He told us need to do the outlet box and it will be additional $100 (decided to raise another $10) , my husband said he will do the outlet box himself, Jaime was ok to sell us electrical plastic box just extra $1-$2. When he finishes the job he said is $170, I asked why? He said because I brought you the electrical box that's additional $10. I told him I don't need the box you can take it back (since he want to up charge so much) , he got mad and say don't ever call him in the future for any service. We never wanted him to do the outlet box since the beginning, and he got mad because we didn't want to pay him $10 for this $0.50 electrical box he brought us. Called them to help with a few things around the house. Paul does not work anymore (according to…read morethe guy he'll give your number to instead). The guy that showed up was not able to fix the problem and admitted he wasn't licensed and couldn't do the work ( he blamed it on insurance, this was likely to compensate for lack of know how). I actually ended up fixing the problem myself. I was not very confident in this guys knowledge or expertise and would not recommend. Just speaking to him on the phone was frustrating, common sense was lacking. Not someone you'd want doing contractor work. They also are a cash only business. So not only do they waste your time sending someone that knows nothing, you'll have to go look for an atm if you do have repairs done. He also blamed this on insurance deducting money from his account, which makes no sense.. Just admit you don't want to pay taxes on the money and that this is an under the table operation.
