I LOVE the chicken kabob with basmati rice dinners from Panini Grill. This is by far my favorite item on the menu. I have tried other food items; however, I always return to my favorite. The kabob plate I recently had was DELICIOUS! The chicken was moist and perfectly grilled. The basmati rice was so good and filling, and my Mediterranean salad was very good as well. The lentil soup was hearty and left me wishing I had ordered a larger bowl. Our waitress was very hardworking, kind, and attentive. The entire restaurant was clean, everything was shiny, and the tables were well-stocked. Parking is available in the large private lot. This was a great dining experience. read more

Not the best experience. We came in, placed our order, and then waited quite a while. The meat was cooked incorrectly, even though there were very few people in the restaurant. We had them remake it, but by the time the replacement arrived, we had already finished the rest of our meal. Our server was wonderful and constantly apologized, even though none of this was her fault. Within an hour of leaving, we became very ill and we had a rough night. I contacted corporate to let them know what happened, but their response was essentially a brush-off--basically saying it could have happened anywhere. Panini Kabob Grill is always our jam, but we never got to try the one closest to us until recently. This one is located at the Westfield Fashion Square mall off of Hazeltine Ave & Riverside Dr. Since it's part of the mall, there's ample parking to be found. They have a covered patio area where you can sit outside but we ended up eating inside. The Charbroiled Chicken Shish Kabob is my usual order. Pleased to say that it's quality here is up to par with the other locations. It's the perfect plate to get stuffed with and not feel horrible about it afterwards! The service is really good here as well. We had an issue with our order, but they corrected it immediately and went above & beyond to make sure everything else was great. For this visit we ordered the following meals; Alfredo linguine with chicken, chicken shish kabob, chicken pesto, 2 meat lovers, romaine salad, hot tea and the falafel combination appetizer. Our meals were all so tasteful! The basmati rice was cooked just right. The chicken and beef were all tender and flavorful. None of the meats were overcooked. The portions of each meal was just the right amount. Some of them were plentiful and we had to take them for to go. The falafel combination apparently and hummus were good. Another amazing experience at the grill. This time I ordered another grilled chicken kebab and I fell in love with the lime and oil salad dressing. At $19.99. It's really a great deal considering that it's located at a mall. Valerie was our server and was extremely helpful. We had take out on Mother's Day and loved the trio of hummus and chicken salad and beef kebabs and pita bread. So I decided to visit my local restaurant to order the edamame hummus and beef kebabs plate . It didn't disappoint, the kebabs and rice w onion and tomatoes so tasty. The edamame really good . My only disappointment was when I got to my car thank goodness I checked my bag and there was no pita bread! I've placed two carry-out orders from Panini Kabob Grill so far, and it's been pretty decent. So far I've tried their falafel KA box & platter, lentil soup, and side of sliced cucumbers, and I've enjoyed all my food. I love that they serve their pita bread warm (it's a first for me), plus their sauces come in generous portions (twice or three times bigger than other places). Their food is also affordable for what they serve. I look forward to trying more vegetarian options from their menu next time. This place is connected to the Westfield Fashion Square mall where you can find plenty of parking just a few steps away from Macy's (Finish Line, shoe department entrance). They provide both indoor and outdoor seating, and although I haven't dined in, I can say most employee's have been attentive. My food did take a little longer than expected this last time, but it it makes sense because it was close to dinner time on the weekend. I didn't notice them calling names for pick-ups and although I did tell 2 workers my name when I arrived, I had to do it again because my order was sitting there for a couple of minutes, so make sure you stand in front of the pick-up area and ask again once you see new orders on the shelf, lol. Then service just leveled up when Valerie took over. Super friendly, always smiling, and hustled. I often saw her lifting heavy trays and even closed out check with one hand (literally. The other hand had a tray). Refilled drinks without asking, organized the birthday dessert with candle, lighter, and song. As we left the restaurant, I asked if she can take our photo. We were walking in the park and around the mall during the evening and decided we wanted dinner so stopped here for takeout. We walked in and were told by the server who came to seat us and when we told her we wanted takeout she said to go see the "gentleman" at