    Turkey and cheese

As a frequent customer, it's getting more difficult to make decision to return. Seriously $12.99 for turkey sandwich with 2 pieces of meat and 1 cheese? $4.00 for fountain drink? This is beyond acceptable. I can go across to Jersey mikes and get so much more

I've been coming to this Panera location for years and have always enjoyed the food and service. Today that didn't have any chips during my visit which is a first, but I guess this could happen at any location so I'm not gonna ding them after going here for so many years and this being the first potential "issue" I've ever encountered here. No real complaints o, which is a good thing and would totally recommend this location to others.

Roast beef toasted with Panera special sauce and white cheddar cheese??????

Cross pointe Mall, Woodbridge NJ First, I'll give it props, clean, very clean. However, I use the app as soon as I use the app I get a coupon for free delivery. If I use it drumroll .....by the same day that I'm ordering the food. I'm already in front of the place, wasted incentive. I'm still In one store and place my rapid order through the Panera app, at 5:03 pm I had ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and a roast beef sandwich, toasted. When it told me it would be ready at 5:15 pm. The track bar also turn green, I went into the site and I saw bags on the counter and people standing around looking miffed!!! I noticed my name and picked up my order! That where my excitement stops!!! Returned home...Opened my Caesar salad went to toss it around 2 things, no Caesar dressing and I was tossing medium chunks of the husk from iceberg lettuce!!!! I removed enough pieces that I could have another salad, now I will eat an end or two or three but not the entire bottom of my salad. The chicken was a thinly slice small half of a breast... okay I could deal with that. I used my own dressing and ate what was left after removal of husks (see picture). Still hungry I went for my sandwich, roast beef toasted, their sauce. White cheddar cheese, and I like cucumbers. I got diced cucumbers, dried roast beef, qtr size spot of their sauce and NO white cheddar cheese ! I spent $25 on this meal... I also got a free dessert I picked the pumpkin muffin, that was the best thing out the bunch! I'll go again for dessert but nothing else!!! This is my first time to Panera. I always order delivery or pick up to new places I patron because I want to see if they treat their customers not seen the same as the customers that are there spending the same money and as you can see, they don't treat them the same food and quality was poor.

Food was awesome and so was staff!! Very clean and everything was organized. Rayanne is great as always! Recommended!

I eat Panera nearly every day. It seems as if these older cafes are not on point. Check out the salad from my pick 2. Look like the onions came out the trash. I think im done with the older cafes.

If I could give them no stars I would $8.08 dollars for literally 4 tablespoons of chicken noodle soup shame on them shame on them on top of the fact that I placed my order online for rapid pick up and I still had to wait 15 minutes people working there a rude I understand people are overwhelmed but seriously never again if I could give it no stars I would

Although Panera Bread can be pricey, its supposed to be healthy foods all around. This location is situated in a shopping strip mall near Wegman's and Lowes. They have good amount of parking spaces and retail space is a corner storefront. Two ways you can place your order. One is the cashier and the other is the kiosk. We usually prefer to order at the kiosk because you can take your time with your order and customize the way you want it. They have soups, salads, sandwiches, flat breads, and desserts. I usually order the pick two in which you select and salad, soup, or sandwich combo. The BBQ flat bread and the Cobb salad is my choice. Once you place the order, it doesn't take that long at this location which is a plus. They have a drink re-fill station and their signature drinks ready to be self served. The few times we went they are usually friendly and the place is clean and organized. This is what we expect from Panera Bread. However, I can not say the same for the in the mall locations. Overall, this is a good place to enjoy a healthy meal without worrying about the tipping afterwards. Its pricier than other fast food locations and we consider this semi fast causal.

Mac and cheese kids meal and soft dinner roll

It's located in a strip shopping area with plenty of parking spaces. For whatever reason, there's a Panera Bread in the Menlo Mall and a stand alone outside of its mall. This location is about 5 minutes away. There's definitely other locations nearby as well on route 1. I decided to come to this location because I didn't want hassle with parking. I like ordering through the kiosk as I get to review the menu up close and don't feel rushed by the cashier on placing an order. Yes, you can customized your sandwiches and salads, etc. Or, order the way it is presented in its regular menu. All orders comes with a side choice (dinner roll, French baguette, cookie, apples, etc). You have the option to order a full salad or sandwich or soup or you can do the pick two. I chose the pick two and had southwest chicken salad and the napa almond chicken salad on white bread. It was delicious and portion size is very decent. My son was also happy with his pick two order of chicken Cobb salad and BBQ chicken on flatbread. There's several options for kids meal and my daughter chose her fav which is Mac and cheese. I do have to ding one star for the small (literally one scoop size) Mac and cheese. The kids meal also come with a side and thankfully, I ordered dinner roll so the carbs from the bread filled her up halfway.

