The elderly couple was a bit abrasive and rough around the edges back then, but more so now. The behavior and mannerisms of this couple combined is very comparable to Seinfeld's 'Soup Nazi'. I politely asked the old woman (others refer to her as toothless) if I may take a picture of the menu and she practically had a heart attack. She screamed - "If you take a picture, I will kick you out of this place!". The old man also had a sarcastic tone in his voice when I asked about mayo in the chicken salad sandwich. The mushroom soup was pretty good and the chicken salad filling was OK. The house baked bread was the only thing that really made this whole experience bearable.
