We came to Urban skillet and knew what we all wanted. The order process was super easy but the time it took to get our order was insane. The place didn't have anyone else inside sitting but a person waiting for their togo order. We ordered at 5:33pm but didn't see our order hitting the grills until 6pm. I understand things take time, but not even starting an order for 30 minutes during Ramadan is ridiculous. Even the French fries weren't out (they were from a bag) We also saw there was a 20% off online but only got a 15% when we came to order. I had the oh so hot burger without pickles. The burger itself was pretty good but the wait time was obnoxious. The wings were dry. The skillet and urban fries were both good. I would recommend the skillet over the urban though. We received the kids burger at 6:20pm with our order of urban fries. Again I understand delays, but a 50 minute delay for burgers and fries is beyond belief. Overall our experience was severely hampered by their mismanagement of time. We had invited people over for iftar and when the kids are the last to be served food, its not good. Yummmmmers!!! I got the OG dog with a side of jalapeños that they make in house. Wow this little doggie hit the spot. This reminds me of the street dogs that they sell on LA sidewalks that I have never been brave enough to try but they always smell good. It was saucy, salty, spicy, savory on a soft bun. Glad I saw this place on the way home because its menu is right up my food craving alley!! Today I had a patty melt and a pretty good sized bowl of Mac and cheese... MAC AND CHEESE!!! Some of the best food in existence and this bowl of the noodles and cheese was a masterpiece! Who woulda thunk?! And just up the street from me. I ordered on their own website. They have an option of carry out or delivery, and I chose delivery. It was our first time trying it, so we didn't know they actually don't deliver despite what the website says. I called after I received an email that said it was delivered, but didn't receive anything. They told me it was ready for pick up and they don't deliver. My food had been ready for 20 mins, by the time I got home it was soggy. The cashier had told me he had let the owner know of the issue. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but this should be fixed ASAP.