The food was seasoned so well (and not overly done for those salt sensitive people like my mom). The chicken was very moist yet the skin was wonderfully crispy. The fish tasted very fresh. It tastes good with or without the lime juice. I would definitely come here again! Ps. It's a casual spot but they do have seating although a lot customers did take out.

The restaurant was nearly empty, with only one other couple dining at the time. Shortly after we sat down, I noticed one of the cooks open the front door of the restaurant, look directly at us, throw his hands up in frustration, and begin mumbling under his breath. He then started moving large boxes into the restaurant. Since I speak Spanish, I understood some of what he was saying. He complained that there were plenty of other seats available and questioned why we had chosen to sit where we were. As I looked more closely, I realized the mirrors beside our table were actually sliding doors to a storage area. It became clear that he was upset because my wife and I were seated in front of it. Had someone simply approached us and politely asked us to move, we would have gladly done so. Instead, the cook continued making comments under his breath and staring at us while moving boxes. Once he finished, he walked past our table, gave me a dirty look, and called me a vulgar name in Spanish ( cara de mierda). At that point, I stood up and asked him, in Spanish, to repeat what he had said. Rather than addressing the situation, he immediately walked into the kitchen and refused to come back out. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable having my food prepared by someone who had just openly insulted me and my pregnant wife. We decided to leave without ordering. This was especially disappointing because we have visited before and always enjoyed the restaurant. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional and has likely cost them two longtime customers.

I am still disappointed by the lack of response from the corporate office on this matter, but the Edison location was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. Initial review: My wife and I have been going to True Food Kitchen for a while now, and really enjoy their healthy food options, but their recent lack of customer service is very disappointing. We recently purchased a gift card for True Food Kitchen but when we had problems with it, the local restaurant wasn't able to do anything. We reached out to the company they parner with for the gift cards, who told us to reach out to corporate. I left two voicemails with True Food corporate with no response, in addition to leaving email with no response either. I would appreciate it even if they couldn't do anything that they would at least get back to us and let us know that, but nothing. I commend True Food for offering such healthy eating options for people but without good customer service, I can't see it really lasting for long.

NOTE: Be very careful about using any dining credits from Open Table here. I saved up points for like a year and got a measly $16. When deciding on which restaurant to choose for Brunch today, we noticed True Food was in the Open Table network, so I would be able to use the credit there. When we arrived the place was pretty empty. Strange for the time of day. Bad sign #1. They walked us to a large table. The table was soaking wet and the hostess laid our paper menus on the puddle of water, never acknowledging the fact that the table was wet. Bad sign #2. I used my napkin to dry off the table and asked the waiter for another. He was very cordial. It was noon on a Saturday, so we assumed they would provide us with the Brunch menu (since that is why we came) and we had to ask for it - a measly 4 items on this menu, so options were few. Bad sign #3. Our server and the taste of the food were the only positive things about this trip. At the end of the meal, I followed the Open table directions and clicked on redeem in front of the waiter. It seems a Mastercard number pops up and since the server nor the manager knew how to do the dining credit, she said it was declined and could give me a 10% discount. Our meal was only $30, maki g that like $3 I said that I had to use the dining credit here since I booked our reservation which is tied to the credit and I would lose the dining credit. The manager was very demeaning and I reminded her that I can't use this credit anywhere else and that the whole reason for choosing this restaurant today was because of the Open Table credit. She then asked me to stop yelling at her. I, at no time in this conversation, raised my voice. I just stated the fact that I will lose $16 if they don't use it here. She said I could use it elsewhere and I reiterated that was not true and asked if she could contact open table to see why it won't go through. She said no because they are a third party and it is not their responsibility. After a while back and forth on this, she then said, I told you I would take $16 off the bill so you can use that elsewhere. When I reminded her that she said only 10% before she again said to stop yelling at me and I am just trying to make you happy. My husband said, does she look happy? After that she basically kicked us out of the restaurant. I will never return to this location ever again after being treated this way, like I was some criminal trying to get over them over a lousy $16. Now I can see why, on Sunday during Brunch time, the place was practically empty. Go to Original Pancake House just up the street if you want great food and service. There will be a wait but it is worth it!
