We have watched Panini's decline over the last few years. The service is just okay, the staff doesn't seem to want to be there but musters some niceties. The food has totally spiraled in recent years. Our latest trip was the absolute worst. The wings were underdone and had the most watery "buffalo" sauce that had next to no flavor. The chicken club looked really good when they set it down until we realized it was only half filled. They put the chicken in the middle and cut it so it looked abundant but then the outer parts of it was just bread and lettuce. The fries are flavorless and underdone. Salt and ketchup can't even save them. They also reduced hours so they are no longer a late night after concert spot. Really disappointing. read more

Was here for an event and I was so impressed with the staff. It was packed and those girls worked so hard and as fast as they could. The chafing dishes and food area was continually keep fresh and clean (and with the sheer amount of people, I have no idea how they managed that). The garlic wings were A++ The slider burgers were good and the sauces and dips on the side put it over the top. Bathrooms were clean and nice. We were in the back room and they heated it, once it was packed they flipped off the heaters and cooled it down pretty quickly. This is one of the best Panini's I've been to. read more

Have eaten here in two different trips while house hunting in the area as our hotel was nearby. 5 star for the class of restaurant that it is. We enjoyed the unpretentious laid back atmosphere and good reasonable food and drink prices. The service was always good as well. This was my first time here, at 11:30 on Thursday night after a show at Blossom. We were hungry, but were told our only food options were the overstuffed sandwiches at the top of the menu. I completely understand limiting your menu that late at night. We split the turkey. It was on soft bread, with slaw, cheese and fries. It was awful. The slaw wasn't even good. We had not been there in over a year. The items we were going to order were no longer on the menu so we were going to try new items. We had a waitress that was also training a waitress, twice the service so we thought. We never received our appetizer and the food came out like warm with some hot fries mixed with cold, we saw the waitress when we were over half done. I asked the waitress for an ice tea since mine was gone, there was no need to discuss the food we had to eat it since we didn't see anyone. The waitress didn't return. Eventually the waitress that was the trainer came over and asked how everything was. I told her we needed to speak to a manager, she questioned why and I told her and let her know we also never got the appetizer. We stayed in a hotel next to this restaurant and the parking lot was packed, so I figured that was a good sign. When I looked them up their yelp review was so low we almost didn't go, but I figured a crowd couldn't be wrong, and boy was I right! Had the absolute worst service from a waitress named Lily. We have been going to this location for almost 10 years and have always had a good experience until today. Our food was good and atmosphere was normal. Our waitress was extremely rude. She did not come back to refill our drinks except the one time when we grabbed her attention for water. She did not place our food order right and someone else came to fix it after the food was dropped off. She did not write anything down, which is why I think she kept messing things up. When it came to the bill she charged us different than what we ordered. We explained to her that is not what we ordered or how we ordered. When she came back she accused us and insulted the customer for being wrong. Never have I ever had an experience like this. This place is pretty decent, but there wasn't anything I was overly impressed with. The ceaser salad was covered in huge croutons, which I was pretty confused about, shouldn't they be bite size, versus massive? The quesadilla appetizer was delicious, and the berry sangria with cinnamon was excellent! There are tons of TVs, and the overall place was clean, and the servers were quick and friendly. Staying at a hotel near Paninis in Stow Ohio. Walked over for lunch. Saw the reviews and they seemed mediocre. But it is really close. I sit at the bar and the bartender comes over and wipes my area down. I order a beer and the selection was way more than I anticipated. I order a stacked turkey sandwich and fries. It comes out really quickly. The fires are hand cut and fresh and hot. They are wonderful. The turkey sandwich grilled on whole grain bread was exceptional!! Panini's just is. The food's okay, and service is acceptable. This is probably the nicest of the Panini's locations, with a generously sized patio. The panini sandwiches are fine, they are big if nothing else, and are served with fries inside. On the patio, they give you your beverage in a plastic cup. Panini's is fine. Nothing more nothing less. American style bar food in a sports bar setting. No complaints here. The overstuffed sandwiches aren't my favorite, just a little much, and the one I got was kind of dry. But I really like the wraps, especially the Sante Fe wrap. The chicken cordon bleu was decent, especially if you sub a bun for their panini garlic bread. I enjoyed the fish tacos too, especially the creamy chipotle style sauce. I'd get them again. I love Panini's, but don't come here to watch the Browns... We stopped here on our way to Cleveland for the browns game 2hrs before the game and we noticed that the back room was full of Browns fans. We walked in and sat down, and then were rudely told that it was for Browns Backers only and we would have to leave. I told them I'm actually a Browns Backers member from the Orlando chapter, and that I was on vacation with family and hoping to hang out with some Browns fans before heading to the game. However the Browns chapter president was totally disrespectful to me and my mom and told us we were not welcome. I told him we were simply getting food and would be leaving in about 20 minutes to go to the game (which was still 1.5hr before kickoff), and he said "I find that hard to believe" after which I offered to show him my tickets to the game which were in my pocket. We left the Browns backers room and went to the main bar where the staff was apologetic and provided great service. In the 20 minutes we were there, the table we were at never had anyone else sit at it. Unfortunately while the service was great from the actual bar staff and management , the rude and disrespectful experience with the non-employee is enough to make me choose not to come back. read more

I was attending a conference in the Stow area and had a chance to eat here more than once. If you want a nice local place that is not just another national chain restaurant, you should check this place out. The food was good and the servers were very friendly and fast. This place is right between two area hotels so if you're stopping through here, I would try Panini's out. The food was good with some very large overstuffed sandwiches if you're really hungry and excellent mozzarella wedges (their version of mozzarella sticks). If you want a side for your sandwich other than fries, I strongly suggest the creamy coleslaw- it was some of the best I have had, ever. There's a big bar with plenty of variety too, and the place is large so there was never any problem getting in. read more

Service by Courtney was prompt and friendly. The food was great! I ordered a small Cesar salad and the wings with the buffalo parmesan sauce bone-in. I was told the Reuben was excellent and the fries were good as well. The reason for the three stars is the clear nickel-and-diming by this establishment. I have never had a restaurant charge me for soda water, especially when another member of my party ordered a drink from the bar. Another surprise was that the order of wings does not come with complimentary ranch. This was a first for me and I was never informed that it would be a separate charge. I usually love Paninis I've been there in the past and absolutely adore their food but the last time me and a friend went the service was absolutely awful. We got zero refills the entire time. The only time our server came up to us was to get our drink and food order and then to give us our check. Not sure why this spot is rated so low. I am not from this area and I noticed there are a lot of restaurants that serve pub type food (wings, fries, pizza, etc). We ate here twice, both times the food was good! I travel all over the country and I appreciate good food and good service. The staff is pleasant and attentive. We used to come here all the time when we lived near by. We have since moved to Florida but HAD to stop by on a day trip back. The patio is a great place to drink and hang with friends. It has tree TV's and a fireplace with lots of seating. A ton of TV's inside. Great for groups and it's fun the home of the Browns Backers. Great casual place.
