This place is amazing. My girlfriend picked it up and said the location was shady and sketchy, but she told me to still give it 5 stars. They could charge double the amount for their food and it would still warrant a high rating. We were very surprised by the high quality we received. The pork and chicken were tender. The salad, rice and toppings were fresh and crisp. The salad dressing tasted like it was made :0 minutes before we ate it. I guess the location is in a business park, without proper signage or lighting, so the ambiance was unfavorable. The food was pretty good, but the process of picking it up was really confusing. Apparently, if you order through Yelp or GrubHub, you may or may not receive the notification that your food is ready to be picked up. I waited in the bright, white light of the pick up area for around 30 minutes before I saw a worker and asked him if my food was ready. Apparently, my food had been ready for a while, but I didn't receive any texts. Technology is not always reliable, so I think it would be nice if there were more workers that could let you know if your food was ready.. or some kind of sign that displayed the names of orders that are ready? Stumbled across this place on Doordash & we are so glad that we gave it a try!! We ordered the Pork mixed bowl & Chickpea Potato mixed bowl - both were filling and delicious. Pork was tender and had a nice roasted flavor, and the chickpea potato mix was seasoned perfectly. The picked onions are a nice addition to the bowls as well. We also liked the chocolate pudding: super rich, chocolatey flavor! The texture is a liiittle grainy compared to your usual pudding but I didn't mind it all since the flavor was spot-on. We love that Ben's makes healthy food taste amazing, and we can honestly eat it over & over again without getting tired of it. Then I have to find my order numbers and finally they figured it out. The salad was a little old with the green veggies already soggy. The salad dressing was very small and the salad is very dry with not enough green in it: chicken is flavorful but there are only a few small pieces. The inside of it had obnoxiously loud music. There were no cashiers and very little seating (two small benches). They had one working mobile order kiosk and it took forever to get a turn to use it.
