Panini Kabob Grill is a hidden gem in downtown Anaheim you'd probably miss it if you weren't looking for it. The food is fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The menu has plenty of options, the prices are fair, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. There's lots of seating both indoors and outdoors, making it a great spot to dine in. I can't wait to come back. it's already one of my new favorite restaurants!

We had a really great experience ordering from Panini Kabob Grill Café through DoorDash. Everything arrived fresh, well-packaged and still warm. The chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy, flavorful and very filling. The rice was delicious and paired really well with everything. The tzatziki sauce was a standout, especially with the soft pita bread. The salad with the lemon vinaigrette was also amazing, super fresh and refreshing. Even my toddler enjoyed the meal, especially the chicken, rice, and pita with tzatziki, which says a lot! Overall, really impressed with the quality and portion sizes. We will definitely be ordering again.

Panini Kabob Grill in Anaheim is close to the Anaheim Packing House. There are many other stores around this location as well. This is a relatively small location, but being that we got there right when they opened on a Friday - there was no wait and our party of 9 got seated right away. Their service was fast and friendly, and their ingredients are always fresh across all locations. That is one thing I love about Panini Kabob Grill - and that is the quality of their food. We got many dishes, from Iron Steak Kabob plate, to Lamb Kabob Plate, Koobideh and Salmon Kabob Plate. 2 people from our party weren't feeling for kabobs, so one opted for some pasta and another opted for a sandwich. Oh yes, and we got the Appetizer Combo which came with regular, edamame and spicy hummus along with Tzatziki, fresh basil, falafel and pita bread. Everything was delicious and soooo good! My stepmom and grandma opted to share the salmon kabob plate which came with an upcharge for them splitting the plate - but they each got to choose their own kind of salad and got their own plate. I thought that was pretty cool. Also, I noticed that this location had way more deliveries (i.e. Uber Eats, DoorDash) than actual people dining in. But maybe that's because we came on a Friday for lunch. But! There is also plenty of seating in their outside patio as well. Either way, if you want good food, Panini Kabob Grill is where it's at!

This is a solid spot for lunch on a rainy day! I was a little worried since the restaurant looked empty inside, but after seeing stacks of takeout containers, I felt more hopeful. The food portions are generous, affordable, and very delicious! The server was also very accommodating and checked in on us often. Overall, it's a great experience- the food tasted fresh with simple ingredients. If I'm in the area, I'd come back again!

PKG Anaheim has an elite takeout and delivery food service- when the stove is cold we order from here quite a bit. It's the family combo (for larger groups) or the chicken kabob with rice or bulgar for us. Also the steak and koobideh options are solid adds as well. Would also recommend the yummy sides- pasta salad, spicy hummus, grilled chiles, etc. Everything is cooked fresh and packaged perfecto. Highly recommend PKG Anaheim if you're craving Mediterranean !

Panini Kabob Grill is a Mediterranean chain eatery serving up some delicious food. This location in Anaheim is located downtown near where center street is. To get here, street parking will be your best bet. Inside, they have a casual ambiance with a good amount of seating indoors and outside on their patio. For their menu, they have a solid selection of different appetizers, entrees, soups, salads, and sandwiches to choose from. Wifey ended up getting the Grass Fed Lamb Shish Kabob and I got the Beef Koobideh Kabob. Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience here and the food was delicious! The portions are definitely very generous so know that you will have leftovers forsure. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. If you are ever looking for some amazing Mediterranean cuisine, I would highly recommend this spot!

The food here is really good. Perhaps not the best Mediterranean option when Little Arabia is a few miles down, but I would still recommend.

Love this new location we found for our Panini fix and my wife loves the Strawberry Date Salad. I tried the Chicken Linguine Alfredo dish and it was perfect in every way. Its clean and quiet inside and the service was great and very friendly. This place is one of our favorite spots now.

Every single plate was delicious. I did not expect such a wide variety of dishes with this level of quality. They offer wraps, paninis, kabobs, pastas, salads, and soups. They truly have it all. The beef and chicken were incredibly flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly. That pasta blew my mind and was top tier. I can confidently say this spot is in my top three Mediterranean restaurants. I would definitely go back to try more items. The rice and salad were outstanding and tied everything together perfectly.

Quick service and a huge portion of food for a decent price. The outdoor seating was covered with heaters.

Coming in a hour before closing on a Tuesday , they were busy on the phone taking orders. So we just sat ourselves not sure if that's how it normally goes but then we weren't sure if we ordered at the counter so we all got up again. Got handed menus that were covered in food and not wiped down. And they were already mopping while still in there I felt like they wanted us to get the hint to hurry (But then again we had a hour). But besides that the food was pretty good I really enjoyed the chicken over the steak which I asked for medium but felt well done and no pink. The portion sizes are huge, I actually thought for the prices it wasn't going to be big but think for the price they are generous servings! They have a patio dining and indoor seating, good amount of seating. Besides the menus it did seem pretty clean In there. Overall 3/5 with my experience of service and food.

