cold. The food is good, taste better than the other locations I've been too. And it's very comfy here. Im going to say, that for being a new location the forks and spoons are not being washed properly, they are a little dirty with some water marks all over and the spoons look stained. Worst Panera I have ever been to. Says a lot since I used to work here once upon a time. I ordered online. Picked up and got home to realize that I had some of my order missing. Mind you I stay 20 minutes from the location. I asked the manager Beatriz, could I have my order fresh since I had 2 orders of soup and another hot sandwich. She indicated that I could not get it fresh. So now I am back home with cold food. After wasting time, money and gas. Horrible location. read more

Edit: I gave this Panera another try and I'm glad I did! I dined in for breakfast and my experience was great. The inside was sparkly clean and offered a variety of options for drinks. Staff was friendly and courteous. I also love how they are Earth friendly and offer healthy options. I had the strawberry pecan oatmeal and a scone. Soooo good! I'm glad I tried breakfast here. Old review: Way too expensive for what I received. I am willing to pay for higher quality food, but this is just "okay" bread with "okay" meat and cheese. I could make something way better at home for 1/4 of the price. My kids didn't even like the Mac or their sandwiches sa. My oldest did enjoy her strawberry smoothie though. I will just hit up another area restaurant for a dinner to-go next time. I could see the food prep area floor looked dirty (just an observation I noticed from the drive through window). I usually don't take the time to leave negative reviews, but this experience motivated me to do so. I ordered a frozen cold brew, whole chicken salad sandwich with modifications, as well as a salad with modifications. My order was delivered in a timely manner by DoorDash, however I was missing the frozen cold brew, and my modifications to the food items were completely ignored. I attempted to call the store and ask for a refund, seeing as I had paid for items and adjustments that I never received. My phone call was finally answered by a sweet employee. She was unable to rectify the situation herself, so she took my name and number. I was told the manager would be in touch within the next day to refund me. This never happened. It is completely unacceptable for a business to not return a customer's money for items they never received. I would highly recommend against ordering delivery from this location. Not much to says, this is a great location with friendly staff and the food was actually better than I've had near the location by my house in the TCU area. The bakery portion seems more accessible and I could see a everything behind the clean glass cases and the mobile order section was easy to find with easy access as well. The drive through was very long and although I didn't go through it, it seems to get cars in and out relatively fast for the higher end spectrum of fast food lol. What can I say, Panera is always good. The food tastes good and fresh, and I like the variety of offerings, both for food and beverages. I usually get one of the sirloin sandwiches, and they are always good. My wife often gets soup and salad or sandwich and salad combos. I like that there are multiple low-calorie drink options besides just diet soda and plain black tea. The only reason to give it 4 stars rather than 5 is that the place is not cheap. You can easily spend $12-15/person if you are not careful, and, while I like the food a lot, that can be a lot of money if you go with a lot of people. But, the good thing is that you know you are getting quality food and being treated well. I also like that you can order from either the pads coming in or from the table itself if you don't want to stand and order from the counter. It gives a nice variety of options. read more

We actually drive to the University location even though it's further away because this location is so disappointing. Absolutely love this new Panera Bread! It is clean, bright and airy, and the customer service is excellent! It gets very busy at lunch, but the wait is worth it. My regular order is pretty confusing and people at other Panera locations often get it wrong. Here, they have gotten my order right every time, and it is always delicious! Today I drop them down a star, because not for one item, but both of my items they did not have all of the ingredients. The first was a sandwich for which they did not have the bagel I wanted. Went through the drive through for lunch, ordered a Greek salad with no feta cheese. The display showed Xtr cheese. I pointed that out, they seemingly corrected it on the display, got my order and when I got home there was feta cheese on the salad. I drove back up there to get my order corrected. Wrong orders are a real problem with this Panera location. One of every four to five orders is wrong. There was only one car in line in front and one behind me and a couple of cars in the parking lot, so it's not like they were overwhelmed with orders. I would not recommend going to Panera Bread near Ridgemar mall. For being a newer store it was very dirty and could not find a clean table. When we asked the manager about it her excuse was they were slammed. We went back an hour and 1/2 later to return cookies that had a hair in them, floors and tables were still dirty. No effort had been made to collect dirty dishes, wipe tables, or sweep floors. Manager was not professional and it was clear that she was in over her head. read more
