Keep getting my order wrong. How hard is it to get a chicken noodle soup and chicken caesar salad correct? Today, I ordered online and got a "to go" order, which was a few minutes late. There's no direction on picking up orders, that screen doesn't help. I understand when making drink orders they'll be at the 1st counter near walk in. But there needs to be someone double checking orders to verify everything is in the bag, aside from the customer. I didn't notice until after I left a few things were left from the bag. Large location. Always good, quality food. Better option than fast food, but not as super healthy as one might think. Sandwiches are amazing and have so much flavor. Soups in a bread bowl can't be beat. Smoothies are great. Pastries are perfect way to start the day or finish a meal. Great place to stop in for a quick bite without all the regret. read more

Terrible all their food is not fresh like they portray it to be. The bagels come delivered already made, the breakers just heat up all the cakes and pastries nothing is made fresh or from scratch, its all prepackaged. How can you state made fresh when nothing is actually made fresh. They also say they donate their food that doesn't sell that day, but they don't managers have employees throw the pastries and bagels in a trash bag followed by a box labeled fragile. I know this from speaking with one of the bakers and other employees. Never again will I done at any of their establishments and neither should anyone else. read more

I have been here many times. The food is good enough but DO NOT COME AFTER 5:30! They were out of bread bowl and when they asked what I wanted as a side I said bread. Food is what you'd expect for a Panera. Cashier extremely slow, but kind. Kindness outweighs slowness for me. This wasn't an issue for me but might be for others so I made a note of it. Coffee machine was down. Unacceptable when you're known for your coffee and as a "cafe" type of place. Biggest factor: I've never given a place 1 star until now. The wi-fi is unbearably slow. It took me 20 minutes to view a 4 minute youtube clip when I set it to 1080p viewing. Then it kicks you off after 30 minutes and you're only allowed one 30 minute session between 11-2 daily. There was no notice of this when I logged on. Then I had to log in remotely to my work desktop in order to send a work email (I'm a communications director for a company) because my boss called me about something that was time sensitive. I was already kicked off at this point despite less than 10 tables present. I had to drive across the way to the Barnes and Noble, buy another cup of coffee to use their wi-fi which was much better. DO NOT GO HERE TO DO WORK. When people come here to do work, the internet should not hinder their work. It's not like there are a lot of people using the network either. Again, I count less than ten tables in the entire place. read more

I've enjoyed my fair share of Panera over the years, at lots of different locations. I generally love my experiences, but I didn't enjoy this one. This Panera has one nasty cashier. She doesn't seem happy at all to be there, talks down on people, and holds out her hand for the money as she tells you the total price. She was so rude and so impatient. Mind you, it was 10am on a Friday morning, so it was quite empty, but when it took me some time to get the cash out, she seemed to get more and more frustrated with me. For the first time, I also got a breakfast sandwich, which I now know, I will never ever ever get ever again. It tasted so processed and soggy. They just got my order wrong. Again. After standing there for my rapid pick up order for 20mins the young lady I usually see when I'm in there next to every morning finally notices my order just sitting behind the counter. It was there the whole time and no one thought to acknowledge it. Its a shame they cant manage to get the orders right/done in a timely fashion because the food is usually pretty good. I have been here just twice in my life, and I waked out with a bad experience both times. First time was when the manager got snippy with me because I asked for an extra piece of bread to go with my soup after I paid for everything and sat down. He goes "you have to pay for it". And in my head, I'm like are you effin kidding me? You want me to pay for a tiny piece of bread?. But I ignored it and told him that it's fine, I'll pay for it and then he goes "it's fine". STOP PLAYING. If you're gonna charge me, just charge me. I want the extra piece of bread and I'll gladly pay for it. 2nd time I go, they mess up my order and gives me my soup in a bread bowl instead of regular soup. When they brought my food out, I was like, wait I didn't ask for bread bowl, and the manager saw my reaction and he said "you didn't?", and I said "yea I didn't, but it's okay I guess". Then he said "ok" and was content with the fact that I was eating the wrong food. It also had 1/4 of soup than regular bowl in my "bread bowl". Oh and my receipt said soup bowl, not bread bowl. This location is a little larger than the average Panera Bread store. The few times I've been here, service has always been friendly and quick. As with all Paneras, the soups are delicious! My favorite sandwiches involve their french bread. And you can't help but be amazed by some of their salad combinations. read more