Delicious and healthy, although phone order wasn't ready when I went to pick up

Delicious healthy food. $30+ a plate. Love the beef, chicken, rice, and sauce. Avocado salad was amazing as well. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our take out. Only issue is we ordered over the phone. We didn't pick up until it was "ready." But once we came to pick up, it wasn't ready. We had to wait an additional ten minites

I love Panini Kabob Grill! This review is strictly on the food since this was delivered to my work and I've not been to the actual restaurant location. The chicken skewer is always a top pick! The flavor of the chicken is so good and it's so tender! Large portion of basmati rice as well. Beautiful salad choices included as well.

Great food and service. Not enough inside tables though. Ordered beef and chicken kabobs, salads, and drinks. All good.

Very good experience and food also. My only problem is the lack of parking space especially if you are just going to pick-up.

It's only about 7 minutes from the parks, making it the perfect lunch or dinner spot if you're craving something flavorful that won't leave you feeling heavy. Everything we ordered was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The spinach pastry was hands down my favorite, perfectly flaky with a delicious savory filling. The potato pastry was a close second and just as satisfying. If you visit, don't skip the pastries! We also tried the steak and chicken kebab combo plate, and both were cooked perfectly. The chicken was especially tender, juicy, and seasoned beautifully. You can actually watch the meat being cooked fresh in the back, which made the whole experience feel even more authentic. I ordered the veggie plate with falafel, baba ganoush, tabbouleh, hummus, and tahini sauce, and every single item was delicious. The falafel really stood out. It had a perfectly seasoned, crispy exterior with a soft, flavorful center. Dipping it into the baba ganoush, hummus, and tahini made every bite even better. One of my favorite things was that the meal was incredibly satisfying without feeling greasy or overly heavy. It was fresh, filling, and packed with flavor, but I still felt great afterward. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, and the service was impressively fast. They also have a great selection of Mediterranean spices if you want to bring some of those incredible flavors home. Huge compliments to the chef and the entire team. Between the fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, generous portions, and excellent service, Zait Zataar has definitely earned a spot on my list of favorite Mediterranean restaurants. I'll absolutely be coming back!

I placed an online order for the baked fish plate around 12:45 PM and expected a bit of a wait since it was fish. After waiting about 25 minutes, I called and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. The restaurant was busy, so I understood. However, after waiting longer and checking inside twice, my order still wasn't ready and there seemed to be confusion about its status. In total, I waited close to an hour for an order that was placed online in advance. What bothered me most was seeing customers who ordered in person receive their food before me. It felt like my online order had been overlooked. If online ordering is offered, those orders should be monitored and fulfilled properly, especially during busy times. The food itself was good, but the plate could have been put together better. The fries were placed directly on top of the fish, which made them soggy and took away from the presentation. It would make much more sense to serve the fries on the side. Overall, the food is still good, but the long wait, confusion with the online order, and lack of attention to presentation make me hesitant to rely on the online ordering system again.

The chicken was incredibly moist, and the rice was fluffy, buttery, and full of flavor. The baba ghanoush was rich and smoky, while the hummus was smooth and creamy. The best part of our experience was the outstanding service from Albert. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The service was wonderful; they constantly brought out warm, pillowy pita and kept checking on us without being intrusive. Unimportant, but if it matters to you: they don't serve alcohol. they do have this amazing yogurt drink you can have with food (Super good for digestion). However, at the end of your meal, you get this stunning, thick, dark coffee that is pure magic and works like a total defibrillator. LOL. Seriously, it's incredible. My former boss is from Syria and highly recommended this spot, but he never made the drive down--he really missed out. At this point, I'm counting the days until we return because everything is fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. Seriously - great. My former boss was from Syria and came highly recommended, but never made the drive down. At this point, I'm counting the days until we return here again, because everything is fresh, flavourful, and vibrant. Here's what we ordered: Sampler - Housemade hummus was spectacular, the baba ghanouj was so savory and a bit smokey, and the falafel was warm, wonderfully spiced and not dry at all. I also HAD to try the kibbeh, never had before - amazing, so delicate, light, not overfried or oily at all. The spices inside were so wonderful, especially when pairing with some of the dips. Mixed grill : The meat was exceptionally good, tender, perfectly grilled, and juicy. The rice was fluffy, buttery, and fragrant. Mixed seafood grill: Delectable. The fish was beautiful grilled and lightly spiced to allow the delicate fish to shine through. I am no expert at this type of cuisine, but I've eaten plenty of Middle Eastern and Armenian food, and you really can't go wrong with rice and grilled meats - it's in our blood! PS: I personally love a bit of sumac on my rice and meat, lovely, bright, sour note that is very pleasing with this food. Thank you for the wonderful service and amazing food. We loved it. I wish we had this exact place in South OC.
