Here are my top reasons why: This place is larger than the typical pho restaurant and has a pleasant and ambient atmosphere with large TV screens and pictures depicting scenes of Vietnam. They offer various bowl sizes, including small (i.e. children size). They even have extra large. And my top reason is that this is the only pho place that offers lemongrass spicey oil sauce at each table. I don't know if they updated their menu, but they have a lot of great beverages now. Different versions of Vietnamese coffee, lots of citrus and Boba teas as well as fresh fruit drinks... Like mango and mint. Today I tried the iced jasmine citrus tea. It was so refreshing. I highly recommend it. I'm definitely going to go back for it on a hot summer day. I also had the pork vermicelli and my daughter had the pho # 14 with Flank steak, tripe, and tendon. All of it was really good. I don't know if this has new owners, but I feel like this keeps getting better. They also had fresh fish sauce for the vermicelli. It was really good. I recommend this place. read more

This spot is okay! I was craving pho and stopped by and it satisfied my cravings, but there was a lot of room for improvement. The inside area is super messy. There is open storage everywhere, holes in the wall, etc. It's not a very nice area to eat. Next time, I will get takeout, even though they charge $1 per takeout container. I ordered the veggie tofu pho and it was fine. The broth had very little flavor and the menu said it included mushrooms, but there weren't any mushrooms. The veggie chunks were huge and hard to pick up, I would have hoped they'd be smaller. The staff was helpful in letting me know what was gluten free and was attentive throughout the meal. I found myself hungry and in Woodinville on a blustery day and pho seemed like a good...no, a GREAT...idea for a late lunch. So I popped into Pho Vina and ordered a hot bowl of brothy goodness, aka the #10, which contained steak, brisket, and fatty tendon (my fave). The broth was DELICIOUS. Some pho places don't have a rich broth, but the one here was absolutely perfect. And the bowl was heaping with noodles. I could probably have gotten a small and been just fine. I also appreciated that the little plate of add-ons included LOTS of thinly sliced jalapenos. Some places don't give you many jalapenos but this place did! The service here was quick and friendly, and there was plenty of parking - which I appreciated as it was raining cats and dogs! I'm planning to stop by here again soon and order one of their yummy-looking vermicelli bowls. read more

Went on a Saturday night at 7 pm. Only few tables were occupied. Was greeted immediately. We've been having pho for 20 years. Been to several pho's in the area, Kirkland, Redmond., etc. By far, the best pho. The flavor was great. Good amount of meat for the size. Server was very pleasant. Still love pho vina! Have been back several times since my initial review. Take out is a great option and the broth comes separate from the other items so it doesn't get soggy. We tried this spot for the first time. They still have their free dessert advertisement up which has been discontinued for "years" now. We stopped by for a late lunch on Friday and there was plenty of seating. The staff are nice and attentive. We had a toddler with us and I forgot to ask for an extra small bowl and they were thoughtful and brought one out for us. Their pho broth was ok. Seemed a bit watered down and not enough flavor but ok. My new favorite pho house. Why? Delicious, great portions, clean, service spot on. First the food: we had the pho with beef brisket tendon tripe (essentially the combination). I got the Medium size which is essentially enough to fill me up (I eat more than most ppl). The soup had deep beefy flavor mixed in with spices that gave depth in taste. I really liked how the soup tasted natural - not too salty at all. The noodles were perfectly cooked and each beef tripe tendon were layered into bite size pieces. This is a place that has attention to detail - down to the size of the meat pieces! We also had the spring roll (shrimp) which came with a nice extra creamy peanut sauce layered with crunchy peanuts. My wife had the pork vermicelli noodle which has a nice charry fiery taste profile and lots of crunchy vegetables to complement each bite. Their egg roll was on point in that dish. This place really knocked it out of the ballpark for me. Service: spectacular. Our server was attentive nice and fast. Loved how fast she got us our food. It was 8pm and the restaurant sign said it'd close at 8:30pm so we were worried they'd not let us sit (scarred from other Seattle restaurants). This place welcomed us in with flying colors the Asian way. Come, sit, order, tons of food, a nice quiet meal. Loved it. Ambiance: large clean organized. I looked across the room and wow - the chopsticks the sauces the napkins - all in perfect order on every table. Whoever runs this shop puts their heart and soul into it. The best of all - there's this nice digital classical music playing in the background. Strangely peaceful and it out an orchestral feeling in my mouth as I enjoyed every flavor profile. It made the food taste better. Parking: lots of parking outside the shop Bathroom: one was out of order the other clean and dare I say organized! Paper towels at hand, trash can at hand, soap at hand. That means the kitchen is organized and ready! Pho Vina is underrated. This place is top notch. A great Vietnamese restaurant in the Woodinville area. The Fresh Spring Rolls and Vermicelli is delicious with great portions and a reasonable price. It's nice to have very kind and fast service during lunch rush. The door outside has a huge sign advertising free cream puffs. After I finished my Vermicelli, I asked for my free cream puff. Made a repeat trip for lunch last week. Unfortunately, there was a couple listening to what sounded like a Podcast out loud just a couple tables away and the another man did the same with videos. Puts an owner or employee in a difficult spot, but is so distracting and rude when it happens. Food was great once again as was the service. read more

