After picking up her order, a girl in her 20's turns around from the front and insists on walking where I'm waiting for my order to be taken. I'm waiting between 2 tables and there's no room for me to move in front or at the sides. It comes with a side of fries. They're on the thicker side (a bit too potato-y for me) but they're seasoned well. Wonderful customer service, I ordered lunch from a delivery app and when it arrived one of the plates was missing but the bag was tied shut. I got a refund for the missing item and called shawarma house just to see if they could not charge me for an extra sauce I was missing. The woman who answered the phone told me she packed my bag personally and both items were in there! My driver stole my food. And he had opened the other container to see what he wanted. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have been able to call the delivery company and get a full refund, I would have just assumed the restaurant forgot to pack an item.
