The newbie on Main and 49th is clean bright and spacious. I went at an odd hour of 4pm so the place was all mine. From their menu with extensive choices, I chose the Shahi Chicken Biryani. It was served in a pretty bowl that at first looked like a smaller portion. But once you realize it has a flat bottom, the volume is there. Shahi Chicken Biryani was a bit salty. Adding the spicy sauce and yoghrt made it better. The chicken serving is generous with chunks buried in the rice. The rice can be a bit hotter and the chicken a bit fresher. It still offered a good dining experience. Had to take a star off for a washroom that was left unattended even though there were staff available to clean it. Hope to try their curry next time.

We found this gem during a quick trip to Vancouver and were blown away by the flavor. The biryani, curries, and rumali rotis were all amazing--authentic and perfectly spiced. We loved it so much, we stopped by again on our way back to Seattle. Highly recommend!

    Kadai chicken

The chicken 65 tender, flavorful! Hyderabad chicken curry, great spice flavors and not too spicy. Kadai chicken curry, a milder spice tomato base curry boneless chicken. We ordered Garlic Naan thin and flavorful. Totally would recommend for lunch! Plenty of food to share. Would highly recommend!!! The service was great, she was very helpful in our discussion making of all the great choices.

It sets a comfortable, welcoming mood whether you are dining with family or a group of friends. The food was phenomenal across the board. The dim sum arrived fresh and steaming hot, with standout dishes like the delicate Har Gow, rich Siu Mai, and flavorful BBQ Pork Buns. Every dish was expertly prepared, showing clear attention to detail and authentic Cantonese flavors. The fresh seafood dishes were equally impressive and cooked to perfection. The service made the experience even better. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring dishes arrived promptly and our tea was always topped off throughout the meal. I will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend Seaport City Seafood Restaurant to anyone looking for top-notch dim sum and seafood!

The Beef Noodle soup was ok but not as flavourful as Red Beef for example. It lacked a bit of kick. The meat was a little too soft for my taste but its very personal. I did see some other very interesting dishes so I will be back to try those and give a better verdict. Service was good and its a very big place despite what it looks like on the outside.

We ate what would normally be a $100-$125 US meal for under $80 US. It was awesome. We got so much food - it was ridiculous. We ate quite a bit and saved the rest for leftovers. The servers were super nice and sweet. Very family friendly. We found our new go-to spot in Vancouver, B.C. Also, if you give it a little time the parking isn't too bad. Dinasty also stays open a little later than most restaurants in town, making this a viable option when in a pinch for food but running late in the day. Will absolutely go back next time in town. Thanks for having us. Comparable to Dough Zone or Din Tai Fung, somewhere right in between with quality and cost. Everything was yummy.

The restaurant offers a welcoming and comfortable ambiance, making it a great environment to relax, chat, and connect over a meal. The service was top notch throughout our visit. The staff was attentive, friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly so we could focus on our discussion. As for the food, true to its name, the authentic Chongqing spice level is serious business! While I did not expect the heat to be quite so strong, the dishes were packed with incredible flavor and so delicious that we couldn't stop eating. The Deluxe Wonton Soup ended up completely saving us from the burn of the spice, providing a comforting and savory balance to the meal alongside the Prawns with Pepper and Lettuce Wraps. If you love bold, fiery Chinese cuisine paired with great service and an inviting atmosphere, this place is a must. I will definitely be back!