Took a second chance and ordered Delivery. Pho broth was on the watery side, beef flank/brisket had a cardboard taste/texture--each slice was really dry and overcooked. In other words, the pho isn't worth it. Vermicelli noodles were soggier than a sheep dog on a rainy day. They were so damp and slimy that I couldn't even pick them up with my bare hands because they kept slipping away--way overcooked and not strained enough before delivery. The romaine lettuce was a nice touch though as opposed to the ice burg lettuce that you get elsewhere. The grilled pork was on they dry and hard side. The egg rolls tasted starchy. The fish sauce is spicier than most places. The basil was pre-shredded and was all brown/wilted. I regrettably ate 3/4 of it before tossing the rest. Pho Vina is a so-so place. The restaurant isn't very inviting and the food was bland. The broth tasted like warm water, the spring rolls were barely seasoned and the toppings were scarce. If it wasn't for the mounds of sauces we added into the soup, it would have been a terrible meal. You might feel otherwise, though, if you're not into south East Asian food. read more

How nice it is to live close to a good pho restaurant again. I previously lived in Ballard for three years and I was deprived of decent pho out there. Quite disappointing for Ballard. It was my first time here. I ordered #11 pho I think and added extra meatballs. I wish the tripe portion was more, but it's okay since I got a good portion of everything else. The broth was flavorful and delicious and needed very little additional condiments. A broth that can stand alone without extra add-ons is a good broth! We have only tried Pho 175 in Woodinville, so we were anxious to try the other Vietnamese option in our neck of the woods. Happy with the experience, for sure. ^_^ Our server was so friendly and she checked in with us regularly. Hubby had the large no. 14 (every meat inside) Pho, while I had the vermicelli bowl with spring rolls. The only thing I didn't like about mine was that the clear broth you pour on top had some weird spicy little flakes that I'm not used to in my vermicelli bowls. Hubby loved his and was pleased all around. We also got shrimp spring rolls and they were so good, and the peanut sauce was nice and thick. The taro bubble with tapioca we got was terrible and blended. The tapioca were very few and hey were too firm. The taro had barely any flavor, imo, but hubby said it tasted fine, so meh. We will be sure to return and switch between Pho 175 and here. :) read more

I have been to this place a few times and I'm impressed how clean this place is. The price is also reasonable too. Pho: they have extra large bowl and at the register it actually has displayed that shows how big the bowl size, flavor wise, no complaint but also no wow- average and I don't feel thirsty after having pho there - so no msg? Beef sandwich: as you can see from my pic, beef portion is acceptable to me, flavor is a bit plain so maybe next time I will ask for extra sauce. Love the stir fried onion! Bread is not crunchy though Marinated pork bowl: Good flavor, fresh veggie, but, meat was hard - it's all because it was sliced too thin so when you grill it, it is very easy overcook and chewy ( like pork jerky). I always order the pho with the most meat because I like all the meat options. Adding the hoisin is soo good too. I also enjoy the spring rolls and bahn mi sandwiches. Amazing. My old favorite pho closed (Pho Hung 4th & Hwy99 Everett) I was told about this place and it's very good. Good quality, BBQ pork spring rolls taste bbq'd and has lots of flavor. Their broth is very good, just all around high quality. It's my new favorite Pho. Thank you. Now to the unfortunate. I've been in many times.