the back of the store, so we did and the server was right! Eric was a gentleman, good sense of humor, schmoozed with us a little, took our order and told us to come back in 20-30 minutes for our dinner. Unfortunately once we were sat we were forgot about and a server didn't come until 15 minutes after being sat. We gave her our full order because we were starving. We watched tables be cleared and served inside for 20 minutes before she then brought our drinks and then another 25 later we received our food. we still didn't have silverware so then we had to wait until we were able to get someone to bring us utensils! Their online menu says $57.99 for a kabob plate with two salads... when I called to order this over the phone they were charging me $90 for the same meal minus one of the salads. I found this hidden gem at the Century City Mall by accident when I happened to look down a darkened hallway and saw the Panini Kabob Grill sign, like a neon sign enticing me to come in. Our server Kelly, who looks amazingly young for someone about to become a first time grandmother, provided 5 star service with a radiant smile. Throughout my dinner she kept me well supplied with a small, but delicious selection of beer, (plenty of wine available as well). I ordered the Caprese appetizer and it was even better than described in the menu. There was a good amount of cold, fresh vegetables, mozzarella, hot, fresh pita bread, pesto and olive oil, all presented so deliciously. But the best was Jelly's recommended flat iron steak kabob! I have had well cooked filet before that wouldn't stand a chance next to the tender, flavorful steak cooked so masterfully. It was accompanied with cooked veggies kabob partners that complimented each other so well. The service staff just wander around aimlessly and they don't bother taking your order within a reasonable amount of time. You basically have to get up ask for someone to come and take your order. Tried here for lunch with my mom and little brother. First off; parking is easy since it's a mall but also it's a mall so depending on the time of day, may be an issue. Second, lots of seating and the noise level inside isn't too bad so it's easy to talk to your table. The menu is full of various options so mom and I opted to split the two dishes we wanted to try and my brother went with the item he never gets. Mom ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap but subbed the chicken for tofu, and opted for a Greek salad as the side. The whole plates were generous portions so the half a wrap I got was a meal all of itself. The produce was fresh and crisp, the tofu cooked well but the surprise was how the tofu crumbled like Feta and had the type of texture to be a little creamy a little meaty. For my Mom's first time having a wrap like this, she was beyond thrilled and loved the salad. The small dipper of hummus was a real surprise too, smooth but slightly lumpy hummus that had a light taste but finished with a brightness of herbs was a real delight. My brother opted for the steak panini, something like a Philly Cheesesteak but without all the cheese. Well seasoned beef complimented by fresh peppers, onions and mushrooms with slices of provolone on toasted bread. He loved it, and his side of Caesar salad was perfect for him though we both agreed for the salad and the wrap, the dressing could stand to be a little thicker and more of it. My dish was the Rigatoni Rosa with the chicken; this was such a surprising comfort food I cannot wait to have it again. Light Rosé sauce that's just a hint of sweet and touch of tomato, when paired with the chicken each bite was heaven. The chicken was seasoned so well and charred just the right amount to lock in all the juices and flavor. I love the food but when they get busy good luck with your order. They are poorly managed when it comes to take out orders. They need a better system for phone/online orders. Create a clear pick up/paid orders line and a separate line for people who need to pay and place orders. I asked for help and waited 15 minutes for a prepaid order that was sitting on the self. Therefore it's plenty of parking spaces, however, because it's attached to the mall during certain times parking may be hard to find. I walked in to place a to go order. The host was nice and helpful when I asked her about certain menu items. I decided on the veggie kabob which came with rice, Hummus and a side salad and my friend ordered the Koobideh which came with rice, humus, grilled vegetables and tatziki. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The order came out pretty fast (maybe a 10/16 minute wait). The place was not crowded at all so that could be why the food came out pretty fast. By the time our server came, we were ready to order. We ordered the Flat Iron Steak Shish Kabob. It was a lot for my client so we shared it. The food didn't take long to be served. The salad was good. The dressing didn't overwhelm, it complimented well. The beef needs a little seasoning and it was tough even though we asked for medium but it was edible.