First time I was angered enough to give a review on yelp. How do you get away selling sandwiches that are bite size as "half's". don't ever order a sandwich from Panera Breads, unless you want to eat a loaf of bread. I tried their new chicken salad. The chicken salad was wonderful, had a great taste. But they only give you about 5 ounces of salad with a huge piece of bread! The amount of chicken salad was not bigger than the small slice of tomato on the sandwich - and the rest is bread! Who pays close to ten dollars for that?! I ended up just eating the chicken salad, ended up very hungry, ended up psending way too much money. I refuse to go there anymore. I LOVED it!! I got the Mac and cheese and it was so good! it was very filling and I loved the chips that I got on the side, they were very crispy and they are original that Panera makes! I usually love Panera... but this one in particular I will NOT go to again. The manager there is completely unprofessional. With the new "MY PANERA" card, you are entitled to a free meal for your birthday. My boyfriend went there for his birthday excited about his free meal. However, there was a glitch in the system that didn't read the "MY PANERA" card correctly. The manager then proceeded to tell him the price and still made my boyfriend pay despite the promotional promise of a free meal on your birthday. I frequently go in here when they open at 6:30am before work to grab things for my workers. This is at least the 3rd time within the last month that when I get there, there are no souffles ready. When asked, I'm given poor excuses - workers called out, etc. This is unacceptable! If you open at a certain time, you should be prepared and have the food available. Completely dissatisfied with the customer service as well as products of this particular location. I am an avid Panera Bread customer but not this location. I love their soups and salads and again frequent the chain often. I have recently moved to the Philadelphia area and this happens to be the closest chain to me which isn't tremendously close..it's about a 20 minute drive but because I love Panera...I don't mind the drive. However, I have been to this location three times and can say I will NEVER come here again. First Experience I was greeted properly and ordered a Fuji Apple salad. The fuji apple salad comes with onions, chicken, apple chips, walnuts, and feta cheese. I think tomatoes too but can't remember with a raspberry vinigarette dressing. I had my mouth prepared for the mouth watering salad and all the flavors it encompasses to only open a salad with iceberg lettuce and chicken. That is all my salad had. It had nothing else. I was very upset but ate it any way because it is a 20 minute drive from me. So, going back wasn't an option. Second Experience I arrived at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night. I was craving some soup badly. I walk into the store to teenagers who work there, clowning around behind the register. Throwing things at one another, play fighting and what have you. I stood there for about a minute or so before being acknowledged. I asked for brocolli cheddar soup and the cashier stated they were out. I then asked for chicken noodle and she again stated they were out. I then asked for french onion soup and she stated they were out! I am now a little annoyed at this point because the signs on the "soup" board indicates that all of these soups are still available which was misleading. I mentioned this to the cashier and she then had one of the employees remove the soups they were out of from the wall. I then proceeded to ask her what soups they did have because maybe that would be easier. She replied, "tomato soup"...my least favorite. I asked what time do they close? She responded, "9 pm". I looked at my watch which read 7:24...So I then proceeded to ask if they planned on making anymore of the soups, being that it was a couple hours before closing time and one of the teenagers snickered in the background and she told me that once they were out...they were out. So, I said thanks and walked out. This should've been my last time here you'd think right? Well, I was in the area and decided to try it one more time. Third and LAST experience I arrived at 7:55 pm this time and again asked for brocolli cheddar soup, they had it but didn't have any dipping baguette bread only sliced bread. So, I canceled my order and walked out. The management here really needs to get a handle on this place quickly because I am not the only dissatisfied customer! I have never had that kind of customer service. I ordered 8 assorted boxes for our professional offices with two cream cheese each. They put 13 of one kind of bagel in each box.....I called to speak with the manager and all she could say was she must of miss understood what assorted went. No sorry no come back and will fix it because I would prefer not to touch every bagel to assorted them in my trunk. Horrible horrible horrible read more
